I have an old warranty they used to offer that covers all my appliances. My stove top had cracked when I turned on the burner to make some eggs. When the repair guy got here he looked at it and took a picture and he said he did not think it was covered under warranty. My understanding was every part of this stove/range was covered under warranty. I realize I am grandfathered in. But every year they have no issue. None whatsoever taking my money but the more I try to use them when appliances are broken or don't work correctly the less and less they cover. So then I inquired about how much it would cost to replace that since it sounded like I needed to pay for it only to find out you can't even get the part anymore! Wth!! What is the sense of having this warranty if nothing is ever repaired or replaced. And it's like I just don't believe what they tell me anymore. Two years ago they took off The warranty on my central air conditioning. When I inquired as to why they said they could no longer get parts for the central air conditioner that they put in! So I hired another company who has no issues getting parts for this AC. So I felt like they lied to me then and I feel like they're lying to me now. Just find somebody else to repair your appliances. These people are not worth the frustration..

We had two complete systems replaced/ upgraded. Dave was very forthcoming with information about which P/N’s and brand of parts that would be used in our systems. Whole crew worked very well as a seamless team. Couldn’t believe how quick the job was completed. Dave explained the duration of warranty on all installed part.

Not only was he the cheapest price, but was the most honest and genuinely cared about my last hvac troubles I had with another company. I called him a few weeks ago and told him that we were ready to have our system replaced.
He came out today with his assistant, who was very friendly, to replace my hvac system. He was very punctual and started on the time that he said he would. Cant say that about most companies I’ve had experience with. He went straight to work and was very careful with the existing and new equipment. I would 100% recommend him to anyone! David is the person I trust for any my AC work.

I called on Monday as my hvac unit had been messing up. This time of year I knew they would be backed up with service requests, but they got me on their list and came out, ran multiple tests, and fixed the issue. They ended up saving me a bunch of money from the previous estimate from a competitor. I will definitely call them for yearly upkeep on our system for now on.

integrity. MTS provided us with outstanding service with no unnecessary extra repairs. We have a 7 year old unit that stopped working on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We called MTS and Brian came right out. We thought we would be without AC all weekend but we were up and running within an hour of him arriving at a great price! Brian and MTS are honest, professional and reliable and we will not call anyone else.

We called Tom in the late afternoon as our downstairs AC unit went out and he had someone at the house the very next morning. I called Tom after the service call as I was not home when Daniel assessed the situation. Tom provided two options, called me back within 10 minutes with the quotes and had the outside AC unit replaced the next day (at a very reasonable price I might add). At MTS everyone is professional, courteous and extremely efficient. I have never worked with such a responsive HVAC company before and they are definitely my only go to HVAC company I will use in the future. Thank you MTS!

Today, Jake came out for my dryer. It was making an awful noise. I showed him how it was acting and he was able to immediately diagnose the problem. The best thing about this company is that they almost always have the part on the truck. Only once did I need something special ordered. Today the part was on the truck and now my dryer is working great again. He vacuumed out the entire unit and did some preventative maintenance as well.

Price is great and they offer a military discount! He was on time and gone within the hour. They call with a 2 hour window the morning of service and he was here at the beginning of that window. They usually call to tell you when they are on the way too.

Great company, great service, great pricing! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair.

I spoke with Larry who was very personable and scheduled Jake to be at our house between 11am and 1pm. I received a call before Jake's arrival letting me know he was on the way. He arrived in a timely manner and fixed the problem. He made sure the washer was working properly before he left and answered several of my questions about keeping a front loading washer clean. I will definitely use Mobile Appliance Repair for future repair needs and recommend them to others.

He replaced the heating element unit and the dryer worked for about two loads before not heating anymore. He came back and replaced the high limit thermostat and told my wife he believed the problem was in the house ventilation duct. He insisted he wouldn’t return until it was cleaned out. We had someone come by to clean the vent and minimal lint was removed but no clogs. The actual problem was a faulty after market part not adequate for my dryer. Another company I used brought the correct part and ran tests and the dryer has worked ever since (appx 4 months ago). It took Larry 4 attempts and he couldn’t fix the issue. I paid him nearly $300 and when I called the office and expressed my frustration and asked for a refund, he threatened to come to my house to retrieve the parts he left in the dryer!! Instead of subtracting the cost of parts from the total refund which would have been reasonable, he saw fit to schedule a visit, forcing me to miss work, to retrieve his faulty parts! I’ve seen more professionalism from pimple-faced McDonald’s cashiers than this 70 year old repairman! This poor excuse of a man is not qualified to repair Samsung products and you must definitely make sure they have authorization or certification to repair whatever brand you have if you still feel brave enough to use this company. I truly hope you choose not to!
Nailyn Harris rated it 1/5: This company is extremely unprofessional! I was trying to have them come and fix our Ice machine for us. Mind you I work for a military base which the ice machine is for. They continuously never show up call or even show up when they say they are. Then proceed to tell you it’s your fault. Ann that works answering the phone has no customer service skills. Every time we call them give us a new appointment date and when we call to confirm they are still coming Ann says they are booked up and the best they can do is the following week. It’s not hard to see why they only have a 3 star rating. But then again it should honestly be lower. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I took off the decorative frame and put the microwave in my car. I called to see if they could fix it in their shop and B & R said yes. I dropped it off at 2:30pm on Monday and they called me at 12:15pm on Tuesday to say it was ready. Larry helped me load it back into the car. He was in my home for about 20 minutes, completely fixed my washing machine and gave me pointers about my dryer that I might want to keep an eye on. He was prompt, professional and polite. I was more than comfortable having the work done and completely trust this company!

While I can’t speak on the pricing, the repairs are only subpar & the customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across. On several occasions, we have not received phone calls for follow-up visits regarding the replacement of parts on our appliances for weeks after the initial visits and order for said parts have gone in, meaning we have had to follow up on the repairs ourselves. Additionally, we have had visits missed on more than one occasion & when we have called to check on the whereabouts of the technician, the receptionist has flat out denied that a visit was ever scheduled. Speaking of the receptionist, I’d like to note how incredibly rude she is. I have never come across someone who seems so miserable in their job as she is. I dread any time I have to speak to her over the telephone. If I had a choice in the matter, we would not be giving B&R Appliance any of our money or business. It is actually quite sad that we are looking forward to our lease ending and moving at the end of the year so that we never have to deal with this company again.

Josh Robison rated it 5/5: Our washing machine wasn't spinning out the water for our clothes so I called Dan the Man and he came over early the next day. Dan took a look and determined that the agitator spline had stripped. He said he could fix it but that it would probably only last about 6 months to year due the poor design of the newer Whirlpool models. He recommended an upgrade to a Maytag with Direct Drive, which is exactly what we purchased today. He also took a look at our ice maker while he was here and quickly fixed it ( it hasn't been working for like 6 months now ).
He originally said he'd charge me $85 to come out which would typically include labor for fixing most machines he suggested, but after his recommendation he lowered the price since it only took him a few minutes. When I offered to pay him for the ice maker he told me it was on the house. What a stand up guy!

The awesome thing about Dan was that he was very authentic. The whole time he was walking me through the problems with the washer in a way that I understood, and he did the same with the ice maker. I really appreciated someone that took the time to treat me like a person and taught me something along the way.

We now have a new washing machine and a working ice maker. We're very happy with Dan the Man. I'll definitely use him again if something breaks.

He would not keep his word or show up when he promised, and when he missed appointments he would avoid my calls. It was faster for me to order a part and teach myself on Youtube, stay away from this business.
Time For Me rated it 1/5: I should have read all the other reviews that mentioned him not showing up for appts. He no showed on me as well. I spoke with him on the phone on Monday and he told me to take a picture of my washing machine's serial number and model. He said he would come out Wednesday to look at it. I sent him the model info right after we talked and confirmed our Wednesday appt. He never responded again that day. Today is Wednesday so I texted and called him this morning to confirm our appt. He didn't answer his phone and his voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. He never responded to my text. I was still hopeful that he might show up , but it is now 4pm and I haven't heard a peep out of him. I've been waiting all day. If he wasn't going to show up I would have understood but it is extremely unprofessional to leave me sitting her ALL DAY without even contacting me. I won't be giving him another chance to stand me up.

I called Sears back and they rescheduled my appointment, but when the day came, it was a no show. Not only that, but the link says a technician was here and ordered a part. That made me spend 30 minutes on the phone with a call center that had no information just what "is in my system." There was no "lets reschedule" just "we need to research this." Meanwhile I still have a broken dryer and probably an ulcer. STAY AWAY from this company. They are just middlemen, go hire direct from a real company. I would give negative stars if I could. This company is just a fraud!!!!!

But i tried to get a estimate with the reason why the part failed and it was not on the paper work and my home owners insurance wont cover it unless it is there. Called 14 teen timer and just got a runaround with no help. The worst service ever i will never use them again now i have to file a fraudulent claim with my bank so i can try to get my money back.
