I was hesitant, as I didn't want my floors below to be damaged. I was ready to throw my area rug out because it had years of stain build up on it. The technician was not only willing to fit the area rug in as well, he actually made it look like new! I was completely in shock that he got so much out of it. I had forgotten how bright it was when I bought it until he was done! Side note, it's awfully satisfying watching the grime come up with each sweep!

We hired Master Clean to clean to do a move out carpet clean. The tech recommended an upgraded service which was supposed to remove 80-90% of the stains as their standard carpet clean does not remove any stains (per the tech). When opt in the additional fees, we were expecting the carpet to have a pet deodorizer as well as the stains to be removed. Per their website, the are experts in removing stains. After the tech cleaned the carpet, it was HORRIBLE. Several dark spot were let in the carpet and the pet deodorizer was not done. When calling to speak with the Manager, he sent the tech back out, only for him to spray something on the carpet as a pet deodorizer but, never go over the carpet again. I had to hire another company to come clean the carpet and they were able to clean it properly and remove the pet order. When speaking to the manager about my situation the day he sent the tech back out, he stated that he was going to refund $26 for the "treatment" portion and once we had someone else out and showed the proper cleaning, he would then refund the full "treatment" amount. After sending him pictures of the 2nd cleaning, he then changed his mind and went back on his word. The website advertises 100% customer service but, they to don't uphold that. The receipt also said to let them know if it needs to be re-clean, we let him know in 2 days and he did not honor this as well. The manager also blocked my number as well.

It is truly frustrating that your response is NOT truthful. My husband agreed to an upgraded services and tipped the tech very well which goes again your “do it cheap” statement. When I called to ask if he was going to do it again, you told me no, even though your receipt says differently. When I last spoke with you, said that you would not be refunding me anything even though you said you would in our previous conversation which is what lead me to warn other customers about your horrible business practices. Numerous times in both of our conversations, I said that I would like to try to work with you regarding the bad cleaning job but you refused. I also tried to call you back and the call continued to go straight to voice mail, thus indicating that my number was blocked.

Stained with streaks of soap and soaking wet after 2 days of drying, smelling of mold. I’m beyond disappointed with this quality of work for 250 dollars paid and empty promises of “like new” furniture made. This stuff is a year old and looks worse!

However, I had only two basic sofas (fairly small and not stained) and an area rug cleaned today and the charge was close to $500. I hesitantly agreed to this because I have guests coming soon, but I won’t use them again as the cost is outrageous in proportion to the value of the service.

They came at the end of the 11-4 timeframe and I showed them the HUGE stain. They made no promises to get the stain out but they said they would do their best. The kinda sprayed and then the "special" cleaner – the bottle wouldn't spray so the tech poured it around and then scrubbed in it randomly with his foot. The techs were nice but I can't say they went above and beyond to do the job. Long story short – please see the pics. The first one was the morning following the cleaning once it was dry – it looks like it was never cleaned. The second pic is after I cleaned scrubbed it with a hack (hydrogen peroxide and dish detergent). WOW what a difference I should go into business. My hack took about 95% of the stain out – while the professionals took 0%. I was told by the manager I would get a $30 refund of the $150 I paid and they would not recommend I clean with those materials again – LOL but it worked and I guess it would put them out of business. I won't use THIS Stanley Steemer again (Production Road) personally or in my Real Estate Business.

However, everything that I would have gotten up with a vacuum is still there which tells me it wasn’t touched. It was a move out cleaning therefore not making a huge deal about it, but totally not impressed if I was staying here and this was for a regular cleaning for me. I would like to upload pictures of the stairs to show that I am not lying but to say this was a professional cleaning is UNSAT. Looks like a lazy vacuum day.

(Seriously, what has happened to my expectations as a customer when I need help at my house?) I was not as welcoming as I should have been, waiting for the other shoe to drop and suspected something, somewhere in the process would go wrong and became worried it would be in the carpet cleaning but no, I should have been better and generally more optimistic. They did an excellent and thorough job! I'll be having them back when I need other services. Also, very knowledgeable about referrals.

I booked for the $99.99 for 7 rooms and he told me he couldn’t for that price he would have to charge me $300! He proceeded to try to tell us we wouldn’t get our deposit back because the carpets were rough as if he where the landlord. He was out of line and stated if he did it for a lower price he wouldn’t give me a receipt for the job because it would be to much gas to come back. He wasted my time and the company of very unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and call somebody else to do the job! The prices listed are not honored! We found another company who was able to do it for a fraction of the cost and no drama!

Let me begin with I booked service through Fresh Cleaners and the service provider was Master Cleaning LLC, located on S. lynnhaven Rd in Virginia Beach. The tech immediately began by giving me a price of over $400 when the service I requested showed $79.99 on the website. He said that service would only drag dirt around the carpet, because there is no cleaner in the water. He also said the carpet would not get clean, because I had a traffic area, while pointing at the area directly in front of where my sofas had sat for 3 years. He then dropped it to $230 after finding out there was no rental agency for my move out. He refused to do the work, without an upfront payment of $90. I asked about the increased price, after stating all I wanted was what I had requested the service for. He said because I had no furniture in the rooms. I requested that he call his boss, as advance payment was not a policy listed on either website. He then decided to leave. While taking a picture of the license plate and him for when I went to the company to complain, he started the van and rolled it forward to the point that I hit the hood to signify that he needed to stop because the van had touched my legs. When I spoke to the "manager/owner" face to face, there was zero surprise on his face as I explained in detail what had happened. Which let me know this was normal practice. He sent another tech a couple of days layers, in a van that did say Fresh Cleaning. He made the same statement about the carpet not getting clean. However, he did provide the service. He billed the $90 instead of the $80 that was on my original quote received. I paid the whole $90. That extra $10 came from what would have been his tip, had I not been over charged.

Benetta rated it 1/5: I booked fresh cleaners va beach. They didn’t arrive to the first appointment nor did I receive a phone call or any notification as to why they wouldn’t be showing up. I had to call multiple times and leave several voice messages for someone to finally return my call and tell me that the truck had broken down. I rebooked with them against my better judgment, but the prices couldn’t be beat and the reviews were great. At the next appointment the technician showed up 23 minutes after the scheduled 2 hour window. The technician was NOT from fresh cleaners va beach but Master Cleaners. The price quoted was also much higher. I’m confused as to why one company with totally different prices is booking things for a different company. Being misled this way is very concerning. The technician from Master Cleaners did a great job on my carpets so the one star is definitely not for him, but the overall process. Poor communication and very misleading information.

You can smell alcohol on him from the previous night. When spraying chemicals he got it all over my personal belongings. He can care less about this job or what the carpets look like. Very rude Manager as well. He also did not care about how we were treated by his employee.

My kids kept complaining ever since we had the services the dryer takes up to 8 1 hour cycles to dry 1 load of clothes. On 10/09/ 2022, we smelled a burning smell like electrical burning. I called a dryer application repair services and he diagnosed that the vent was severely clogged…dryer was perfectly fine. He pulled the hose from the dryer and a lot of water came out. He said it was moisture from the dryer not able to blow air properly due to the dryer vent being completely clogged. I immediately call this company up and to explain what my issue was and the man that answered the phone was not willing to help at all. Stated that the tech Max no longer worked for him and went back to his country. Said no refund no money back and it’s possible the vent got reclogged. The dryer appliance guy heard the conversation and immediately was shaking his head no! He said whoever did it probably didn’t know what he was doing. I knew something was wrong when he only stayed 15 minutes to so call clean it from the start the day of service. Now, I have to hire another company to come fix the problem! He did not give me his name nor did he greet the phone call with his name. When I called back to get his name he hit the button on his phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….whoever is answering the phone is unprofessional and unsympathetic and did not even attempt to resolve the issue. I was experiencing. Needless to say, I will be disputing the charge of $200 for no services done/bad services rendered and not even willing to resolve issue! Next dispute is BBB! The photos is from the hose being disconnected from the dryer and water pouring out because the vent is still clogged!!!!

Tyler was not only super friendly and professional to deal with, but also had an impressive work ethic – great communication with emails and phone calls, showed up as scheduled, and was not satisfied unless he produced the high quality result he was looking for. The grout on our floors was pretty bad and some areas just didn't want to come clean. Tyler went above and beyond to clean those stubborn areas and even ended up breaking one of his tools in the process 🙁 Because the cleaning didn't exceed his expectations, he wouldn't take payment for the full quoted amount (which was very reasonably priced!) until he comes back next week to tackle those areas again. My husband and I are so excited that our floors are clean and look as good as they do – we highly recommend Conley's Carpet Cleaning Plus!! We're blown away by the difference so far (pics attached). Tyler, many thanks again to you!! We plan to get carpet soon and we definitely know who we'll be calling in the future for cleaning 🙂
UPDATE 10/28/20
Just had Tyler come out again, this time to steam clean our sectional sofa. We had one section in storage for several months and it unfortunately got covered with dust and pollen. Now it feels like new again and the whole sectional smells better than new! Tyler is one of the nicest guys to do business with – we truly appreciate his wonderful customer service and the quality of work that he does!!

My carpet is older and had some pet stains and teenager wear on it. He did a fantastic job and I'm thrilled with the results. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

Well Alex exceeded my expectations. He called in route as he stated he would and arrived on time. He was very professional and went right to work pre treating and scrubbing by hand before engaging his professional grade equipment. All the carpets look amazing, especially after 5 years of our beloved older pug creating many stains from "accidents" .He was also able to add an additional area to be cleaned while he was there and still finished promptly in order to. Are his next appointment. Definitely recommend Pro Touch and will be calling for additional services in the future as well as recommending them to family and friends!

I moved into my condo just a month ago. The carpet was dirty and stained from the previous owners who had 3 kids and a dog. Some of the stains didn't totally disappear, but they were lessened in appearance by the treatment Alex used.
The overall effect is a much cleaner, fresher smelling carpet.
My dryer vent yielded a big surprise…a huge bird's nest! It had obviously not been cleaned in a while.
I was very pleased with ProTouch and Alex and would recommend him for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning.
