battlecatt17 rated it 3/5: I am highly disappointed with my deep clean. I have a large home and was willing to pay the $802 I even tipped thinking, I wouldn't have anything but praise. The girls were nice enough. –I had an accident so couldn't run behind them and check things when they offered me to upon their exit, moving slow with a cane.. A manager showed up when I called about only two girls coming and was told she trained the girls, so I assumed I was in great hands..My blinds & window sills in my dining room/sunroom were not touched, and pretty sure the floor wasn't mopped. The side tables with remotes were not dusted, I have not gone upstairs or downstairs and I will just practice good business and say if you want to get a layer of dust cleared up…order a deep clean. If you're looking for a deep clean, keep looking…I sure wish that they met the expectations they advertised.
Let me reply to your response. The ladies arrived late not at 8:30 but 9:15, took lunch at 11:44 for 45 min and left at 3:30. (You do the math) When I called and told you they had not arrived you told me they were here, I looked on the cameras and told you no one was in my driveway.

I have photos of the dust on my blinds….they weren't cleaned off in the dining room period!! My products work fine–and don't harm you in the process. but they weren't used. Or the end tables, period!! Or behind the vase…or on the chest…

I didn't stop the ladies from working I called to change the scope of the job–it would be impossible for 2 women to deep clean a house over 6000 SF by themselves. When I called I said they should just do the main floor and upstairs. When I made the appointment I explained the size of my home and what was needed. I was told that it was your intention to send more workers, but they weren't available on the day of service, when I called because the workers were late. You responded by sending over a manager to help and I was grateful, but even with 3 women there is still visible dirt and dust…they hurried out at 3:30 overlooking an entire room that needed at the least to be dusted.

To be clear, within 30 minutes of them leaving and inspecting the work (only on one floor) I called your office to express my feelings about the job–the call was not picked up nor did anyone call me back to offer a solution So at this point I would respectfully say — integrity would have been to respond to my call. Or explain you're sorry and would like to fix the issue, you did neither.

Photos of dirt off blinds immediately after you left. There was no dusting in dining room/sunroom as we can see…even the entrance to my home–not cleaned off.

She was so kind and helpful with us as we are both in our 60’s and are both recovering from major surgeries. She arranged the initial appointment quickly as I told her that we had really fallen behind with our housework because of our medical issues. Courtney, the young lady that came out to do the cleaning worked so hard that I felt sorry for all she was having to do. She was thorough and did a great job and even worked beyond the scheduled time to make sure our house was clean. Certainly a company that I will use over and over.

Even though he has referred his window washing to another person, he cleaned a few windows for me while he was here. That was GREATLY appreciated as we live out in the middle of nowhere and it's extremely challenging to find dependable and quality service providers in our area. The window cleaning part was too small of a job for the other business to be able to justify the trip from Winston. Rich cleaned our window several years ago, so I knew he would do a great job. When you schedule a service with Rich you receive a written quote that you can digitally accept. The appointment is scheduled, and you receive a reminder a few days prior to the service, and another the day before. Rich sent me a text to let me know he was on his way. I'm so impressed with the professionalism his business displays. In addition, Rich does an exceptionally good job. When I paid him, he did not leave the property until he had emailed me a paid receipt. While he was working inside, I had an opportunity to speak with him at length about his business. I found him to be a great guy to talk with, a real family man who cares about others and takes great pride in the quality of services he offers. We will absolutely without hesitation recommend and use him again.

Cony and the Yellow Team arrived and were very courteous and professional. We did an initial walk-through with Cony and discussed everything that needed to be done. After that we let the Yellow Team do their work while we stayed in another part of the house. Three hours later when the team had finished, they asked for us to do a walk-through and look for any issues. We found no issues with any of the work they had completed and were extremely happy with the results. My wife was ecstatic with how well things looked and how clean the entire house was. I can’t thank The Maids enough for their excellent work and for making my wife so happy. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The tech who picked up my area rugs was friendly but made me nervous when he decided to look around my house and compliment how nice it was! Totally unprofessional. Asked me to help him carry the very heavy, huge rug out to his van. Rugs were returned a week later, right before we moved, so they stayed wrapped up for a couple weeks. After opening them, the large rug smelled like dirty feet. They obviously didn't let it dry completely and then rolled it up. Yuck!!!! After complaining to the owner twice, I was promised a check to be sent to my new location so I could have it cleaned again. 6 weeks later and the check has never arrived. Please don't waste your money on this company and find someplace more professional!
Kellie Tuttle rated it 1/5: Scheduled an appointment for a Thursday at 1pm. 12:45 they call to say the technician is booked and can't make it. Then asked if I could do another day. I said how about Saturday. He said OK and let me know I was first priority that day. Saturday comes around and at 8am on the dot, they call and said the tech was running behind he would be there shortly he was coming from Greensboro. OK. 9am comes, no tech so I call and cancel. The woman I canceled with didn't even care to find out where the tech was or anything. Just said OK we are canceling for this address. Have a good day. What??? I will never recommend this company and will be sure to tell people to stay away. I don't care what kind of special they are running.

Patrick Williams rated it 5/5: I've worked for the company for a couple of years. It's absolutely awful. For example, my supervisor annoys me with her constant praise and encouragement. Don't even get me started on HR. Every time I have an issue, they start in with their prompt responses in a cordial and respectful manner. The nerve! Honestly, if this company doesn't lay off with their consistent offers for advancement, I'm gonna scream.
Jaleeza Williams rated it 1/5: This is the absolute worst company to work for. Ironically they provide janitorial services and still treat the Janitors with the least amount of respect. I worked very hard only to be met with complaints by my immediate supervisor who has been at this position for just over one month. With absolutely no upper management nor leadership training she thought her promotion was her chance to order ppl around and in her mind if someone missed a spot that means they did not do any work at all creating an environment where ppl were not happy to work. After being accused of something I did not do she lied about my work to get me fired with no previous write ups or warnings. Cameras proved everything in my termination letter to be lies yet she is still employed through the Budd Group and I am not. After I was fired the supervisor went on a nearly 10 minute rant about me on Facebook Live. She called me out by name and even discussed my firing all on social media. Lastly they adjusted my work hours for my last paycheck causing it to come late and be short. They have done all of these things because they have blamed me for something I did not do and it was so easy for them to do because even at The Budd Group janitors are at the bottom of the totem pole.
Ben rated it 1/5: Have worked for this company for a few months now and after an incident with an employee that apart of my team I have learned this company and the regional VP and HR dep. are incompetent wouldn't recommend this company to anyone only as a last resort type job and currently I am employed by this company as of the date of post. Update 4/26/22 have called the number given 2 times and left a message both times haven't received a call back

From the moment I called for a quote to the last minute in needing an extra service, they were very accommodating. Hicham even helped me find someone to remove a lot of unwanted stuff in my home. Everyone was professional and they did an amazing job. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone who needs any cleaning service. Also very prompt with responding to my texts. A+++ all around.

The air conditioning went out and we reached out to them to move the cleaning twice and both times they were understanding and willing to accommodate our schedule. When we couldn’t get the ac running in time to get it cleaned they came anyway and did an AMAZING job. The house and appliances look brand new. My wood floors are gleaming! It couldn’t have been easy but the crew was thorough and went above and beyond what I expected even with the heat. I’m so impressed.

I got an automated text last Wednesday that they would be coming on Thursday. Nobody showed up. I texted, called, FB Messaged & it is now Monday and i have not had a single response from them. I now have a different company coming this week to clean my house.
