Judy came out as scheduled and after eliminating all possibilities determined that the control panel needed to be replaced. She ordered the part and even returned on Sunday morning to complete the repair. Next time we need service we'll call Valley Services and ask for Judy. Great customer service and 100% professional at their job.

Well there was a no show and when I called they did not care; I even took half a day off anticipating the service call would be responded to. I do not recommend this service at all; don't waste your time. They use a 3rd party scheduling to load up the schedules and if you get service you may be one of the lucky ones. Again do not waste your time. Period

The propane conversion spuds are no longer available. Your technician walked me through the email address where propane orifice spuds were available and I was able to order them online from Reliable Parts Company. My appointment was set for Monday  11/14 between 1200pm-500pm for my oven.    Andy called and came late morning, same as when he came out first time to find out what the issue was.  That was fantastic for me both times.   Again, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable regarding replacing the faulty wire harness for my oven.  He was more than receptive to all my little questions I had for him and was able to answer them all to put my mind at ease.  Again,  Tiger Mechanical has a winner in Andy.  I will definitely contact Tiger Mechanical for any future appliance issues I may have and will also suggest Tiger to the warranty company covering the appliance.  Have an amazing day. I also want to thank the office staff for Tiger, especially Nicole.

    the refrigerator he couldn’t tell me the reason of why it’s off balance and not leveled. he wanted to leave so bad but wanted me to pay him service call.

If you call the number they tell you to call for help or warranty or service, you get the runaround. The customer service people are all over the world either at home or somewhere because there never seems to be a supervisor or manager or boss around to talk to. If you push hard enough, they tell you a supervisor will call within 2hours or 3 days; and you guessed it, a supervisor has never called us back. Our fridge has been broken since late May of 2021. It is now late August of 2021 and it is still uncertain whether it will be fixed. I am going to see a mall Santa before I get to see my fridge fixed at this rate. Wrong parts were ordered, appointments were randomly cancelled by the company and we were not called or made aware. I know that the pandemic has drastically affected the arrival time of parts and equipment. We have had parts for 2 months now, and we just find out they are wrong. We will now have to wait longer for those parts to arrive. And to make matters worse the company for 3 weeks was having technical issues with its computer services. Nothing was done on the part of the company to ensure the customers' happiness. Every customer service representative was merely given a tepid script on which to repeat over and over again. The company or the CEO or whomever never had the decency to send out a formal apology to any customers. Nothing was given to the customers other than apologies made by the people who are probably being paid very poorly to get screamed at by frustrated customers. Whoever is a higher up or a manager I hope you know that the representatives probably need therapy due to your lack of foresight. No one, especially the customers, was compensated during the 3 weeks of computer problems. I am simply voicing the issues and problems my family has been having. As most will know when living in Arizona, the heat during the summer months can be excruciating. I will never use this service. My parents were unfortunate enough to be sucked into the promises that this company has been giving out. I implore the company and management to do better for the customers who have not been affected or the incoming customers who do not know the issues this company has. Large name brand companies are not always the way to go. Do your research and consider the fact that some people are not just venting but are trying to show the other side of "great customer reviews."

    Update – I paid the repair bill at the time of service but keep receiving over due payment notices. After being told by an out of country agent that she put in a dispute – I still received a demand notice, I requested an email address and sent their receipt back to them with a demand of my own
    to fix the account glitch or I would file a complaint at the State Attorney General office. Nevertheless, no one bothered to reply but the demand notices stopped.
    By the way the refrigerator is making noises again – oh, new technology 😠

Part and install were cancelled without notice and no refund has been processed. Original call to them said refund is in the works, part not available. Follow-up call says phone number not working. System does not allow me to rate 'ZERO' stars but even that would be too much. Trying to Resolve through charge card Dispute. Charge card dispute process was a no-go. Still no contact from Sears. Still no refund. Still no way to talk to anyone at sears. Aug 12 Update (this started in June) – Finally found a live body on the phone who was able to transfer me to someone who might help. Neither of these individuals spoke English very well. The rep was able to confirm all my information and it sounded like they would initiate a refund of an appropriate amount. She also gave a new website/email/ph# for future contact. I'm not holding my breath but I'm putting my fraud complaint at the AG's office on hold. The mere fact that she claimed to 'initiate' a refund proves they had done nothing toward that end and likely would not had I not persisted.

Professional, responsive, priced fairly, and they back up their work. We had a fantastic experience with them this year when our old unit went down a couple times. They were out quickly, explained what happened, and actually had my part ON THE TRUCK! That never seems to happen. In almost every previous experience, the parts have to be picked up and I am still down another day or two before we are back online. We signed up for their home Maintenance Program and they called early to make sure we are scheduled for our fall inspection. I could not be more pleased.

We had to order a part for our washer and he was back out within a few days of getting it. The price was very reasonable and the service from everyone in their office was great! I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

    They charge you a 105 dollar fee just to come inspect it which they waive if you use their services so they have you in a chokehold to buy from them and can make up whatever amount they want. I was charged 310 dollars to repair a belt that took the guy 20 minutes to fix.

    This would have been fine but less than 6 weeks later the dryer stopped working AGAIN with the same problems. I immediately called them and they told me belts are not covered under warranty and even if they were it would need to be within 30 days. They wouldn't even give me a discount on repairing it again. We ended up buying a new dryer for half the price of the repairs we spent.

    If you hire this company, be prepared to spend an extremely inflated price (that will break within 2 months) or be prepared to spend 105 bucks just for the guy driving out to you. Scam!

Aaron Branch rated it 1/5: Believe every 1-Star review you see. This company brings into question having a Zero star rating. The only reason this company is in business is due to contracting with Centurion Extended Warranty sold through Spencers.
I cannot wait till this warranty expires and I never have to deal with Goldwing ever again.
Spencer’s has also lost us as a customer due to not being able to purchase a reputable warranty for the appliances we spend thousands on.

Since it was still under warranty, we had to call Goldwing Appliance Repair. They came out within a week, diagnosed the dryer as having a failed heater assembly & told us the parts had to be ordered & would be here in 7-10 business days. After 3 weeks went by, it was 6/12/22, & I called to get a status update. I was told that now the parts should be in by 6/21/22. It ended up not getting here until 7/1/22. We finally had the repair person back to install the parts. He told us that his testing device still showed a blockage in the venting. We explained that we had a dryer vent cleaning company out and they said it was clear. He argued with me immediately and just kept repeating himself. I told him the vent cleaners even cut their rate because they didn’t find anything and didn’t want to charge us for the work that wasn’t needed. He just wouldn’t stop arguing & wanted to convince me he was right. I just said “thank you, we’ll take care of it”, but he wanted to know for sure I was going to have them over again. Oh my…

I bought a downdraft from Spencer’s in August 2021. The installers never installed it correctly and it has NEVER worked. Spencer’s told me to call this company and they had only one repair man for Casa Grande. He has been in my home several times and he has never been able to repair it. He continuously rescheduled and the last time time he lost the part. The lady at the front desk refused to believe this repairman never fixed my appliance. What a joke. I would think twice before calling them or purchasing anything from Spencer’s……. Horribly disappointed and stick with a $1300.00 downdraft that never worked. Thanks A LOT guys. So sad.

They did a "diagnostic" test & said that a sensor needed 2 be replaced. So we spend $103, wait two weeks & the sensor gets replaced. Now, the dishwasher doesn't work at all!!!! It's still not drying & half the time doesn't wash at all. We had 2 stand there & listen 2 it 2 make sure it was getting water 2 it & starting the wash. My husband called 2 get a refund on the part. He told them that it wasn't fixed & we weren't putting any more money into a 7 year old dishwasher. Needless 2 say we haven't heard back or gotten our money back 4 the part. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
  • Brenda Johnson rated it 1/5: They completely forgot an appointment I made a month ago. They had come out to fix the broken rack on our 2 year old Kitchen Aid Dishwasher. The placement of the dishwasher as it was sitting crooked due to new flooring install and we asked the tech if he could fix that. He became very argumentative and communicated poorly. We scheduled him to come back to do that work. He came back and fixed that issue another time. The next day I noticed now the handle was loose, seemed as if it happened in the course of his repair. I called immediately and was told I would have to wait about a month for someone to come back out. Today was the day. No one showed up. I called. The woman who answered the phone claimed we had only had a person out here once and she didn’t see an appointment for us. As we were trying to explain the course of events, in a calm professional manner, she became rude and hung up! Then I called back and she immediately put me on hold. Handle is still loose on a 2 year old $1,200 dishwasher that was not loose before their tech did work. I do not recommend this company.

The defrost drain of my freezer clogged up, causing a leak in my refrigerator and so I placed a message to several companies on Yelp and Felix was the only company to reply. We scheduled for Gary to come out between 1-3 on Tuesday. Gary called me on Tuesday and said he could come earlier than that if it was OK. Gary showed up at 12. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under 30 minutes! The cost was a lot less than I expected and Gary said he was confident with what was causing the issue that he warrantied the repair for a year. I can't believe that there is a company like Felix today that gets things done for all the right reasons. Thank you Gary so much for all of your help. He was honest, hard working, quick and efficient. I will definitely use Felix again in the future. Felix, you're going in my contacts in my phone!

He let my dogs love on him and watch him as he worked. He found out that whoever installed the garbage disposal on our rental didn't set it up right to drain the dishwasher. He fixed it all up and got it done super fast. Very impressed with his service. Will definitely be using Felix in the future and requesting Cody.

Technician came and left reporting nothing was wrong, but never checked to ensure the air was functioning. The AC is still not working and they refused to send anyone back out again. Worst customer service we have ever experienced with a company.
