We’ve done lots of construction in our home and I also pet sit so there’s tons of construction dust and pet hair/dander along with pet messes in the vents from past owners who’ve had the house. They came in, explained everything to me and got to work. Pet odors seem to be gone and the vents are so much cleaner. You can just tell by the air! The guys were very respectful of our furniture/items surrounding the vents and they were very respectful of my pets. The price is unbeatable! We will be hiring them again for any cleaning needs!

They are very trustworthy and excellent when it comes to leaving my house looking beautiful, dust free and sparkling clean. I am always extremely pleased. They are hardworking girls that pay attention to even the smallest of details of polishing the fronts of my appliances, washing dishes left in my kitchen sink to vacuuming furniture. I have 2 dogs that shed tons of fuzzy hairs unbelievably, and I always arrive home to find spotless floors! They're amazing and I would recommend them highly!

I am very pleased with how thorough they are. I am always pleased with how clean the house is when I get home from work, but being there while they are and seeing how they actually do the work was a new experience for me. I have a new puppy, so the house has been a lot messier for the last two months, with more stuff on the floor, more dog-toy clutter, etc., but it hasn't fazed the ladies. They are super and I appreciate their hard work very, very much. Highly recommend.
(2020) Full disclosure, the company is running a promotion where you get a one time discount if you write a Google review, which spurred me to write this. Having said that, I would have given them a five star review with or without the promotion. I have used several different services and for many years had an individual clean for me, and Margaret McHenry Maids is the best I have ever used. They are thorough, they deal well with clutter, they are fast, they don't have a problem when I have called with a few suggestions and requests, and I couldn't be happier. I did have to ask them to remember to keep the commode lids closed as I have dogs who will drink out of the toilet on occasion. Since i asked, they have been careful. I know it isn't easy to clean a house with as much dog traffic and dog hair as I have, but every time I come home on a day they have cleaned I feel a profound sense of peace and calm from a clean house and careful attention to detail. Thank you, Margaret McHenry Maids. I love what you do for me. Thank you most sincerely.

I contacted Wichita Maid Service for a move out cleaning. Once onsite they mentioned it would need more than the standard 4 hours to clean then contacted me at noon saying they would need 4 more quoting me a new price and asking if I was okay with that before proceeding. Knowing that most Frat houses are cleaner I accepted.

I went by after work to follow up and was frankly surprised at how clean everything is. They exceeded my expectations. I have now scheduled a walk through with a Realitor to discuss repairs needed and hope to have it on the market soon!

The representative arrived on time and in a very timely fashion, got his machines into the house and began his job of cleaning a very dirty carpet. If I had a question the representative took time to answer me and show me exactly what he was doing and why. I was amazed at the difference of my carpet before and after! I would most certainly recommend Service Master Quality Cleaning to anyone. I was most pleased!!!

Their name is misleading: ServiceMaster Restore. This was name was on the business card I was given as well as the receipt I receive. There was no "RESTORING" done. They just removed the damaged carpet, mats, drywall, and trim. When I asked about restoring the areas effected, I was told "We don't do that."

When they removed partial sections of the drywall, they didn't do it so the sheets involved were cut even. This will make it more difficult for any person who does come in later to hang my new drywall.

They were not punctual. The worker might arrive on time, but sit in their trucks messing with their phones rather than immediately working. The lead man ("boss") was always later than his crew.

One worker barely acknowledged me. The other crew member had trouble breathing.

I was not given a contract or receipt immediately upon handing over my initial payment. I had to request this.

Positives:
The lead man did do an inspection of my property and advised me on corrective measures I need to do to help prevent continued water seepage into my basement.

They did complete the mold and water remediation as agreed. They did clean up after themselves.
Erika Montoya rated it 1/5: We had a small house fire. Cleaning was done. They left their machine on my area rug and they area got left wet. Upon returning to our home it smelt like something had died. After further investigation the rug had mildewed/molded. I contacted them. They agreed to come get the rug. They had it iver a month and then returned it. Only to have it in my house 2 hours still rolled up and then entire house smelled again. Upon unrolling it, it had never been cleaned in the time they had it. Now they are saying insurance company never paid them to clean it (but they did) and left it in much worse and unusable condition. So now i have a HUGE are rug that i paid hundreds of dollars for less than a year ago that is ruined and they are refusing to clean and saying i need to follow up with my insurance company to have it replaced? Even though they are who ruined it. Horrible service and experience.

Their services are crucial to helping us to provide a clean and healthy environment for our children and families, meet licensing requirements, and maintain a work environment for my staff to be proud of and enjoy working in daily. They go above and beyond by moving furniture and putting it back in place when they buff and wax our floors, which is so extremely helpful and always a nice treat for staff to come back to nice shiny floors. Shay has been phenomenal to work with this year. She is quick to respond to concerns or issues and checks in with myself and my staff regularly to gain feedback about the quality of the services we are receiving. Her customer service has made part of my job much easier!
