Our cleaner (Linda) arrived promptly and was professional and friendly- also gave extra hellos to my pets before she got started which I always appreciate. Really appreciate the extra energy put into getting our oven and kitchen sparkling!
For a deep cleaning I might have expected there would be two cleaners instead of one, but that might be on me for not looking into it.

Arienne Ischer rated it 2/5: I was a loyal customer for almost 2 years. We had several issues but because I'm loyal we stuck with and kept trying to build rapport and relationships. I have a small, 1 level 950 sq foot home. Small, open, minimal clutter, always picked up and ready for my 1X per month clean. The team always missed something, left things undusted and they never put things back. They moved my stuff around or made it look like a straight up tornado came through. One time they broke my shower head and I spent weeks arguing and sending photos before they would reimburse $60. My new shower head ended up costing more then that, but it was such a fight. They then spent time walking through to inspect before a clean following that, costing ME more money for their time for them to report things that had a knick or scratch like I had done something wrong and they were going to make sure they got that $ back. Look, I can afford to replace my things if they break. My shower worked in the morning and the next day, blew water everywhere with a big chip out of the side..and I don't have kids. Felt awful to genuinely have had my property damaged but was made to feel like I did something wrong when wanting it replaced. They made clerical errors resulting in their team no showing to appointments, and ultimately they cost me a lot of time and money around rescheduling and their teams taking (and billing) more time. Regardless of what it was, when I had an issue I was argued with, tried to be made at fault and dickered with constantly even when they were 100% in the wrong, with proof. They are extremely difficult to schedule with and rescheduling was challenging. They pack houses on the schedule, blow through super fast, miss stuff and charge a premium rate. Their service needs some serious work both from an administrative side and a cleaning team side. My house never smelled clean when they left. I finally made a switch, probably way too late, but again, really tried to work with them to see if things improved, but it was time to go. My intent for this review is to give honest feedback and hope the company makes some changes to better their practices and service provided. I will say this… The first deep clean was amazing. They did every crack, every corner, my oven, vents, blinds. It was amazing. It was the regular monthly cleans that followed combined with the back office service that was highly disappointing. So if you want a great 1X deep clean, I'd recommend, but would not refer business to them for monthly service based on current practices and staff.

My 18-year-old son was paying for the service his room was quite a mess I understand that we wanted the kitchen deep cleaned in the bathroom do you cleaned all services that they say they provide so I give them a one-star a zero star

The problem I had was they broke my chandelier, said they would replace it, and then when I called they said they didn’t do it and they would not replace it. They didn’t ask the people that cleaned if they had broke it. Poor customer service and if they break something in your house they will not take responsibility. I rate them zero stars.

The sparklers always arrive on time (they text you before hand which is super helpful) and are quick to start working. Everyone that we've met has been so kind. Larry has cleaned our home the last couple times and we've loved the results! He has such a happy personality that it's like a sunshine when he arrives. He's very efficient and really takes care of the details. They all leave a little note at the end so you know who came and what "extra sparkle" they added – a wipe down of the baseboards in the kitchen, a dusting of the front porch cobwebs, etc. It's always something I wouldn't think to ask for but really appreciate and notice. The sparklers themselves are wonderful and so is Alice in their main office. She made rescheduling one of our cleanings very easy and she's always very responsive when I've called or emailed with a couple questions. I would highly recommend their team!

My family just had our first cleaning with Sparkling Palaces and we are thrilled with the results. Kaitlin and Natalie arrived right on time and were so kind. They were ready to immediately get to work but still took the time to ask if there was anything we’d like them to know. My 5 year old had a request (of course) and they were very attentive to what may have seemed like a silly ask. When we returned home, our house had never looked better. I’m not exaggerating! It was beautiful. I have two young kids and a dog so it’s very rare that our home is spotless because of this, it was obvious how clean every detail was. Our walls look so much brighter! I don’t know how they did it, but they were able to clean spots that I swear I’ve tried cleaning myself. The house smelled clean but not like chemicals – it was very subtle but made a difference. They left a checklist behind that detailed all of their work and the total cost. It was nice to see all of the points written down and made me honestly feel it was worth every cent. They even remembered my daughter’s request and she was thrilled too. I’m very grateful for their hard work and can’t wait to keep getting regular cleanings from their team.

In more than two years, there have not been any scheduling mistakes, and the level of cleaning quality is very high. They also go the extra mile when I really need something odd. I really cannot say enough, very professional. They really know what they are doing when it comes to maintaining a clean property. Their carpet shampooing is also PERFECT, and I have high standards!

I had a mess at my airbnb rental and needed to get someone in rather promptly before returning the property, found Mess Maid in the area and was able to get a same day service. Martha & Jans arrived with cheerful attitudes and worked efficiently and respectfully. I would recommend them in a pinch for a quick job or for a more thorough service!!

We have used other cleaning companies in the past, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail; I had to point out all the things they missed. This was not the case with Mess Maid Right NW. We had the move in/move out deep clean service done on a house we are trying to sell. The crew onsite, Alma, Sara, and Edelmi, were super professional, friendly, and thorough. After they were finished, we went through the house, room by room, and NOTHING was missed. I mean baseboards, fans, cupboards, everything – was spotless. I will only be using this company in the future and I will be requesting the same crew again. They work so hard and they care so much. I hope the owner of the company reads this and rewards them for their hard work.

So Bill Sparks, our president, does everything in his power and beyond, Making sure the employees are encouraged and rewarded for their efforts. The project managers go out of their way to make sure the job is done right. On time, within budget.

My job at MBS is Pressure washing, Maintenance jobs, cleaning apartments for youth non-profit groups, grafitti removal, warehouse Porter, Charlie Z. Is my manager. He is a quick- witted Bostonian who won't settle for less
If I don't meet his standards, he will go out there and finish it . And boy will I get it! But I learn from it and improve.

Ive never worked for such a dysfunctional company before. It is rare to get in contact with any supervisors, they will contact you when its convinient for them. No raises even after a year.
Their turnover rate is so high because they treat employees like garbage. They pick favorites & they are unfair with wages. Very disorganized.
I actually saw a 26yr old guy drink literally every day on the job at the Peacehealth account, he is a functioning alcoholic. Would go to the bar on Fridays with his mom who also works for the company. He would incoherently be doing his job. It was reported to management and even though hes been there for 2 years, they kept him because it was easier than having to find a replacement for that position. Very unprofessional and didnt make sense!!
This company is horrid and the HR department needs a new coordinator! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER…or they wont pay you. They dont believe in anything digital, so you write what time you clock in on a sheet of paper, never see your supervisor, and they come pick it up or have you text a picture when the pay period is over.
Theyre source of communication IS texting. They wont answer your phone call and prefer for you to text on your own personal cell number.
Also to add, you dont start ACCRUING vacation time until you've stayed there for 6 months. Nobody lasts that long..dont do it!!

I would walk into the office to see her mad or talking bad about her employees. Not understanding with what people have going on. Don’t work here. The manager gives the company a bad name. No communication between management and poor training. I came into the company and trained for two days and then was thrown out there to do my own thing. I only made it because I would ask a coworker what I should do. Especially because the company is at so many locations the right training should be in place. Not to say the exposure to Covid that we had. Worst company I have worked for.

Shadowcat Kevin rated it 5/5: I did not directly use this company, I was part of a group of online friends that helped a friend who is suffering from a terminal illness.. his apartment desperately needed cleaning while he was in the hospital, Shannon and her crew went in and did a deep clean, they took great care of things, and did a great job of organizing things for our friend to eventually return… the cleaning rates were very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work involved.

Shannon went above and beyond in her service, exhibiting great understanding and compassion for my friend's situation, and in completing tasks his farflung friends could not be there to perform. I can only expect regular housekeeping assignments to be a piece of cake for Domestica if the sort of service provided in this case is any indication. I cannot speak highly enough of their work.
