I gave them a tour of the house and the did the rest. They cleaned the primary bathroom and even remembered to clean and shine the shower wand itself. They removed the calcium build up and dried up all the water after cleaning the shower. All rooms looked prestige after they finished and my favorite part was how friendly they were. I felt like they treated our home like it was their home. The both stayed masked up the whole time and nothing was knocked over, broken, or misplaced which are things we’ve had happen with other cleaning services. My husband and I are just so very grateful. At last we’ve found a service provider and duo that are a perfect fit for our family and needs.

What we love about Hux is that we can be paired consistently with the same cleaner who has been fantastic. We had issues with no shows and inconsistent cleaners with both the other services.

Please note, I had a different “company” come out and charge us $200 for a “deep clean” in December. They didn’t even vacuum my house.. they didn’t do much of anything. Then they said they were going to come back out they no-showed me. Twice.

SO based on multiple referrals from friends, I reached out to Atlanta Cleaning Source. Jenn was so amazing and accommodating, she explained everything to me so well and got the team out as soon as they were available. My team was Danielle, Menisa and Tiffany. They were AMAZING. Far exceeded my expectations, so kind and sweet, personable, and it wasn’t awkward at all being home and working on my computer while they cleaned.

I absolutely recommend this company to anybody and everybody! 10/10.

I booked a deep clean yesterday for my house since it had been awhile since I had my house professionally cleaned and I have a big dog who sheds a lot! I left my house for the day to stay out of the teams way, and I just returned this morning to see the work! At a high level, they appeared to do all the surface level cleaning I expected. Unfortunately, upon further inspection, a ton was missed.

I have attached pictures, but you can see that:
1. My living room rug wasn’t even vacuumed, and there was still a fur ball floating in the corner!
2. Baseboards and cabinets clearly weren’t touched. I’m especially annoyed by this because these are the two areas I wanted addressed and why I specifically paid the $50 extra for a deep clean
3. Obvious spots left on mirrors, sink, crumbs on counter

I know this might sound nit picky to some, but when I pay a few hundred dollars to have my house cleaned, I don’t expect such obvious misses. Will be happy to update my review after I hear back from EFMS!

Monica was timely and thorough throughout the home. I had mentioned I wanted special attention to the baseboards and they were left spotless! Certainly recommend Maid To Glow for your cleaning needs!

Kami Briden rated it 2/5: I’ve used Maid to Glow several times and wanted to love them but unfortunately it was a huge waste of money. They never showed up on time, they did a poor job cleaning, and always overcharged (which customer service was good with refunding). Basic things like sweeping floors, taking out trash, doing dishes, etc. are suppose to be included in the clean, but my cleaner never did those things. When i’d ask her, she’d say she doesn’t have time but will next time.
This led to me cancelling service with them. However, I decided to hire them for a deep clean before I moved out of my townhome and it was quite the experience. Savannah Brown, their customer service rep, was incredibly rude and super unhelpful. I had to ask the cleaner to do the requested add-ons such as cleaning the fridge and oven, to which she did an awful job because she said she” was not prepared and didn’t have the proper cleaning materials.” She admitted to doing an overall poor job and forgetting to clean the add-ons I paid for due to personal issues. I was sympathetic, but if you’re paying over $200 for a cleaning service it should be professional.

There are more professional and much more inexpensive cleaners in ATL that I would go with instead!
Megan Eas. rated it 2/5: Didn’t appreciate the attitude from the “manager.” Never followed up with me regarding scheduling. When I followed up, I found out they never accepted my booking and were booked. Whatever. I’ll find someone else. By the way, the website is not accurate. They don’t use seventh generation products, and I actually had to stop the cleaner from using fragranced and heavy chemical products in my house and provide better products.. The cleaner also did not clean my half bath. I let that go at first because she may have forgot we had three bathrooms, but I was annoyed I paid for that and realized she didn’t actually clean it after she left.
