Booking was solid, super easy and convenient, i had to change dates a couple times but they were super cool about it. Quinn came to the house and did an awesome job. I was expecting someone to just pull out a carpet cleaner from a van. Not this company, they basically had a semi truck with built in hoses that reached the back rooms, mounted carpet cleaner in the truck, and all the bells and whistles. Definitely a professional company and will be using them again at our new house! 10/10 would recommend!

I was happy to hear they wanted to rectify the previous situation and while the woman on the phone was pleasant and apologetic, when the cleaners came back their work was indicative of my initial review. Somehow they finished the job early & the dishes they cleaned still had food stains on them. "Washed" coffee cups still had dried coffee marks on the inside of them. They didn't even vacuum the upstairs bedrooms. Very disappointing.

INITIAL REVIEW:
I've used Limpio Cleaning Services twice. The first time, the two women did a phenomenal job. They cleaned baseboards, windowsills, cleaned out our fridge, etc. and we ended up giving them a huge tip because of their work. The second time was last week and a different set of women came and cleaned while my husband worked from home. Somehow they ended up breaking NEW dishes, had to be prompted more than once to wipe down surface areas because they "forgot", and did not wipe the windowsills. We paid for a 4 hour service but they left within 2.5 hours and parts of the house were still unsatisfactory. Unfortunately my husband couldn't check their work because he was on a ZOOM call when they were leaving so I feel kind of cheated out of our money because I had to follow up AFTER a cleaning service. So I say all that to say unless you can request certain people or have the time to constantly check their work, I'd say check elsewhere.

First, I had to re clean all of my bathrooms. I had bought a new piece of furniture the night before, so it was still dusty. The table was still dusty, along with other pieces of furniture when they “cleaned.” They cleaned around my area rugs. The job was “done” in such a haste.

I expressed my concerns with the owner as I’ve used their services before and she seemed apologetic, said she would talk to the cleaners and said she would send a new crew to clean my residence again.

We agreed upon a date and time and no one showed up. No call or text. She didn’t even answer the phones when I called.

So, if you’re looking for a company that cleans THOROUGHLY- DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

If you’re looking to re clean your entire house after you’ve paid for cleaners then they would be the company for you. It’s guaranteed that they will rush and do a subpar job. Waste of time and money!

They took them to their shop and fully restored them: stripped, sanded, primed, and re-painted. Then they returned and, using new hardware, re-installed the shutters. They took extra care to re-use one shutter that was broken, which I had repaired years ago. It was somewhat fragile and they were extremely sensitive to handle it with extra care. The crew of three, Sam and Chris, were led by Gabe. All were most professional and careful. Gabe explained every aspect of the job and took seriously my several concerns. I dealt via email and phone with McKown’s office, particularly with Ms. Heather. She was a delight to correspond with. She took extra effort to send me photos of the shutters in various phases of the restoration process, a step I don’t think many other contractors would have taken. . . This is my 4th contract with McKown; I have had power washing of my exterior, and two interior painting jobs, and always they communicate accurately, are on time, and they are very polite when dealing with me, the customer. Tofurious Maximus rated it 5/5: TidyMax went above and beyond. We had previous tenants with a cat that destroyed the carpeting, padding, and down into the concrete slab. The smell was unbelievable. Tidymax was able to remove, treat and install new carpet and padding. They completely corrected the damage. The odor and damage is totally gone. They turned the entire job around in record time and i was able to rent the house immediately. The amazing job was topped off by friendly professional service at a great price. They truly saved the day. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them!!

I do have cleaning experience, the first interview he gave me the run down on where I will be working and when and where I will start working. Then I had a couple of questions about the job he said he was gonna get back with me with those questions threw text. So okay , I waited and reach back out to him to know who is the manger I’m working with? , no answer. Then not knowing I applied to onpoint again about a month later and he ask me one interview question and that was it. The whole time I felt uncomfortable with both interviews sessions , the interview questioning was literally 2 minutes if that but in the beginning as though he was not interested in hiring me before he asked me a question. But I’m going to be sure I don’t apply to onpoint again . Waist of my time

After multiple cleaning company trials I happened upon Jared and his company. With instant name coincidence aside, I decided to try his company on a whim.
