I made an online reservation after completing the quote information and then provided a credit card! Later got an email stating their online system is not giving out the “correct” quotes. Clean my house or not. The representative Jonathan said he needed to send me another quote. Then when that quote arrived it was a range of prices for a deep clean?! That’s very weird and unprofessional. A quote should be locked in not all over the place! So I don’t recommend wasting your time with this place!

Attached is a picture of the second cleaning. These were the floors the morning after they cleaned. We were able to get out of our contract but it took a lot of back and forth and we ended up having to pay for all previous cleaning jobs that weren't done correctly.

I cleaned the carpet as best I could myself and then applied some orange stuff that was highly recommended on Amazon but the smell was so awful and so strong it really only made the problem worse. My daughter was coming for the weekend and I felt really bad that she was going to have to sleep in that room but I had procrastinated thinking the smell might dissipate but it did not so now there was an urgency. He came out with less than 24 hours notice and did an excellent job at a fair price. I would highly recommend him!

My partner been using their services a little over 10+ years now and when we moved to a new we decided to stay with them because of how great they are. Heidy and her team are very sweet and reliable. They are very thorough with the cleanings and are always consistent with each clean. I have a lab that sheds a lot everywhere and the blue team does their magic with making sure all the pet hair is gone.
