Scott from Mr. Appliance came and didn’t find the leak initially but he didn’t quit looking and believed me. He started moving the connectors and pipes and found the leak right away! He explained everything to me very professionally and very kindly. I was comfortable having him in my home. He fixed the connection where the leak was coming from and showed me while he double checked the leak was gone. This made me feel so much more confident! He also told me where to move my explosive gas detector (lower to the ground) as that’s why it hadn’t been catching the leak. I’m so glad he came to help me!

I received a prompt call from Amber, but didn’t schedule an appointment due to another company advising me over the phone to turn off the refrigerator and that should solve the humming noise, well the humming stopped but so did the temperature inside the refrigerator. I called Mr. Appliance back on 12/1, spoke with Nicole and received an appointment for the same day! I received email and text messages of the confirmed appointment and notification when the technician was on the way. Scott Perry arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain the issue and solution to me. One part was available, however, another part had to be ordered, which wouldn’t be available until the following Monday. I called and spoke with Pam, the parts manager who was able to order the parts from a local company, which meant I might be able to get the refrigerator repaired the next day. To my surprise and delight I received a call that Scott be back with the parts Friday afternoon. Scott arrived promptly and advised one of the parts was not needed which saved me around $60. After making the repair, he cleaned up the mess and made sure the refrigerator was cooling properly. Mr. Appliance of Ponte Vedra was professional from start to finish. Came to look at my broken dryer on 7/14 (after a last minute cancellation the day before). Didn’t even pull the dryer out to inspect any parts, just guessed at what was wrong. Ordered parts and then never heard from anyone again. I call multiple times a day, every single day. Spoke to Justina once and she promised to call me back on 7/22. Never heard from her again. Spoke to Don on 7/25 and he promised to call the morning of 7/26 and nothing from him either. How do these people stay in business????

We waited at least a week after their technician was here to receive their estimate, and after calling several times finally received an estimate but with no clear indication of how long it would take to order parts or schedule the repair. We got frustrated and lacked confidence in Adept, so called GE Repair Service instead. Their technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately, had the necessary parts on his truck, completed the repair and charged us $200 LESS than it would have cost to endure the frustration with Adept. We wrote Adept a letter afterwards and they never responded.

    This business was contracted out by my home warranty company American Home Shield. American Home Shield dispatched Kaseys Appliance Repair out who is Adept Appliance Service to repair my refrigerator. Tech came out said parts needed to be ordered. I was advised on 11/5/22 that my parts would be in and was given an appointment date of 11/11/22 from 8a-12p. Kaseys/Adept was a no show. No call, No nothing! I have contacted Kaseys/Adept daily leaving voicemails, even sent an email. No return call & no response to my email. I have small kids who I can’t grocery shop for and not to mention the Thanksgiving Holiday is approaching and I have no refrigerator. I’ve been in consistent contact with AHS who continues to contact Kaseys/Adept as well with no response. This has been am horrible customer experience all around with Kaseys/Adept and American Home Shield. I just want my refrigerator fixed. I don’t understand how a company can lack professionalism and not provide a better customer experience.

He determined it was the compressor & looked at the time to get it here & cost. MUCH less time than the warranty people. He kept in touch after the service call -ABOVE & BEYOND the whole time. I feared the worst because I know motors are quite expensive. When he told me that it just the sensor, I was relieved and immediately knew he was spot on honest. The bonus was he had a replacement in his van, so no shipping or return visit. He had the sensor changed in a few minutes. I don't think he was here more than 25min total. Eric knows his stuff and it shows. He had us up and running in no time and the washer runs like a champ again. I can now proudly recommend all my friends and coworkers to use ACA for all their repair needs with no fear of being ripped off or changing parts unnecessarily. It's hard to find a trustworthy business today, but I can attest that you're in good hands with ACA.

After another company recommended replacement without even looking, I called Ace to come quote me a new system as well. Upon arrival, Troy asked several questions to get a better understanding of my needs, and was curious to take a quick look before blindly suggesting a new system. After some diagnostics, he was actually able to repair a shorted wire that was the problem the entire time. Troy was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. I will definitely use them over the bigger companies from now on.

We gave the representative our stove's brand, model, and serial number. The representative sold us the parts that were supposed to be what we needed. When we attempted to repair our stove, the parts did not align correctly so we called a professional service who came out and could not use the parts because they belonged to a different brand of stove. We contacted Ace Air Conditioning & Appliance because we were sold the incorrect part. They would not refund or exchange even though it was an error on their part. Whether the business intentionally scammed us or made a mistake, they would not make it right. How often have they purposely sold a high priced item incorrectly to a customer and then made off with the money? Seems I'm not the only one either according to other reviews. I will never do business here again even if I have to pay more money elsewhere. You just can't trust them.

The Bosch apt size W/D was priced to sell! There is a 30 day repair/replace warranty and so far they work perfectly. The install was smooth and quick, yet thorough. I've used the W/D a few times and am very happy with them. I'll be purchasing my next appliance at Vallerios.

    WELL. my husband also went in there, on his own, & was told they offer a 30 day warranty & delivery fees vary…
    Seems that because I "looked" like an easy target the man working thought he could take advantage of me & make some extra cash off me because I'm a woman.
    Then my husband goes in & is treated fair & offered fair service…
    How despicable & sad that in this day & age & in this tight nit neighborhood, that they'd feel it appropriate to rip women off!!!
    I'll take my $500 elsewhere

Not only did the employee seem extremely frustrated and baffled that we were bringing in a mower that wasn't sold at a Sears, but check in took forever and the pricing was somewhat high. We figured we would give it a shot anyway. We were told that they now ship them to Orlando for repairs and it would be two weeks. Whatever. We get a call that it's back and done and go in to pick it up. It's not done, they had done nothing to it except send it on a road trip and pull some pieces off it (they were sitting on top of the mower). Notes on slip said "not repaired, parts unavailable". Now I don't know much about mower tune ups, but I assume the spark plug is pretty universal and cleaning the air filter doesn't require some type of specialized part made only in Lithuania every 200 years by the chosen one. The only saving grace of this place was the employee we worked with when picking up our mower. She seemed not too surprised that this happened and refunded our deposit. We found another place that had great reviews and took it straight there for an experience that was amazingly superior to the one we had at Sears.

She took the time to listen to and understand the situation. And from there took charge and things got resolved in a timely manner. Her follow up from the time she got involved was equal to 6 stars. She exceeded our expectations as she worked through the issue and with her communication. An ideal model to follow within the customer service dept.

    8/20 —. Refrigerator went out. Repairman came and parts needed to be ordered. In doing so was told the soonest they could get back out to insure all the parts were in was 9 days later – ok with that. All the parts came in and the morning that they were suppose to be back they called and said the repairman on the case was sick and we rescheduled you for another 9 days out. So we went from the head of the line to the end because no one in customer service can contact the local service company and tell them that is not how you do things

They came and supposedly fixed the issue only for the freezer to break 3 months later. The next service person who came to fix the freezer broke the fridge too. He specifically said he or someone would be over the next day only to find out they didn’t give us an appointment until 26th. We are without a fridge, with all groceries spoilt without any forewarning!! Such a headache and such poor service and of skills on their team .

    My refrigerator broke (purchased 11/2020) on 9/28. They could not come to troubleshoot until 10/11. They had to order parts and the technician schedule my next appointment on the spot for today, 10/27. He also asked why I didn’t have a back up refrigerator and suggested I invest in one (excuse me!).
    I confirmed the appointment the afternoon of 10/26. Today, around 1 pm, I received a robo call indicating my appointment was cancelled.
    I immediately tried calling and became stuck in a computer loop! I called my home warranty company and spent the next hour being transferred. When I finally got back to Sears, I was told their computer said I did not receive all of the parts. After arguing, I asked for the part numbers, read back each part number I received. The person continued to argue and said the computer said it won’t be delivered until tomorrow!!
    They said they would reschedule for 11/4. I told them I would be out of town. They ignored me and schedule the appointment.
    I called the home warranty company back because Sears failed me. Instead of using good old fashioned human customer service, they cancelled my appointment based on a computer! Now the home warranty company has failed me. They refuse to use a different company because they are afraid another company will say something else is wrong!
    I am stuck with Sears and my appointment on 11/4!
    By the time they get here, my refrigerator will have been broken for 37 days!!
    Unacceptable!
    Broken compressor and leaking evaporator!

After living in Florida for many years, it's still no easier to find a reliable and trustworthy staff than it was 45 years ago. I'm happy to report that Mr. Appliance of Jacksonville Beach exceeded my expectations for service and quality. Our refrigerator failed as Hurricane Ian was approaching Florida, which obviously caused a delay in the delivery of our needed parts. Once the delivery issue was identified by Mr. Appliance staff, they hopped to the task of finding an alternate supplier. Once the parts were located, they ran and picked up what we needed themselves. The technician took it upon himself to work late on a Friday so we could get back to our normal routine without further delay. At 3pm, my husband received a call saying a part didn't come in and they would need to reschedule for the following week. Came today and fixed the unit. My complaint is that we weren't notified of the change until half way through the appointment window.
    Otherwise satisfies with the service. Tech was polite and informative.

I highly recommend him and would 100% call him again for any future problems with my fridge or freezer.
