He was polite, explained to me what he was doing all the time he was there and once finished he cleaned up and left. all within a very reasonable amount of time. I'm confused….about a week and a half ago I contacted A+ Appliance to schedule repair for my refrigerator. It went so well that I scheduled service for a commercial double oven. Again, great service. I just called because my ice machine is having issues. The service call for my refrigerator was $75, total service/repair for the double oven was just under $600. However, I was just quoted $129 for a service call on my ice maker. Two weeks prior I was quoted $50 for the ice maker. This is so unfortunate. How does a service call triple in a couple of weeks!!

They were accommodating to my scheduling needs and kept me informed via text messages. Sam and his team of trainees arrived right on time and could not have been more pleasant, courteous and respectful. They explained in detail what they were doing every step of the way and, after troubleshooting the problem, quickly determined the necessary repair and promptly did what was needed to get my oven and broiler (which had stopped working) back up and running to peak performance. They even taught me how to clean the ignitors! They also kept their work area very clean which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for all of my appliance repairs and maintenance going forward!

Both times, called before arrival, came within appointment time frame. Much appreciated, thanks! Repaired both fridge and dryer on same visit(s). Worked hard the whole time (the job is not just swapping out parts, there is brazing which looks kind of like welding and gas recovery and exchange involved) and answered questions by text (my choice) afterwards. FYI it takes a fridge awhile to get back up to speed once repaired. So far so good! 🙂

The technician I dealt with is called Felix and I will welcome him into my home any time. An unbelievably knowledgeable and kind person. Will never go anywhere else for appliance repair again.

I attempted to fix on my own at first but I couldn't lift and get it back into place. Alpha Techs were able to fix my dryer quickly and efficiently. They were courteous when they arrived and they only charge for the initial service fee, since it was a quick job! They did a great job! I was expecting that they would have to take apart the dryer, but they didn't have to. It took two of them to get it, but it was done within 15 mins or so.

My LG front load washer shows "FE" error code and I contacted TJ Appliance Service through Yelp (after hopelessly contact another company), Tony replied very quickly as claimed on yelp and sent a technician the next day.

Ted is FANTASTIC!! Very friendly and professional. He came the next day as promised during a window time frame and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He gave me a quote for the repair, went to get a part and came back the same day in the evening to fix it (even it was out of business hour). He was quick. FYI, my dryer sits on the top of the washer but he was able to remove it by himself with his tools. (while other company refused to do so.)

They did, and diagnosed the dishwasher as needing a new pump, but it would be a number of business days until they could get get the part. So I called TJ Appliance to see if they had the part or could get it quicker. Tony came the next morning and confirmed it needed a pump, but could get it in a couple of days. Then as soon as he left, he texted saying he found the part and could install immediately! He came back and The dishwasher was working within 30 minutes. And in a very cool move, he gave me a discount of the total amount from the service charge of the other company! Will use them anytime I have an appliance problem and you should too!

It’s difficult finding a trustworthy appliance repair person in LA, and I usually look to friends and family for recommendations, but nobody was able to help me this time around. I booked a consult with Roland for the next day, and he showed up on time and with all the necessary tools, which I appreciated as sometimes appliance repair people will come in and out and take forever to fix something because they don’t have the right parts or tools.
My washer was fixed in no time and is running again smoothly. I even recommended his services to my neighbor who was having a similar problem. He was able to help her out immediately after.

Great customer service and value. Would recommend to anyone!

Half an hour after the call, the refrigerator was inspected by a technician. Everything was well explained. Made a replacement part. Now the refrigerator works as it should. At first it was quiet, then louder, then even louder, and then it stopped making noise and …working. Found this company based on reviews. Was extremely happy when the machine was brought back to life. I will recommend you to my colleagues at work if they have to look for washing machine repair specialists.

Artin Matt rated it 1/5: We had a repair man if that's what you want to call him cover over. He did not speak English so it was hard explaining anything to him. He took apart our dryer and was just staring at the unit. He didn't seem to know what he was looking at. He looked at his phone for bit then said the parts were going to cost several hundred dollars, this is after absolutely nothing was done. He said it would cost close to $600 dollars to fix it with the parts. He said I could try to find the parts and he would repair it for $200 dollars. He also said he can get me a new unit at a discount if I would purchase from his boss. The $69.00 service call was not an issue but at least give me useful information. I felt like someone sent over to look at unit and say it's bad and going to cost you this much to fix, but if you want spend little more money and my boss can get you a new unit.
