The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He went straight to work and finished in a timely manner. It worked for less than 30 minutes and stopped blowing cold air again. I feel like he knew that would happen as he heard a loud sound after he filed it, like it was leaking. I wouldn't recommend as we are out $400 and couldn't even sleep.

But when the guys showed up for the dishwasher they also had the part to fix the washer. Good coordination to get both repairs on one visit. Excellent service.

Corey was great — professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went straight to work diagnosing the issue and then putting a temporary fix into place while he waited on the replacement part to come in. I'll be back for my future appliance repair needs!

Had a very unique problem that included ball bearings falling out of rack assembly and getting lodged in the drain but he resolved the issue professionally, and with definite expertise. However the dishwasher repair guy (and they only have one) is extremely unprofessional, rude and somewhat confrontational. He even referred to me as "dude" when he called to say he was on the way. Not the mention that his vibe made me very uncomfortable in person. Definitely did not feel comfortable being alone with him in my home. My understanding was that it is an initial $89 for them to show up at your house, but if they do any repairs, that is taken out of the repair cost. Well, my plumber failed to knock out the plug when he installed the dishwasher. Simple fix. Repair man tells me it will be an additional $112 on top of the $89 to do this simple fix. When I questioned him, he got agitated and used a louder tone and made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid the $89 just to get him out of my home. I will never do business with them again and would NOT recommend them. At least for dishwasher repair and this particular technician. Very sketchy

I let them know when I scheduled the appointment that my husband had tried to replace the belt and it still Was not working. I received a call right before the scheduled appointment with the technician canceling because they said my husband had already worked on it. I called the Scheduling office and complained that they should have let me know when I scheduled the appointment that it's not their policy to work on appliances that somebody had tried to fix before them and she was extremely rude and very unapologetic for my inconvenience. She rose her voice at me and said 1st of all I didn't schedule your appointment and if I had I would have told you then so thank you very much and hung up on me. I ended up calling Mr. Plummer and they were very nice and had no problem coming out and fixing my dryer knowing that my husband had tried to replace the belt so I highly recommend them.

We received a date that a technician would come look at our dryer and they said between 12:00-5:00.

The technician showed up at approximately 4:50 and spent about five minutes looking at our dryer and said he would order a new gasket. I believe this technician’s name was Clifford.

About a week later, another technician comes by and says it’s not just the gasket but the circuit board needed to be replaced.

Fast forward about 10 days and Factory Appliance Service closes out our claim without completing the job. Never mind that they sent me so many useless texts from a bot saying when the technicians would be at our house only to have them show up HOURS later. They are not open on Saturdays so you can’t reach anyone to contact your technician.

I was extremely frustrated that Factory Appliance Service closed our claim without completing the job. It even said on the claim that they completed the work.

I called Hahn and Safeware and explained the situation and they were also disappointed with the service from FAS. They immediately put me in touch with a company called Exact that came out the next day. This technician did a THOROUGH job by completely disassembling our dryer to find the issue.

My recommendation is that if you want poor customer service, incomplete work, and non responsiveness, use Factory Appliance Service. If you want a company that will actually do the work, use anyone else.
