They had great reviews so I gave them a call. Randy came out and diagnosed the problems which turned out to be new belts and valve inlet and sleeve. He had to order parts and come back another day to fix it. Randy was knowledgeable, professional, and kind as well as gave great customer service. My machine is up and running and will hopefully have many more years left. I would also like to give a shout out to the office girls also. They were helpful!

The techs came out and after testing said they were sure that all it needed was a charge of refrigerant. I stressed that the freezer could be replaced for $650 so I didn't want to put much money in it. They proceeded and when they were done the lead tech said he was confident the freezer was fixed and it would be cold by end of day. The freezer never dropped below room temperature, not after they left or by end of day. I spent $357 and there was no change in the freezer. I called Mr Appliance back and they scheduled a time between noon and 2 pm. I waited until 2:15 and they had not arrived or called. When I called the office, I was told they were finishing up and would be to my house soon. As I had an appointment for work I could not wait. I feel I wasted $357 and that the freezer was not diagnosed correctly. I also wasted an afternoon of my time waiting on the techs who never even called that they were late. I own my own business and also have appointments. Rather then waste more money, I simply bought a new freezer.

It was slightly warm before he put the back on, however, we put a load of laundry into the dryer and turned it on-left for errands, came back clothes were still wet. Tried calling the business and the tech no responses even though left several messages and texts. I called Sears again to schedule another appt for Monday and they were sending Joe's Appliance Repair again. I was to have an appt between 8 and 12. No one called or came. Called Sears again and they said Joe's Appliance Repair had changed my appt to 1-4 but no one told me. I sat here today until 4:30 No call, no tech, no repair. I now do not want this person back in my home at all and I am stuck with whomever sears sends as I have protection agreements that cost me $1,723 and last until 2022 and cannot afford to just call someone else. Sat on hold from 12:15 to 3:31 p.m. with various Sears representatives and still do not have a resolution or a repair. Am reporting both to the consumer protection division of our attorney general for fraud.

Our tech came out and figured out the issue and ordered the parts. He also booked me an appointment for Aug 30th and I signed off off on this date. The 30th came and went and the technician didn't show. I called and they didn't have my appointment. So then I made one for the 2nd. Today it's the first and they call and say I need to reschedule for Sept 10th. I had both a confirmation text and online it showed my appointment as the 2nd. If the shoe was on the other foot they would be billing me for missed appointments. Come on guys come install the parts you all ordered already.

When he returned and fixed the refrigerator he then quoted me a different amount. I reminded him on what he said, the balance would be, so he told me to pay that amount and the company will contact me for the rest, Now it in collections for the $78 up charge. Plus he didn't service a side by side refrigerator but he did charge me more than the refrigerator was worth brand new.

I CALLED BACK AND THEY CANT COME OUT UNTIL MAY! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I SPENT MONEY REPAIRING Based on the techs suggestion. They promised to come right back out if it didn't get cold after 48 hours following the repair on 4/13 but when I called they said they can't come until 5/2. But they didnt come, they canceled. Came on May 17 but that repair only worked for a few days. Next repair June 16!

    However, I won't be using the service again. It
    took over a month to get a range fixed when the parts were delivered in 2 days. Also, I had a scheduled time on a Tuesday and at 9:30 that morning was told it would be Thursday before the tech could get there. When people have to work and you take a day off to get a repair because you only offer an 8-5 time frame for repairs it is a real inconvenience. I have never heard of a 9 hour window for a repair service.

A few weeks later the second guy shows up when the part arrives. He says the first guy was wrong, we need a new control panel and he charges us a bit more and orders that part, and sends back the first one back. This was 3 months ago and we have been calling and emailing since and have just been ignored. So far, we are out $500 for at least 3 months and the dishwasher still doesn't work and no one will even respond to us.

    Don't use this company, they are terrible.

    Once I did, Samsung was less than helpful, closed my ticket(without repair) a couple of times and overall not communicative.

    Universal Appliance came to the rescue and approached this job with some concern regarding the logistics of the repair , but all the readiness to do the job you could ask for. CJ even bought me a lunch…!!!

The washer is tired and refuses to work. CJ, Shelby, & Jennifer are ALL excellent, they have worked with us every step of the way to get the washer repaired. Eric, technician is very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, & professional… it’s not him it’s the WASHER. Universal will work with me and the warranty dept to get my issue resolved. They are the BEST and I recommend them to everyone!

My main issue is the $100 fee just to come diagnose the problem and on top of that they charge 3.5% extra for using credit/debit cards. I have a Samsung dish washer and it’s hard to find a company that works on them, otherwise I would’ve went with another company.

    Communication is not an option. No way of getting in contact with them.

Came back LATE and still didn't repair the oven.. he said he couldn't get the screws out and he needed a special tool that he didn't have with him. He said he would come back the next day to fix it but didn't know what time. The following morning I called to see what time he would be back and whoever answered the phone was RUDE!!!!! This man was upset because I requested that we be the first appointment considering they left the job incomplete the previous day. He said they couldn't get back in until 12. I, of course, had planned to have him here on the original date and not the next day so having an appointment the following day I requested the tech come out after 3. I asked if the tech would come prepared this time and this man got unbelievably irritated and irate.. told me they were doing me a favor and going above and beyond as it is.. After charging me to look at my oven, not coming prepared to the job you already LOOKED AT, arriving late and not placing me in the priority spot the following day.. on top of all that this man was rude too????? That man talked to me like i was an ungrateful idiot and not a paying customer. For almost $400 i could have just replaced my oven but decided to trust your business instead. I would literally never recommend these people to anybody and the way the world is working these days, I'm going to make sure to spread the news to as many people as possible. You can't talk to anybody any kind of way you want to. That's someone wife, mother, daughter all that. People are out here doing crazy things because of bad service. Thank God we are good people. Terrible service. If I could rate it zero stars I would👎🏾

    First I called during the work day because our dishwasher wasn’t draining and they sent somebody out whenever my wife was home with our two small kids. I asked specifically to have the technician call me when they were there to be able to make the diagnosis. They didn’t. I instead talked to my wife when I had a break from work and she said he left. So I called their shop and the lady explained that they don’t do repairs same day, that due to Covid the parthouses make them put things on will call. That may be how it works I’m not judging that because I work in HVAC and we went through that same process but I could almost always get people heating or cooling same day. I didn’t know he wasn’t going to be able to fix it when they came out on a morning appointment and that was my first issue. When talking to their shop the call got disconnected before i confirmed i wanted to do the work and they went ahead and scheduled it. (I was going with it at this point) My second issue was after the guy left, the small tablet of detergent wouldnt dissolve, they sent the same technician out and he said he forgot to connect something when he replaced the pump. (Everybody makes mistakes, while this was issue 2, it happened we move past it) well it has now been a few weeks, we spent a week out of state and we’ve been hearing this noise, and now the arm that rotates in the bottom of the dishwasher completey melted, nothing obstructed it, so issue three is, I would appreciate somebody saying, replace the dishwasher these have a lot of issues, not repair something for 275 only to come back again, and now the dishwasher still isn’t working. Very average experience from me, and as a father and husband and veteran. This has caused me more grief that I don’t have time for and I should have just replaced it.

Freezer was freezing perfect , but my refrigerator section was getting warmer and warmer every minute. I had no clue, so I was gonna go to buy a new refrigerator. But honestly my money was tight , and I got lucky my wife said why don’t we repair it. Honestly this is my first repair .so I looked up a repair company called Precision appliance, they had a great rating on the internet and their website was super easy to read. But still I’m worried, so I set appointment , then two hours later a truck pulled in my drive way logged up . Still nervous, the gentleman that got out was very clean cut and professional . I welcomed him in and he introduced his self as William King. So I walked him back to my refrigerator . He asked me what it was doing wrong and I explained . And I was so relieved his response was we see this often and it’s a common affordable repair. He then started disassembling so I went in my living room . 15 minutes later he told me he has it figured out and that I had some bad baffle motor . I have no clue what that is but he said it opens up and let’s the cold air from the freezer enter the refrigerator side. So I’m expecting now it’s time to wait on part . He then tells me I’ll have you repaired in 45 minutes . So all of my worries disappeared. 45 minutes later he tells me give it a couple hours to be filled back up and your good To go . I then paid him and the price was affordable the refrigerator I have was only 250.00 for total repair. So bottom line thank you Mr.King your service was exceptional and I highly recommend your services to all my friends and family members and I’ll continue to use you on all of my appliances. He ordered the parts and is coming back out next day! He is very professional and honest. He made sure to show me what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He was very thorough and made sure the problem was fixed!!!! I will continue to use him for all of my appliance repair needs.

    He fixed my refrigerator just enough to make it work for a week, knowing he should not of fixed it at all! And the biggest part i realized that was a scam, I should have never been charged 120 dollars for diagnosis because he said he fixed the problem and they was suppose to wave the fee's!
    So really it should have only costed me 40 dollars!
    And he did it during the pandemic knowing I have 4 children!
    Only offered me 10.41 back, after spending 140 dollars for nothing to be fixed!
    This company is the biggest scam artists!

But when you have TWO broken and have to deal with service repair this has been the BEST PLACE I have found. From my first call (this time anyway) to Marie then to Jeremy coming to diagnose issues with fridge & washer, I was very impressed. His work & overall knowledge is great. His people skills & personality actually made it less painful $$ wise. Lol. I would never consider using anyone but Kelly & her wonderful team. They made me feel like Family and in today's world we all could use more of that🤗
