The order process went smoothly. However, after working with this company during product delivery, I totally understand why they are NOT the company to hire for your investment in new appliances and the negative reviews that appear on Google.

My husband and I ordered 6 major appliances from M&M. When the first 3 appliances arrived, 1 of the 3 appliances was working. The dishwasher was installed and we were unable to use it. There was an error message on the machine when it was turned on. The washer was installed and did not work at all. When we called M&M to address the matter, we were told to call GE because they don't fix appliances. We are beyond frustrated with this company and will be canceling the remainder of our order. If you expect high quality service and products, DO NOT USE M&M Appliances!

I called and immediately got the store manager on the phone (not by complaining, that's just who picks up the phone!). My washer had broken and he knew exactly what was in stock that would fit my needs and gave me a few options along with the prices. He had the washer delivered right away, then ordered the dryer since it wasn't in stock.
Given the issues with appliances in late 2021, this was a pretty incredible feat to get a washer replaced with pretty much exactly what I wanted within a week.

Communication, knowledge, and inventory was top notch.

While I'm at it, all I've ever heard from old-timers is how great another local appliance shop is (B&S…). Back in the day I think they used to be a small, local appliance shop like M&M, however they've grown to the point of which nobody has any idea what's in stock, how long items will take, or even what appliances exist (they literally ordered me a dishwasher model that never existed and led me along for months before I went in person to see what was going on). Over the last 5 years I've had numerous friends (including ourselves) that have gone that route, and not a single one has had a smooth process. There is a huge amount of value in a place like M&M that knows the ins and out of their operation and can make sure everything goes smoothly throughout the process. I only bring this up to point out that there's a huge difference between a local chain, and a true local shop. M&M is the latter, and you can tell that with every interaction.

We completely renovated a house and needed everything (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, washer/dryer) under a pretty tight budget and time frame. We needed things delivered the following week! Our sales associate took their time putting together our list of appliances with our time and budget restriction in mind. Brian very patiently looked through all their warehouse items in the area so that we got everything we needed and we are extremely pleased with each appliance we’ve purchased. He also made sure we had everything needed to install the appliances. The prices were excellent. I will definitely come back if we need anything else in the future.

Consumer Priority Service (CPS Customer Service) was extremely difficult to deal with in terms of responsiveness and attitude. Read the warranty carefully, it is more like a transmission warranty for your car. Knobs are specifically excluded and not deemed to be a functional part. I feel that I wasted the money ($125). By the way the knobs cost $25 each and I needed two. M and M did not push the warranty and I have nothing but praise for the store. It would thrill me if they stopped using CPS.

He was able to diagnose it issue and get the dishwasher up and running in short order. After getting everything buttoned up and letting it run he wasn't satisfied with when he heard, he said it should be much quieter. (It sounded like it always had before it needed repairs) He took extra times to readjust all the fasteners and legs until not only was it working, but was whisper quiet.

All in all Lee was in and out in less than an hour, had reasonable rates, and is a wonderful person we would welcome in our home again.

First of all Chad (owner of SK App Repair), responded to my service request literally within seconds. I explained my issue and due to my set of circumstances he worked with my budget. He was at my door under 30 minutes! Once inside he surveyed the job and got to work, even helping me to carry the old heavy appliance down an entire set of stairs and into my garage! (Wasn't part of the job, just a favor he offered!). As he continued to work on my new appliance he started giving me preventative maintenance tips and advice across a range of all my other appliances. He was literally giving me advice on how NOT to have to see him (or any other repair guy for that matter) for a long long time! I cannot express how INVALUABLE all the advice and industry tips he gave were to me! Before finishing he meticulously checked all operations to ensure proper operation and preventive safety measures. At the end of the job I offered him a just a bit more than the agreed job cost but he basically refused to take more than what we initially agreed upon! You rarely find his type of honesty and professionalism anywhere in the industry..or business world at all! The whole experience was refreshing & good to know there are still 'some' good and honest repair guys out there. Rohan Malhotra rated it 1/5: Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with them. I booked a service appointment on a Friday for the next day Saturday between 2pm and 4pm. I get a call from someone called Geraldine at 1pm on Saturday an hour before the appointment time saying she is canceling the appointment because they don't have anyone. Very rude and unapologetic, didn't even offer to reschedule. Not many companies open or available on a Saturday, so now I'm in a major bind. I would give zero stars if I could!

He wouldn't come back, even though he was 10 minutes away, because he had to go to his next service call. Scheduled to come back 3 hours later, at 9 pm. Not happy with this service AT ALL!!!!!
Mary Naylor rated it 1/5: I give this place 0 stars. They wanted a visa to "hold" an appointment. Then they did not show up during the 8-10am window they gave me and did not call. But guess what, there was still a "pending" charge on my visa. I wouldn't recommend this company.
