The only drawback was the wood floor was wet were the chair was cleaned, but it was easily dried with a towel. We will certainly call on Stanley Steamer again.

Cony and the Yellow Team arrived and were very courteous and professional. We did an initial walk-through with Cony and discussed everything that needed to be done. After that we let the Yellow Team do their work while we stayed in another part of the house. Three hours later when the team had finished, they asked for us to do a walk-through and look for any issues. We found no issues with any of the work they had completed and were extremely happy with the results. My wife was ecstatic with how well things looked and how clean the entire house was. I can’t thank The Maids enough for their excellent work and for making my wife so happy. I highly recommend the Yellow Team and The Maids administrative staff for the level of professionalism that they showed. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our cleaning needs!!

The lower level of the house my son purchased had an area where family pets were once allowed. Chem Dry not only got rid of any stains that were down there, but one cannot detect the odor of an animal ever having been in the house. The carpet looks as good as a 25 year old Berber carpet can look. For the quality of their work and their professionalism, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and we will use and recommend them in the future.

He arrived early and was very professional. He did a really good job. We had some pretty nasty stains from previous tenants. He worked very hard at making sure our house was clean, sanitized, and he applied a deodorizer to make it smell fresh. We appreciate him doing a good job on the carpets. We would recommend them in the future.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The tech who picked up my area rugs was friendly but made me nervous when he decided to look around my house and compliment how nice it was! Totally unprofessional. Asked me to help him carry the very heavy, huge rug out to his van. Rugs were returned a week later, right before we moved, so they stayed wrapped up for a couple weeks. After opening them, the large rug smelled like dirty feet. They obviously didn't let it dry completely and then rolled it up. Yuck!!!! After complaining to the owner twice, I was promised a check to be sent to my new location so I could have it cleaned again. 6 weeks later and the check has never arrived. Please don't waste your money on this company and find someplace more professional!

I said how about Saturday. He said OK and let me know I was first priority that day. Saturday comes around and at 8am on the dot, they call and said the tech was running behind he would be there shortly he was coming from Greensboro. OK. 9am comes, no tech so I call and cancel. The woman I canceled with didn't even care to find out where the tech was or anything. Just said OK we are canceling for this address. Have a good day. What??? I will never recommend this company and will be sure to tell people to stay away. I don't care what kind of special they are running.

When we couldn’t get the ac running in time to get it cleaned they came anyway and did an AMAZING job. The house and appliances look brand new. My wood floors are gleaming! It couldn’t have been easy but the crew was thorough and went above and beyond what I expected even with the heat. I’m so impressed.

I got an automated text last Wednesday that they would be coming on Thursday. Nobody showed up. I texted, called, FB Messaged & it is now Monday and i have not had a single response from them. I now have a different company coming this week to clean my house.

After Kenny was done with the sofa, it was not just cleaned but it didn't smell anymore. We also had a tough stain on our one carpet and he got it out! His prices are very fair and he is a very nice person!

He even came back to spray the protective coating that I originally didn't think I needed, and charged me as if he had done it at the original time. Kenny Long has more integrity than any business person I have ever dealt with, and we'll definitely have him back!!

Jay Pedro rated it 5/5: SunBreeze did an amazing job at a very generous price. We had two huge orange stains on the carpets for over a year and I was convinced they wouldn't come up. I was only hoping that SunBreeze would be able to at least lighten them a bit so they wouldn't stand out as bad. Kenny came in and really worked on them and now I zero orange stains in my carpets.
Kenny was extremely professional and you could tell he really cared if you were satisfied by the work. I will most definitely be using them again in the future and will gladly recommend SunBreeze to anyone.

They told me they couldn't come out for 2 days, and my carpet would have been ruined if I had waited that long. So I called Rainbow International and spoke with the owner, Kyle. He was so incredibly accommodating and professional, and he told me he could take care of it that afternoon. He came at the time he said he would and handled the situation in just a couple of hours. I'm glad Servpro didn't work out, and I'll call Rainbow first if I ever need any damage control again.

The cleaning crew was in our house within a couple days and cleaned EVERYTHING the entire week. They were all very friendly and has no problem answering thousands of questions that my son had.
