Our house was built in 1940 and the windows are original but Devin did a great job paying extra close care to that detail of our house. They did the walkway, whole exterior of the house and the deck and the house looks like new! The turn around time was also amazing. So after we had Wise Guys pressure wash our driveway, there was a checker board pattern and we asked them to redo it and they immediately agreed and they rewashed it the next day. However the pattern was still there and I'm blaming the amount of dirt that was absorbed to the driveway for many years. So yesterday after almost 3 months of being not quite satisfied with the wash, I called them again and complained and they sent another technician (Bobby) today for redoing it. I really appreciate this business and the amount of responsibility they take. That's very rare and impressive for Atlanta. Thank you so much.

WiseGuys impressed me the most with their professionalism, fair pricing, communication and responsiveness. I ended up getting my whole house pressure washed instead of the original small sections.

      Tyler Watson came with his associate to give me a bid. They were very professional and thorough. They talked me through the process, asked me what I wanted and gave me several tiered options for their services. Once I decided I was able to email, call or text them my response.

      After my deposit, the office, called/texted/emailed me my scheduling options. WiseGuys was great at sending reminders and keeping me updated with the status of their service technician, Demetrius Evans. Demetrius let me know when he was on his way and when he was arriving. Once there Demetrius and I walked around the property to make sure I understood the process that day and see if I had any questions.

      The results are great and I am very happy with the overall process. Price was very fair. See pics for before and after especially the cedar siding section. Definitely recommend.

The gutters had leaf guards but pine needles would still get into the gutters and sand from the asphalt roof shingles had really clogged up the gutters where no water was making it into the downspouts. Joel’s team cleaned them all out and left no debris. As for the power washing, I have been doing this myself for many years, but it’s a near all day job given the large areas to power wash. I have about 6200 sf of travertine tile deck around my pool and outdoor kitchen area with some trees that overhang above the deck. The constant droppings of acorns, pecans and leaves stain the deck and make it difficult to clean. Needless to say, the deck looks brand new now after Joel. In addition to the deck, Joel’s team power washed a sport court and two driveways. Everything looks amazing! Joel was very professional and showed genuine interest in understanding my goals and objectives so that he could exceed them, and that he did. I would highly recommend Joel and will be continuing to use him going forward on a more frequent schedule.

I explained to him that I paid $700 to another company to clean the moss out of my roof because the house was going to be put on sale soon. This other company used a chemical that was supposed to kill the moss and it would “disintegrate” in 8 MONTHS and just left the dead moss there. Needless to say the roof was looking awful after the treatment and during the time the house was listed. I was not happy. Mike explained to me how the chemicals should’ve been used and the process to clear the roof of the dead moss. He said he would send a crew that weekend or the week after that and to my surprised, he texted me the next day saying that fortunately he was ahead of schedule and would be sending a crew that same day, by 2pm my roof was looking like new. His crew was professional and even laid down tarps to protect my plants and other areas from the debris. When was the last time you heard a company like this is ahead of schedule??? He understood my frustration and reassured the job was going to be get done like it was supposed to the first time. The difference between the 2 companies were night and day. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs their roof taken care off.
