I was able to book my appointment online (so convenient!!), received multiple reminders, and he showed up right on time the morning of my carpet cleaning. He got right to work and within 90 minutes I had brand new carpets. Seriously! My carpets had not been cleaned in years and Sam made then look like new. Very affordable and worth EVERY PENNY!

We normally are a high-traffic acupuncture clinic and thanks to the New Life Carpet Care crew, our 1450 sq/ft of rugs and carpets don't look it. We had started having them come twice annually (although this year was a little different of course).

Our big clean is during the holiday break in December and at this point, I feel comfortable enough with the owner to let them into the space and not have to wait for them to finish. This level of trust is really valuable to me and I appreciate it so much.

So we highly recommend them for your home or office cleaning needs. Our big thanks to their team!
Galen Brodsky rated it 1/5: After scheduling an early morning, in house cleaning of my area rug, the technician never showed up and I never received any communication from the company as to why. Why I called the receptionist said the technician had covid and that they had tried to call and email me. I did not receive any emails, texts, or phone calls from them ever.
When I rescheduled for a pick up cleaning, the receptionist assured me that they had my information correct and that my new appointment was confirmed. AGAIN the technician never showed up AND I haven heard from the company as to why.
Hopefully this is not their normal way of treating customers/clients. However, my experience was very disappointing and I would tell anyone who asks about getting their carpets cleaned from New Life Carpet Care, to go anywhere else.

I’m a very tidy person, but I struggle to keep up with cleaning a 4 person, big dog, and rabbit household to my own standards. These ladies (shout out to Veronica!) cleaned parts of the house I hadn’t even noticed needed the attention. I’ll definitely be splurging on another deep clean in a couple months as a birthday gift to myself!

You would think after all these years maintaining a client relationship would be important but after a year of thoughtful feedback to management and requests it's only not improving and in fact, going in the other direction. We understand that it is hard to hire in this market but every week it's a new face and we have to explain everything all over again. We almost always added a tip at the end of our service, gave big Christmas gifts and knew the name of our housekeeper and about her life and family. Now it's just nameless faces.

Dealing with the team after and the business owner (who interprets by telephone for everyone) was challenging. I dislike leaving any negative reviews, but I felt the need to leave this one so that people are aware before moving forward.

When I came in to pick it up, he remembered that I called and set my suit aside. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the bay area. I love the work that he did, they fixed the double crease from the last place I had my suit cleaned. I will be coming back.

I was told that the spots were there when I dropped the suit off (they weren't), and that Le Magic dry cleaned my garment twice in an effort to remove them (they didn't). I took the suit home and easily removed the spots with Shout…turns out, dirty water from their steamer caused the spots. NEVER AGAIN!!

Due to Covid, The USS Potomac, Presidential Yacht of President Franklin Roosevelt, has been closed for a year and a half, with no cruises. We are gearing up to start sailing this month with guests. To make a tired looking ship sparkle, we accepted the offer of B & G Janitorial Services. How happy we are that we had B & G Janitorial Services come and clean our ship. It looks so good and the people that cleaned the ship were outstanding and very professional. There is not one spot they didn’t clean well. We are so excited about how well everything looks. We highly recommend B & G Janitorial Services in a New York second. We definitely expect to use this service again.

We just opened up a new sports facility in Oakland and needed to have our concrete and bathroom floors sealed. We received quick responses from the business, we’re able to schedule an on-site walk through, and then had the service completed with no delays. The floor looks great and the whole team did an amazing job. We will absolutely be calling again the next time we need any of the services they offer, as we host group and private events year round.
