Jax Gray rated it 5/5: Chris was totally awesome! I just recently bought the house and was unfamiliar with maintaining the systems. Originally I had an appointment to get my evaporative cooler winterized and Chris also inspected my furnace to make sure it was ready for the winter. He answered a lot of questions that I had, being unfamiliar with the systems in my house. He was very helpful and made recommendations for ways to get the most out of my systems. He thoroughly inspected everything. Chris and his assistant were terrific.

  • Julia Potter rated it 5/5: We are very impressed with Albuquerque Plumbing. We appreciated the ease and efficiency of scheduling the appointment, the use of technology to not only confirm the appointment but to provide information about the technician, and the excellence of the work performed by Daniel Hartford. Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts to fix it on his truck, made the repair, and cleaned-up the work area nicely. He is a customer service focused professional. All in all, a very good experience!

  • Joshua lima rated it 5/5: Awesome company. Came out to my house on time and cleaned out our rear bathroom clog quickly. Very knowledgeable when asking questions to prevent future clogs. I went with them because of the 1.5k plus reviews and almost 5 stars. It's very hard to get people to review and when you see that many reviews over the competition it means people were so pleased with the service that they left a review. I see why. I will definitely be using them in the future.. especially for preventive maintenance.. also one of the few companies that actually answered the phone👌🏼
  • Teresa Garcia rated it 5/5: Albuquerque Heating and Plumbing is an excellent company. (5 stars) Marco's and his helper were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job getting my boiler up and running. They were very neat with the work they did. Everything was picked up and back to its original state when they left. This will be the only company I will ever hire for all my heating and plumbing needs.
  • Angelina Segura rated it 1/5: Absolute complete trash! First we run a business… consistent air flow warm or cool is definitely preferred. We've had this horrible company for 4 years now and they have been out to "repair" our equipment over 20 times NOT exaggerating. We've met over 10 employees including Managers, who knows how many Techs, Vice Presidents, and MULTIPLE phone staff. They tried replacing the unit and the same issues continue due to either poor training or complete carelessness and laziness. After all the attempts of trying to fix the issue our paneling in completely cracked from them taking it on and off…. If that's how you leave a job that tells enough about your work. After all the attempts of them TRYING to fix it, now they say I'm not authorized to call and get someone out here after calling over 20 times in the past and am clearly on the account. We have yet to recommend them to anyone and we absolutely will not! I will also be sure to let everyone who asks, the experience we've had with this horrible "big" name of a company. Also one to NEVER leave reviews but this is completely unacceptable and no one should have to deal with this! Do research and go somewhere else where they are trained correctly to do the job right! This will stay here till they resolve their continuous issue.

Daniel Fahl rated it 5/5: I called the company and they scheduled me right away despite my problem not being an emergency. Not only did they arrive on time both times they had to come (1 assessment, 1 visit for the actual repair after they got the obscure part).

I was delighted with the level of service, the professionalism, and the time they took to make sure the job was done right. This level of care and consideration was extremely good to see.

Thomas V. was exceptionally patient and careful with the job (and comfortable with my dog). He also went over ways to increase my oven's longevity and how to care for my oven when I asked for advice.

I was delighted with the skill, talent, and speed with which they addressed my problem. I will be calling them first when I have problems with my appliances.

  • Sean Smith-Price rated it 5/5: Whoa! I didn’t think the reviews for this place were really when I called. But I just had the best appliance service experience with Matthew. He was on time, communicated well, and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on repairing vs replacing my refrigerator.

Matthew was helpful and really took the time to teach me what was going wrong. He was friendly and even wore a mask to keep Covid safe.

Highly recommend Sarah’s! It’s the only place I’ll be going from here on out!

  • Dawn Duzan rated it 5/5: We were scheduled extremely fast for our appointment. Mark was our technician. He was extremely thorough and explained everything to me in great detail about the needed repairs. He even took the time to speak with my husband over the phone so he would know what was going on.
Sarah’s has been referred to us by several people and we are so happy we called!
  • Kristin Clay rated it 5/5: We have used Sarah's for several years. I always appreciate their prompt response, knowledgeable and friendly techs, honest information and reasonable prices. They will always tell you if an appliance is worth fixing or if it's more affordable to replace. And they clean up after themselves. Once after a dishwasher repair, the tech mopped our floor where they had made a mess!!
Yesterday we had them here because our dryer had stopped heating. Daniel was professional and courteous. He spoke to me clearly and honestly about the issue and my options. I so appreciate that. Daniel fixed our washer in a timely manner and we were thrilled with the service and cost.
We will continue to use Sarah's for all of our appliance repairs.
  • John Bradford rated it 5/5: Sarah's was outstanding from beginning to end. The initial call was met with with a prompt and courteous response followed by a timely service appointment. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and promptly ordered the necessary parts. A representative from Sarah's kept me apprised as to the status of the parts and scheduled the installation upon their arrival. The technician returned , made the repair, and checked my machine over… quickly and done with no mess whatsoever. The entire process was handled professionally, promptly, and courteously. michael rated it 5/5: The service technique was friendly, informative, prepared for repairs, experienced and professional. However, he did diagnose that the refrigerator could not be repaired within the first fifteen minutes. So we were unable to apply the cost of the full service fee to any repairs.

The techicians have always been prompt, polite, and helpful, including honest about whether or not something is worth fixing. Today was no exception and I will not hesitate to use them again.
  • Dan Gibbons rated it 1/5: Ortega charged me IN ADVANCE over $200. for diagnosis and repair of a microwave and a dishwasher. Both repairs would have cost more than new appliances. They sent me a ticket for the Microwave but somehow neglected to sent a ticket showing charges for the Dishwasher. The tech spent all of his time on the computer looking up problems with these models and very little or NO TIME trying to operate the appliances. I do not recommend Ortega appliance repair, just buy new appliances. UPDATE. another appliance repair co. charged me $85 to repair the microwave ! less than 1/2 of the quote from Ortega's

The delivery person connected and set everything up, then did a beautiful job of cleaning up afterwords. We arrived at the store at 9:00 AM, in desperate need, and by 1:00 PM that day I was loading food into my beautiful new/used refrigerator. Can not recommend them enough. If you need appliances, MSC is your place!

Most relevant reviews:

  • Gordon Coulter rated it 5/5: I looked at several places to buy a refrigerator and read reviews. MSC LLC was my choice and was a great experience. The staff spent time with me when I was in the store and helped get the measurements and showed me the inventory of the size and cubic foot of side by sides I was interested in. The delivery was just a great even patient with the cleaning when the old fridge was moved. I highly recommend MSC LLC if you are looking for really great prices and service and appliances you are looking for. Their inventory does change and going to the store is your best way to check out the appliances.
  • Tammy Madrid rated it 5/5: I bought a NICE fridge from these folks in May 2021! After searching all day knowing that my food was going bad at home I walked in to this place and that was the BEST thing I ever did!! The 2 ladies up front were SO HELPFUL and after telling them that I needed it that day, thinking I was going to lose $200 worth of groceries, these wonderful ladies were able to fit me in! I had my fridge delivered in 2 hours!! The delivery guy was just as great, very professional, kind & courteous. I'm definitely going to there again to get my washer and dryer!!! BEST USED APPLIANCE STORE IN TOWN!!!

  • Michael Verrilli rated it 5/5: I bought a house and it didn't come with a refrigerator. After looking around at several stores, I came upon MSC Appliance. They had a good selection of appliances and it is pretty easy to tell that they take pride in servicing the machines they sell.

I picked a large refrigerator that had the compressor recently replaced. I purchased it on a Sunday and it was delivered that Thursday. Their delivery person was professional and made sure all the lines were properly installed. He had an emergency and had to leave quickly, but after addressing his issue, came back and hauled away an old washer and dryer that were left in the house.

Overall, I couldn't recommend this company more. They're friendly, knowledgeable and sell appliances that rivaled everything else I saw in town at a fraction of the cost. I'm sure I will use them again in the future.

  • Sahalee Off Grid rated it 5/5: Real. Good. People. An absolute pleasure to do business with! The MSC Family went above and beyond to make sure we had the right machine for our place out of town. Their website showed what they had in stock and we were given exactly what we ordered online. They showed us how the machines worked right there in the shop and helped to load the machines quickly and smartly in our vehicle. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back when we’re in need of new used appliances. 🙂

Jessica Lara rated it 1/5: I would rate this company a zero if I could..I am a new customer with concerns, I have been waiting for 2 days for a call back from management. I had 3 appliances check for service or replacement parts. Paid up front for a tech to come out too 15 mins to diagnose units. Quoted $450 for a washer repair that was a $30 part and took 30 mins to install?.. Quoted over $200 for my dishwasher drain to be unclogged. This seemed reasonable given what had to be done but when the unit was ran it left water all over the floor. So technically a warranty call at this point since it has been paid in full. But lastly my refrigerator needed a heating probe to stop accumulating ice at the bottom of the freezer. I was asked to pay $184 deposit to order part on top of the initial $45.00 diagnosis charge I already paid. The freezer was not defrosted so the door can close. I was told 2-3 days for part to come in, I called on day 7 (Tuesday) because I had not heard from them. Spoke to 2 ladies in the office that could not tell me if part arrived and would call me back. Another week went by where I did not hear back, so I called to cancel and get refunded. I was told that they can not refund my money and that the part came in the Monday the day before I called. They stated they reached out along with texting me, Apple has numerous devices that connect so a call would not been missed. At this point this company is very unprofessional, do not value their customers and just want to steal you money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR APPLIANCES WILL NOT BE FIXED!!!!!!

Most relevant reviews:

  • Jennifer Lucil rated it 5/5: Our washer broke. I was so happy Hugo and Oscar came within a few days and were able to replace the washing machine for me in a very timely manner. They even found the same model that matched my dryer. Oscar was very polite, efficient, and professional. I will use them again for other handyman services.
  • JoMarie Lubarsky rated it 5/5: Communication was excellent, throughout the process. The parts for my tv were not workable and they sold me a good quality product in its place. I'm very thrilled with this business. I will likely purchase other appliances from them, in the future.
  • Robert rated it 1/5: Perfect example of an UNPROFESSIONAL and probably unethical company. Was referred to them to use to fix my clothes dryer that had stopped working. Made an appointment for them to come by to fix it and when the technician, Jerry, called to say he was on his way and would be at the house in 5 minutes, was initially given a 4 hour window of when they might come, I informed him I that it would be fine and that my wife was almost home and would be there in 10-15 minutes. Was told by the technician, Jerry, that they couldn't wait and would have to reschedule, unbelievable as it took my wife only 8 minutes to get home so at most he'd have waited 3 minutes, but anyway we rescheduled for the following week and I asked that they give me a 30 minute heads up before heading over to look at the dryer since I most likely have to drive home to meet them. Was told that would be fine and we rescheduled. Well the following week when , on the day of my appointment, I was called by the technician, Jerry, to tell me he was on his way and would be there in a couple of minutes. I called the company office and spoke to Maria who told me that unfortunately the technician, Jerry, had made a mistake and not informed them with enough time so they could call me sooner and that it would probably be best to have some other company come look at the dryer as he'd have to bypass us and move on to the next call. Really, again very unprofessional and most likely unethical company. Now I understand the other negative reviews on here for them and believe the only positive ones are possibly FAKE and have probably been created by the company to try and offset the true and real negative comments!!! STAY AWAY from such a company!

  • bfrenc3 rated it 1/5: A little context. LG contracts through these guys for repairs (hopefully they don't continue to). Hugo's Repair was contacted to repair a dishwasher. Hugo's calls to schedule and repair within a weeks time frame. The day arrives for the tech to show up for repair and does a no call/no show. Called Hugo's and they apologized, their tech got sick. That's fine, it happens. Why not call me and reschedule when you knew it?

Technician gets rescheduled and comes out about a week later. Does a 5 minute diagnostic. Goes back and orders part that needs replacing. Part comes in after about a week and a half.

Hugo's tech is scheduled to come out again a week after the part arrives with Cable hours between 8-12. Hugo's tech does a no call/no show again. Called Hugo's and they apologize their tech got sick. I ask the customer service lady why can't they call me and let me know this since they knew about the tech calling in sick. She apologized, was very nice but didn't offer any resolve. Does not offer a reschedule. Declines to fix the dish washer they have the part for (I think that's what gets to me the most is they already have the part in their custody). Cancels repair and sends back to LG to contract to another company.

Everything aside, the times I talked to customer service, they were very nice. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and the lack of professionalism to see a job through.

  • r justr rated it 5/5: Excellent service. When our dryer needed to be repaired, Mr. Ed was able to squeeze me into his schedule even though he was very busy that week. Since it can be difficult to set an exact time with appliance repairs (since any given repair may require more or less time, depending on the situation), he called when he was on his way when leaving his previous appointment so I would know just when to expect him. He showed up promptly with his assistant, and they were both very pleasant and polite, and professional. They did excellent work, and the charges were very fair. I highly recommend Mr. Ed's Appliance Repair.
  • Mike Allen rated it 5/5: I had just got home from being on around a month long road trip visiting relatives. My refrigerator water dispenser was no longer working so I call Mr. Eds to schedule service. He asked me to explain what was going on with it and I gave him the symptoms. Mr. Ed asked me what was the make and age of the appliance. And then proceeds to instruct me on exactly how to fix the issue. He also reinforced the fact not to worry your refrigerator is a good one. Per Mr. Eds instruction I was able to take care of the issue myself. I highly recommend this local business. Mr. Ed cares about the customer and is a very honest professional.

  • Donna Yactor rated it 5/5: We highly recommend Mr Ed’s appliances for all your appliance repair needs. Mr Ed is experienced, knowledgeable, skilled and greatly competent to meet all your appliance needs, repairs and installations. He’s worked for us for thirty years. We are very pleased to recommend his services.
  • Jamie Diaz rated it 5/5: Mr. Ed returned my call quickly about a broken refrigerator and diagnosed the problem over the phone. He was super honest and advised us that the cost of a service call plus fixing the compressor would cost almost as much as a new fridge so in our case it wasn't really worth it to repair. I'm very impressed with his service and will definitely call on him again if I need any of my other appliances serviced. Thanks Mr. Ed!

  • Michael Montoya rated it 5/5: Daniel and his team were knowledgeable and earned a customer for life. I needed a dishwasher same day and it was about 3pm. They only had 1 but it was just what I needed and the price was right. They sent me home with the wrong drain hose by accident. Daniel called and let me know he would reimbursed me for the one I bought that evening at Lowes. Awesome customer service and a great selection of affordable appliances. I also appreciate that they're helping keep things out of the landfill.
  • Paulette Flores rated it 5/5: Amazing customer service Daniel help us find the perfect washer/ dryer set to surprise our parents!
We are having some hard family trouble and he got our delivery fast just in time! His prices are very affordable and such a GREAT deal!

  • Irene Medina-Funes rated it 5/5: My family and I had a great experience with purchasing my moms very nice washer and dryer combo. The price was perfect. I recently called to see if they can fix the dryer or If I needed a new one, Daniel quickly found the problem and easily fixed it. I was ready to buy another one, but he saved us money and went the smart way and got it done! I now know where to go for now on! Thanks again, much appreciated! You will be recommended!

  • AJ Beast rated it 5/5: Outstanding experience, both Daniel and Margarita were great! They were very helpful since before I set foot at the store. I really liked how clean and organized everything was, the selection of appliances was what impressed me the most. The prices were very reasonable considering how well maintained the inventory was, Daniel was even flexible to negotiate, some of the appliances were practically new for a third of the price I would’ve paid at a retail store. All set and done, 10 out of 10 recommend ABQ Appliances💯 I’ll be coming back soon to upgrade my washer and dryer🙌🏻

Frank Wirtz rated it 2/5: Don't assume they have stock unless they are holding it for you in hand. I called to find a part, and was told that the ABQ location had one in inventory. I headed over, and was told that they have a new computer inventory management system and that "this must be one of the parts that is lost".

Yeah, or maybe your inventory control is bad?

I was told that they had the part in AZ, and could get it shipped. Thanks, but the only reason I would pay 50% more would be if you had it in stock. If I have to wait for you to order it, I am simply going to mail order the part, have it shipped directly to me, and pay a more reasonable price.

So don't rely on a simple computer check for inventory. Ask them to retrieve the part and hold onto it for you before you take time out of your day for a drive down.

Two stars instead of one, as the counter guy really tried to look for that part.

  • Fisher Godly rated it 5/5: Excellent experience with Ronald Graham who answered all our questions and placed our order for a ice tray I broke. (I now don't recommend dropping soda cans in ice tray for quick cooling) . Thank you Ronald for your excellent customer service.
  • Jeffrey Smith rated it 5/5: Had a washing machine that needed to be fixed and they were super helpful. I got the part I needed to fix it and now my washing machine works like normal!

The price of the part I got matched the internet and even had a warranty on it for a year in case something happens. It feels good to be able to support a local business. I hope these guys stick around!

  • Bryce Velazquez rated it 5/5: Excellent customer service they help me find the part that I needed for my dryer I would recommend this place

  • joseph bush rated it 1/5: Ordered part. Arrived super quick, but totally wrong part. Called. I calmly asked what should be done? Sent pics as requested, gave them the explicit part number the vendor gave me. They ensured me they would resolve it.
Days later. Ignored emails "can you give me status?" ' I NEED this part. The part you pictured w my provided part number is the one I need.' phone calls, phone msgs left… very cordial on my part EVERY TIME. I know mistakes happen, but, NOTHING? I would have been happy w "sry. That part is out of stock!" Just be honest.

Finally, I raised acdispute w my credit card Co. just in case there is some clock limit on the transaction. Then – they finally responded – and in just a couple hours of my raising my dispute. Result: I got stuck w a very large return shipping fee for their screw up!
Wanna bet they find an "issue" with the returned item so they can reduce a refund? I took pictures … just in case!!! Yes, i used their boxes, padding, etc.

Make sure to ask if they will pay shipping for returned goods before doing business w them. So much for customer service.

Better yet – avoid this business.

Felicia Genero rated it 2/5: I’ve been a customer of this company for many years so long that it was when the owner used to come out and do the repairs, himself. I’ve always had good service from them. On July 27, 2021 Tyler came out, gave me an estimate on my oven igniter and said he had the part with him. I said well I have to get approval from a home warranty that I had bought first. So I paid the 95 dollar estimate fee. Taylor said to call back the company and they would send them back out once I got the approval. I got approval from my home warranty and then when I called them back to schedule the appointment they all of a sudden didn’t have the part in stock and I couldn’t leave a message for Tyler because he was out in the field etc. and they were going to have to order it and when it came in they would schedule the appointment etc . I called maybe 2 to 3 weeks later and the girl that answered said that the part was still not in and they didn’t have an ETA on the part yet. Tyler never called me back and to this day I am still waiting for a callback from them to tell me that the part has arrived. I went with another Company who did just as good work for much cheaper. All Tech has lost a customer.

Extremely professional, he was able to have a new mixer connected up and running with ease. Also asked if they can pinpoint the issue with another of our commercial mixers, he was able to quickly find the issue and had the unit running perfectly in a timely manner. Totally recommend their services, ill definitely be using them going forward!

  • robert espinoza rated it 1/5: $322 for a 10 minute fix. Didn't even have the decency to clean up after doing the job. With those prices might as well buy a new machine. (It's under my roommate's name)
  • Dennis Kehoe rated it 1/5: I called to have the cold water dispenser line hooked back up. It had been off line for years. It was not leaking and the Sub Zero freezer and ice maker were working fine.
Gene "fixed" it. He did not report any other problems and he hooked up the line which is located next to the compressor. Soon after, water leaked from the top. Nate found the valve to be faulty and said Gene should have checked for leaks before leaving. Nate found condensation on the coils, next to the faulty/leaking valve. The very thick white frost covered all of the coils and could not be missed-It looked like the inside of an ice box. "That will be $2,900 for a new compressor."
It took 3 trips to get the freezer to get to temp. Now there is no ice. New icemaker $400 but did not charge labor (guilt?).
I asked, How is it possible for the compressor and ice maker to go out at the very same time that Gene "fixed" the cold water dispenser line. After several non answers I began calling the shop and the techs. Finally Nate admitted that the damage to the compressor and the ice maker could have been caused by the leaking valve since it is right next to the compressor. The owner refused to return my calls.
I will post the outcome of SCC.

As you can see from their answer, All Tech is still non responsive and in denial. Who broke my compressor and ice maker Mr. All Tech?

  • David Arias rated it 1/5: I wish the representatives of this company would have called when they said they would, done the work -when- they said they would, done the work they said they would, and had the presence of mind to not leave me a message informing me that the work was done and would cost 700% more than the money I had already given them. What happened to the estimate for repairs? Dunno, when I asked they didn't even think to apologize instead getting defensive. Paid their ransom and fridge was not working just over a month later. I was able to save myself the headache of dealing with these folks again and found/fixed the problem myself.

I will be looking elsewhere for professional service should I have the need in the future.

Buster Brown rated it 5/5: This place is awesome, it was 430pm on a Saturday. Everywhere else was closed and I just happened to see this place on the internet that listed it was still open till 5. I took a chance and called seeking advice on a dryer repair and low and behold the owner answered,, had me check a few things and said to call him back. In the end he asked if I could bring it right now to him and that he could fix it,,,, I did and he fixed it in no time at a more than fair price. Heck he had my machine loaded and strapped in my truck by the time I finished paying!! Never have I experienced such good service when it comes to appliance repair,,, I definitely recommend this shop!!

11/19/22. Once again Andre came through for me. My dryer suddenly stopped working ( it lit up but wouldn't start), so I gave Andre a call and he had me meet him at his shop (after hours) to drop it off. The next day (Saturday) Andre got a hold of me and told me that it was ready for pickup so I drove to his shop to get it ( Now this is the part of the review that I want to emphasize) When I got there Andre told me that he troubleshot everything and that he couldn't find anything wrong with it and informed me that the culprit was probly a loose outlet connection . Andre then refused payment and told me that since he didn't fix anything, it wouldn't be right to charge me. I was floored! Who does that now days!,,, ill tell you who! Andre does!,,,the man is an honest and conscientious! Its absolutely refreshing to know that there's still people/ businesses that you can trust with their honesty!,,,,, so when I got my dryer home I made sure that the plug was firmly connected and my dryer started right up. This was the third time that I've used Andre's business for appliance repairs and just like the other 2 times he's exceeded my expectations. He's definitely earned all of my future appliance repair business!

  • Hannah Sylvester rated it 5/5: Andre really saved the day for us! I called him about my broken washer and he told me to bring it right away, he was super knowledgeable. It was fixed by the end of the day for less that another repair company had quoted me! He and his wife were super kind and helpful too! If you have a broken appliance I can’t recommend them enough, ignore the Karens rating 1 star!
  • Greg Casaus rated it 5/5: I've never worked with a better appliance repair company than with Andre and his team. Twice they have worked on my problem the same day I called them (I was able to take my appliances to them myself). For my dryer they cleaned out all the rubber from a bathroom floormat I dried (yes, I did that). For my range, he repaired a ribbon cable, saving me over $100 if I had purchased a new control board.
In both cases his price was less than if I had purchased parts and done the repair myself. I'm sure there are other quality repair folks out there, but I doubt I could find one with the service and integrity of Andre.

  • Michael Stickland rated it 5/5: It’s the day before Thanksgiving and my dishwasher wasn’t working. I called Albuquerque Appliance Training and Andre called me right back. I explained that the dishwasher wasn’t filling with water, and instead of quoting me a price to come out to look at it, he told me to check the float in the tank to make sure it wasn’t stuck. It was stuck open with a wheel from the bottom rack wedged under it, and once I removed that the dishwasher worked again! Andre’s goodwill and willingness to selflessly share his expertise has been a great blessing to us. Andre saved our thanksgiving holiday! We will certainly call on him again for future appliance repairs.
  • Tina Rivera rated it 1/5: Andre was great in the beginning, gave him the money to repair our dryer. The wrong part came in and couldn’t get another one for 8 months. I called and told him keep the $75 for his efforts and requested my $205 back that I gave him. To this day I have yet to get my money back after calls and texts messages. Very unprofessional and he still has my dryer. Times are tough but he definitely doesn’t deserve to keep $280 for nothing.
