Communication is very easy and they responded right away when I have questions or concerns. The cleaning ladies Octavia and Maria were excellent! They're so thorough with cleaning and very polite. I work from home and they kept checking on me to see if it's too loud especially when vacuuming the floor. So sweet of them to do that! I am very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the cleaning. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I've been with The Cleaning Authority for a few months now and I get my home cleaned bi-weekly by them. After transitioning remote for work it's very important to me that my surroundings are clean! TCA has truly been a life saver! This company genuinely cares about and wants your business. Each crew member takes their time and leaves your home much better then before! I have 2 cats who constantly shed and TCA's industrial vacuums pick up everything!! I was so impressed with how Tavone & Jesus cleaned my home today I felt compelled to share photos. Now yes, the crew are humans and occasionally have forgotten to wipe a mirror once and forgot a spot on a table before, but this entire company takes your business very seriously and will do what they have to in order to not repeat that mistake in the future. Thank you TCA for always doing an awesome job and making my life EASIER & BETTER!!

The account supervisor paid us a visit and went through the house to make sure everything was done. Was told it was two of the threes' first day and they were being trained, but never saw they actually being trained. The bathroom was covered in hair, the toilet wasn't clean, counters were dirty, floors were dirty, services we paid extra for weren't done. The "walk through at the end of every clean" never happened. This business is an absolute joke. Customer service is atrocious. Like other reviewers, "Kat" yelled at my wife on the phone and went on about "needing to pay her employees" and refused to give a refund.

But, scheduling appointments and getting ahold of this company when they don’t show is a NIGHTMARE. I have a claim with Choice Home Warranty that they were supposed to come and fix today from 9-12. No call to explain delay, they don’t answer the phone when I call. It’s 12:30 so my guess is that they will not be coming. This also happened when the company came out to take photos to see if choice would cover the issue. Time frame of 11-3 and I sit around all day waiting for them. They show up at 3:30 after I was just leaving my house to run an errand. No ring back tone when you attempt to call them so it’s almost impossible to know if you are even getting through to the company. Voicemail full. Don’t wait your time with this company.

Update: One of the owners of the company, Katie was able to help me. Andre was able to come out within the hour, which was around 2PM to fix the problem.

We needed some toilet flush adjustments and a toilet tank replaced but it became a month long ordeal, that took 4+ appointments of "your technician will be there between 12pm – 4pm". Communication was a huge issue and agreeing on the smallest things was another challenge as well.

We never have any problems and when there is some thing we need we just ask and it gets done. Very professional company and awesome workers. I like the concept of keeping a consistency with each “cleaning team”, meaning you will get the same cleaning people (usually two people) all the time, unless you are dissatisfied and then they will send you a different team. I also love the fact that a manager with 15+ year of experience accompanies each team that comes into my home, that gives me a level of confidence that allows me to give them a key for access, whether I am home or not. We live in Blackstone, and we have heard horrible stories from some of our neighbors dealing with unethical cleaning companies. American Maid is professional, insured and bonded, they truly know how to clean and sanitize your home, they’re extremely courteous, they’re always on time, they’re great with your pets, and they always exceed my expectations! Thank you American Maid for your trustworthiness and wonderful service over these past few months.

I have never had the pleasure to hire a Veteran owned business before, and I am so glad I did!! Punctual, professional, hardworking, attentive to details, fast, these vets really earned it! What a treat to come home to a super-clean house! American Maid truly exceeded my expectations and my house smells so clean and fresh, and not like chemicals. This company did not miss a single detail, and my house just sparkles from top to bottom! I would say that, compared to the other cleaning companies that I previously hired, American Maid is the best deal/priced out there, especially for the amount of cleaning that they offer every time (plus hotel-style towel folding in each bath). I am also glad that you get the same crew every single time, so my pets are used to them and I get peace of mind. Consistent quality cleanings due to their policy “you keep the cleaning crew you’re happy with”, punctual and always finish on time, incredibly competitive price for what you get and incredible customer service. I mean, what a gift to leave for work knowing that your house and pets are in good hands. And then come back home at the end of a long day to a sparkling and incredibly cleaned place. I couldn't be happier! I will continue to be using them again, I have had different cleaning services in the past and American Maid is by far the best one! Thank you American Maid!

My wife and I went through 3-4 big franchise cleaning companies in the past several years, and the problem that we have seen is that you get 1 or 2 good cleanings out of 10, and it is because it comes down to the individuals that clean your home, and NOT the company that you hire. We kept asking these big franchise companies to please send us the same cleaning crew, and they all said that it couldn’t be done. So, we fired them all and hired American Maid, they ONLY company that will guarantee to send you the same cleaning crew to your home, that way you get the same great results, peace of mind and your pets get used to them (by the way, my pets love my cleaning crew!!). We also love the fact that this company and their workers actually love what they do, and that maybe is what sets this company apart from the rest? Anyway, thank you for all that you do for me and my family!
Jenny Brown rated it 5/5: I just want to give a shout out to American Maid Carpet Cleaning and their House Cleaning Division! I called 15 different companies in the area since I had an urgent request to clean one of my rentals, which was left in a really bad shape by the tenants, with extremely dirty carpets, dirty bathrooms/kitchen and all you can imagine! It was so bad that I couldn’t even show it to some prospects and interested parties. Erica, the owner of American Maid, was the only one that got back to me within a few hours, and she answered all of my questions and set me up with carpet cleaning and a thorough house cleaning within 2 days. They did an outstanding job!! They were hard working, professional, efficient and respectful of our place. BUT most importantly, the old carpets look like NEW again and the house is incredibly clean, sanitized and looks amazing!! After all the cleanings were done I signed a long-term contract with a great new tenant! Thank you so much Erica and American Maid! And by the way: Erica never over-charged me for the short-term appointment booking. And their prices are so reasonable, way below what others charge in this area. I told my realtor to start using and recommending this company to all of his clients. I know I will recommend them to everyone I know. Again, thank you American Maid for all of your help and professionalism with my rental!
