We had used other cleaners in the past but wanted to really feel comfortable and confident with the deep clean needed for turning over our rental. I booked the deepest clean option available and received a quote for the work based on level of cleaning and square footage. The home was completely empty for cleaning so there was no carpet, furniture, or trash to tend to. Some areas were already generally clean after maintenance was performed and the wood floors were refinished they did not need to be cleaned. Based on the cleaning quotes, there is no way to remove items from the list, only add so we were hoping the overall cleaning time might be reduced in the end. The cleaning crew came when they were scheduled but were out within 2.5 hours but we were charged for the full 3 hours of coverage. After returning to review the work we were astonished at what we found. Entire areas of the home were left untouched. Pet hair and coffee stains were visible from afar. Most cabinets had splatters. All windows were dusty along with kitchen area. Bathroom sink and floor were not cleaned. Most of the checklist items were not complete. Touch up services were offered but there was not confidence cleaning would be provided to the level as expected. We ended up needing to go back and completed most of the cleaning ourselves. I don't believe all cleaners work to these standards but it was almost shameful to be provided the level of service we were given. Beware, you may not be given the appropriate team for the services and high prices.

My mom could hear you perfectly fine if you talk just a bit louder but she was being a jerk, also while she was attending us she was talking on the phone. In my eyes that very disgusting and unprofessional i will never go back. I don’t recommend.

Mary London rated it 1/5: I used this service for quite a while for an Airbnb we have. They have actually done a great job but are sometimes hard to reach. This week they didn’t show up, respond to texts or phone calls. It’s unfortunate, as I enjoyed their services and have left them a good review in the past. However I cannot recommend a company that doesn’t show up or respond.

Ginger Gatling rated it 5/5: We have been using First Class Housekeeping for several months now and we are very happy with them. Our home in Denver is our second home and we often have friends and family stay. We have a cleaning at least once a month and then schedule additional ones as needed. They are so easy to work with and they are extremely flexible with our schedule. We are able to plan them several weeks in advance and I really appreciate how easy the scheduling is – we just text what we need and they quickly respond and let us know if that works or if we need to adjust. The cleaners do a really excellent job. At first it made us a little nervous since we are not there, but after having a clean before we arrived, and after using them for several months, we are very comfortable and happy with their service. They do general housekeeping a including ensuring there are clean sheets on the beds between visitors and the refrigerator and everything is ready for a new visitor. We will continue to use them and recommend them. They charge our credit card each time so it is very easy for us.
Heather Caballes rated it 2/5: I used this company for a deep clean. I specifically asked for them to focus on the grout on the kitchen floor. They didn’t even attempt to clean it. Not only that but the bathroom grout wasn’t cleaned very well either. I wouldn’t call it a deep clean, more of just a standard cleaning not worth the amount I paid.
Edit because I found the remote that they misplaced.
abiye okuchaba rated it 1/5: I hired first class cleaners for 3 months. The cleaners were ok. All the other reviews are correct, the pricing and communication is horrible. You will be told one price and billed a different amount. Every week the price would be incorrect, extra hours added on to the time they actually cleaned(we have cameras so we can see when they come and go), Incorrect pricing for the amount of cleaners. The final straw for us was when they told us they would bill us for two cleaners since that is what we requested going forward but on the day of the cleaning they showed up with three cleaners. I called and asked why they sent three cleaners they stated it was a mistake and we would only be charge us for two cleanings. But of course we received a bill for three cleaners! Stay far away for this company. Stacy and the business side for the company are awful.
