This is no slight on the company as people just lack the drive to work these days. I had a leak in my home and I could not identify it's source. Jacob arrived timely ahead of schedule (which is always good) and was super kind and knowledgeable. He identified my problem areas and was done rather quickly. I had the same leak looked at by another company and as you can see I had to find someone else. As a consumer, I appreciate workers that take pride in their craft, successfully complete the job requested, and are not just performing for a paycheck. If all the technicians offer the caliber of service as Jacob, they will become a staple in my home maintenance needs.

Next came Tyrone who had been assigned to maintain my washer. I asked him if he was going to do the dryer as well. He said he had not been assigned to do the dryer but that he could do it, so he called Sears office and told them he would do both the washer and dryer. I was very thankful for that since I did not want to wait for another man. Tyrone was such a gentleman and competent service man. He helped me figure out how to take care of getting the dryer vent cleaned. My condo vented the dryer to the roof, so it presented another set of problems.

I love the tracking system that you have. I got both texts and emails telling me when to expect the tech and let me tell you the tech (john) was awesome! I will definitely be using your service again and will be recommending you to others.

Fast forward to that date. A service technician never showed up, even though we rearranged our day around the appointment. I called. Customer service was not apologetic and did not offer to help. The insinuated that it was my fault, even though I had the service order and all of the confirmations from when the technician made the appointment. By this time, our ice maker had been broken a month (two weeks to get the original appointment and two weeks for the second appointment). The technician did order the part, which was shipped to our house. My husband ended up watching a YouTube video and installing the part himself. It took two screws and two plugs. 10 minutes for a non-handy amateur. So we paid a portion of our bill on the first service date, and my husband ended up having to make the fix. What makes me even angrier about that is that the total bill was going to be almost $500. The part was $104. The rest was labor. And it took my husband 10 MINUTES. It would have cost us almost $400 dollars for a 10 minute fix! I signed up for a Sears Warranty contract to cut down on some of the cost. I will be trying to cancel that. Sears is overpriced and unreliable. Service contract or no, I will not be using them again.

The service technicians are pleasant enough but good luck getting the same one for each appointment. Our refrigerator repair required 5 appointments. 5!!!!! (7 counting the no shows) over the course of 3+ weeks. Technicians were late for appointments twice and no shows twice. But once you've ponied up $500+, you have to see it through.
Support/call center could never access my account with the phone# they were using to communicate with me.
Forever on the phone and forever waiting around for technicians – days all total. NEVER AGAIN!

Called and ordered a cleaning for the washer and dryer. Asked to order a part that needed to be replaced on the washer. Waited a month for that appointment. Technician showed up without the part. At that point he cleaned the dryer and said the washer would be cleaned when the repair was done. Part was ordered and repair was scheduled about a month later. The day of the repair, the tech(George G.) changed the appointment, without asking, to another month later. I contacted Sears that same day and they couldn't explain why it was changed. I was told I would be contacted that afternoon/night by a manager. I never was contacted. I have now cancelled my appointment and asked for a refund only to get sent to over 5 different departments. Still haven't got my refund processed. Save yourself the hassle and schedule a different repair service.

The Tech said it would take 48 hrs before we knew if the Compressor is working correctly. WELL it didn't and Sears Service is having me wait another 2 weeks before it can be addressed. NO follow up was scheduled and no offer for an emergency call to address the problem. Not Happy with the Scheduling arm of Sears Service.

I could not find my book and he did not have access or try to find one online. YET I WAS CHARGED THE FULL REPAIR AMOUNT OF $149.00. 3. Iam not happy!!! 4. This picture 4 hours after I started the dishwasher, lights still on and not turned off, and dishes still wet, after Jet Dry.

Parts were supposedly replaced but refrigerator never started cooling. Took two more weeks to have next tech out. Third tech said the replaced parts were never needed and refrigerator not repairable. Told to call company for refund. Have been on hold for hours to only be hung up on numerous times. I am out $800 for an unnecessary repair and had to buy a new refrigerator. The company will mot respond and my credit card company will not hold them accountable. Do NOT have a Kenmore refrigerator repaired. Throw it on the curb.

We ordered the part but he said it'd be another week before it could be repaired. No problem. He set my appt up for Saturday(today). A new technician arrives today. Is totally rude and unprofessional. Says Sears doesn't accept credit cards over the weekend so I'd have to reschedule again and left. Called customer support only for the woman to keep repeating that they don't take cards over the weekend only cash or checks. Then proceeded to tell me since I was apart of their home warranty program that he should of fixed it and just wrote down the card information. Well he didn't. Just bogus time wasted.

A tech come to my house, messed around with the refrigerator, replaced the thermostat, and pronounced it fixed. 24 hours later temp still too warm. Called repair service and they sent a different tech. This second tech did not seem to be interested, he was terse and uncommunicative. He informed me that the refrigerator was not too warm (it is). He told me that the coils are dirty and he wanted $50 to clean them. He said that the reason the refrigerator is too warm is because the coils are dirty but he would not clean them under the existing Protection Agreement. He said "there's nothing I can do" so I said goodbye.
Terrible attitude, terrible service, terrible coverage under an expensive Protection Agreement.

The technician was able to come out initially 2 days after I made the service call, and then came back a couple of days later when the part came in. I was able to book an appt. with Candu for the next day at a convenient time for me. The contractor gave me a quote that was much lower than any of the other companies I contacted. The next day, they came wearing their masks, shoe protectors and carpet covering. I had my brand new water heater installed! Overall, the service was great, fast and economical. I will definitely continue to use Candu for any other repairs I may need in the future. Thanks Candu!

The fix was less than a hour. This company is very professional reasonable, and they finished my outside Ac unit in a timely manner. I've already suggested this company to 4 of my co workers and they all have positive experience. I appreciate business like this because I am a single mother ❤️!

The price paid was fair and I thank him for getting my dryer in working order the very next day! He had the element in stock and there was no waiting to order any parts. Paulette Lawson rated it 5/5: I live in a very small town in Arkansas and PMS came to my home and assessed my cooling system and I was given the chose of letting them work on the unit and get it up to part or get a new one. I told them that my system was old and that I wanted everything replaced heat, air and the A coil. They came out and took care of me. My unit is colder than I've felt it before, throwing out snowballs. Thank you guys for a job well done. Germarco and his crew seems like family to me. I would recommend them to everyone that is in need of their services.
