I highly recommend Zack, he was my technician, talk about thorough he's amazing. He gets the edges clean at baseboards before he cleans…I've never had a carpet technician do that before. He asked me to inspect a couple of rooms at a time to make sure I was happy with the results. And Zack was so professional, was the most hard working carpet cleaner I've ever had. I can't say enough about his quality of service. I highly recommend This company and Zack is the man who can get your carpets the best they can be.

He used the steam and a scrubber on the tile to get as much as possible off the tiles. He worked hard and consistently until the job was finished. It took him about 2 hours to cover 230 ft of tile. I highly recommend him for any future jobs that require steam cleaning.

I was in a major time crunch because we were moving the next day. I took a shot & called COIT, explained my situation & asked if there was a chance they had an opening for the next day. The gentleman (Tim?) did one better. He was able to send a technician the same afternoon! Jonathan arrived within an hour & did a fantastic job. My carpets looked brand new when he finished, plus we had a really good chat about the NFL. 🙂 I highly recommend COIT for their professionalism & excellent results. You can hire them with confidence!

Initially, everything seemed smooth. I got a call ahead of my appointment and the person on the phone was helpful. (Even though I couldn’t provide the information he needed to give me an accurate quote.) He assured me the person inspecting my home could provide me an accurate quote with what services they would recommend.

The website sets aside 4 hour blocks of time to wait for an employee to come to your house. (8-12PM and 12PM-4PM) Come to my appointment time, I waited the whole 4 hour block of time required and the employee never came to my house. I was home all day. I never received an email or a call about them rescheduling the appointment or cancelling the appointment on their end. As a result, I lost a whole days worth of work! It sucks because it's hard carving out time for stuff like this.

I’ll probably try and find somewhere else to go. But hopefully this can give some insight for someone else when they’re shopping around for these services.

We got our carpets cleaned on monday, the guy came in, gave us our quote and right away told us that one of our rooms should just be ripped out because the cleaning they do wouldn't get it up to par, fine we go ahead and go forth with not getting the room done and getting our stairs, loft and hallway done. The stairs were left still black all along the corners and he didn't even try to clean the sides of the stairs like other carpet cleaner services normally would. Fast forward to wednesday, we decided to get the master bedroom shampooed after all until we can pull the carpet out and they told us that they would come back out and call it finishing a previous job plus we had an extra 30% off our next job from the last guy that did the job on monday. They didn't honor either of them. Still charged us $139.99 plus tax for ONE ROOM even though it was "finishing the job". We had pet stains so we asked for the pet enzyme and all the extras which was an extra $50 just for him to spray it in one spot when we clearly said we needed the entire room. To top it off the room smells even worse than before and looks the same when it started. I would never use this company again. We had 2 different guys come out, the first guy didn't even know how to talk to us and the second guy was rude and acted like he didn't want our business. I would give them no stars but was forced to put at least one.

My expectations were low given the severity of the stains and darkness in high traffic areas, but they exceeded those expectations! The guy that came out was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and gave some tips for maintenance. Very happy with the job and feel I got a great deal for the cost!

Once everything was dried out and mold removed we hired them to do the reconstruction. From beginning to end they did an outstanding job. Their staff was always on time and professional. We highly recommend them.

Chuck Osborne made sure everything was done right and very quickly too. (I had gotten duct cleaning quotes from other companies that were THREE TIMES AS HIGH!) They took great care not to damage my antiques, and left the whole house clean and fresh!! Chuck was so friendly and professional, that when I needed a plumbing repair job done, I called him and sure enough they had a plumber out and it was done fast, under budget, and they even patched the walls and ceiling where the water damage was. Chuck is an excellent manager working for a top-notch company.

I have two cream silk chairs and a cream couch (great purchases with kids, I know) and I had THREE different companies come out and try and clean them for me, all to no avail. Enter Dancare! Marcos was my service technician, and he even offered to try one of the cushions on my cream couch before we proceeded, so we would know if it seemed worth the effort. Well let me tell you, he got these chairs and sofa looking absolutely amazing! I am very grateful, and will be recommending Dancare to all of my friends and family in the future.

Pleasant office staff. Very professional throughout the service, from appointment, to service delivery. On-time for the appointment. Technicians had strong product knowledge and were able to remove 4 different kinds of stains. Before and after pictures sent to my email.
There was one issue with the service and they took care of it the very next day, even though it was a Saturday.
I've been a customer for many years and have also recommended DanCare numerous times over the years. This is a quality operation.

It got to the point where the sun would beat in the carpet and I feel the smell would intensify . I was so desperate for help, I called and got an appt within days and it smells and looks amazing.
