This has been my first time ever using a cleaning service for my home and I have no idea that it would be such a pleasant and easy experience.

From the very beginning this was easy and seamless. When I reached out to Sandia Green Clean Caitlin was the person who helped me get everything situated. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and super thorough, I felt very comfortable with my experience. The calls were quick and the follow up emails were super detailed which I really appreciated.

I felt a little uneasy letting a group of people into my home when I was not here but they were so professional that the fear faded away very quickly. The cleaning team was super prompt and did an incredible job.

For disclosure, we have a very large home where the residents are a pair of very messy and busy guys with dogs that shed an infinite amount that they defy the laws of physics, but the cleaning team handled it so well. I had no idea that my home could look so clean and spectacular, they managed to clean 3+ years of crud like it was nothing. They polished every surface, dusted every corner, pulled every piece of furniture, handled all the linens, and left the house smelling wonderful.

I am 100% sold on this company, the services that they offer, and most of all their team. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be booking for future use.

The administrative folks are good about communicating when your regular cleaning crew will be arriving so you have time to secure your pet(s) and make sure you yourself are not underfoot. Our cleaning crew is always pleasant and professional. They take the time necessary to ensure a thorough cleaning. Everything is dusted – even high and hard to get surfaces. Our kitchen and baths are well maintained and sufficiently deep cleaned as well during our bi-weekly service. Our floors are immaculate. I was a little concerned at first that they wouldn’t be using our preferred cleaning products. However their cleaning agents are safe to use on our expensive marble and granite surfaces; as well as non toxic. I love that my weekends can now be spent enjoying time with my family. I am grateful for Sandia Green and Clean!

Second, they don't use harsh chemical cleaners, which is important given our pets and young children at home. Third, the cleanings are thorough and leave the house feeling crisp and refreshing. And fourth, their customer service has been quite good. We use text messages to schedule (and vacation pause) our cleanings, and we always get an answer back quickly, and get everything scheduled. I was told the two ladies that came were there for 1 hour and 45 minutes and I was charged an additional $80, for a total of $205! Again: 2 bathrooms and a kitchen! I live by myself and my home is only 1170 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, so you can imagine how small the kitchen and bathrooms are. The areas were clean for sure, but it was not worth $205.

When she left… it went downhill from there horrible cleanings… then they upped our weekly charge bT $40 without telling us. I asked for our money back and they assured me it would happen. I canceled my service because it is NOT worth that kind of money and I NEVER received a refund of the $80 extra they charged without my knowledge. I could never recommended this company.

The owners Paul and Carlo are upstanding caring people who above all believe in doing what’s right. They run their business with that as a number one principle and put service and quality in everything they do. Sparkle does their very best to ensure they are putting the highest quality people into your buildings.
I’ve since moved on in my career but I’ll never forget the lessons and experience gained from my time at Sparkle. It was a true blessing.

Then each week they would arrive 1, 2 & sometimes up to 4 hours late with no phone call! Consistency is key and keeping the same girls (so they know your house) is important. Now fast-forward that I'm looking for a company I saw a dove and had to leave a review. Sadly I can't give them a second chance because my time is obviously not valuable and it's ok to show up to a job hours late!

The owner lied twice in the same call, as she couldn't keep her excuses straight! How she ever managed to be in business for 30 years, as she claimed, I'll never know. Horrible business skills and no common sense.

Karin Johnston rated it 5/5: I have used Rockefeller Construction for two different major plumbing leaks requiring new floors, tile, etc. They restored home to excellent condition, people in all departments very professional and personable, good quality products used, handled interaction with insurance company. For having my life so disrupted I always felt that they cared strongly about the service they provide and that it was important for me to be satisfied with the work that was performed. Highly recommend.

I still need to call my own contractor to repair the carpet they cut in order to do the dry out. They did the dry out, but I am giving 3 stars since they are listed as full-service and I don't believe that they are.
Kendyl Tucker rated it 3/5: I found mold a while ago and had Rockefeller come and remediate the mold. Throughout the process, Ryan was very communicative and helpful. He made sure the work was done well and even came back to clean the floor from the job. I really appreciated him.
One area of growth is the overall communication with the company. I was often emailed by the office sraff on Friday at 4:30 regarding payment, scheduling, etc. So if I had questions, there was a rush to contact them before closing. Also, payment expectations were not discussed until 4:30 pm the NIGHT before they were to come do the job. My plan was to use a credit card but the extra cost of a credit card was ridiculous. So I frantically worked to get money into the correct account attached to the check. Had I had a heads up about the credit card fee, I wouldn't have been so stressed or panicked.

After the job was done I wanted to have Rockefeller put the wall back but it appeared that those specific contractors did not work after 2:30 pm and a quote just couldn't be scheduled. I was promised a number of times someone would get back to me, call me, etc and it just never happened. It was really frustrating. If they were over booked, or the schedule was too full, they should have just said so. It would have saved me weeks of waiting.

I really appreciated everything Ryan did for me with the mold but the communication from the company itself just fell short. Ryan gets 5 stars! Rockefeller as a company gets only 3.
Luke Aughenbaugh rated it 1/5: They don't show up on time or at all, miss deadlines, make problems they have to go back in and fix, and have been working on my home for 11 months now, and there is still major issues with plumbing, and electricity. They also won't answer their phones. They are crooks who are out to get insurance settlements, without regard for the families caught in cross hairs.
Edit: when they couldn't get us to sign off on problem after problem the owner told his crew we fired the staff and didn't want them back on the property and to drain the water from the plumbing issues they worsened, and left.

Then they rushed cleaning our house. Didn’t mop our floors, we had to do it ourselves, then their van left oil all over our brand new concrete drive way. Then the worst part was they broke out modem for our internet and wouldn’t take responsibility for breaking it. We don’t recommend this company what so ever.

BUT I was in line at a drive thru and one of their drivers attempted to nudge in front of me ~ I thought hmmm he's having a busy/bad day so I'll pay it forward. As I was paying he was EXTREMELY rude to the lady taking his order ~ so nope on the paying it forward, this guy's a bully!
