I needed to have my sectional cleaned and I am very skilled at forgetting to schedule anything during business hours. Not only was I able to schedule online at 11 pm, but the process was very easy to pick dates and times and services. Then when I needed to change my service window, customer care made it very easy with a quick phone call.

On the day of the service, I received a message at the beginning of my window where I could track my technician and have a general ETA of his arrival, which made planning very convenient.

My technician was friendly and professional, did an amazing job cleaning my couch, and even mopped up my floor as he left to remove the snow/salt that came in during the service.

I highly recommend and would absolutely use them again!

The young lady who made my appointment was very good also. After calling to confirm my appointment I asked about an earlier time. Unfortunately there wasn't one & after trying to reach me several times to no avail, she went ahead & scheduled it, sent me a text, left a voice-mail & still tried to call me too more times. I had planned to remove the carpet in my living room due to stains from the previous owners but after a discussion with the technician about his confidence to remove the stains I paid to have the living room cleaned. It did not meet my expectations and I am a bit disappointed. Overall, the experience was quite good but I am not giving 5 stars due to the reason stated above.

On the verge of just buying a new rug I found Radicans Rug Cleaners and decided to give them a try. Our rug came out beautifully and the smell was gone. Fast forward to adopting 2 large dogs, a cat and living life and having accidents. Spot cleaning wasn't cutting it. I was supposed to be hosting my first family Thanksgiving this year at my house and I had so much anxiety that my house smelt I because I couldn't clean my rug decent. (Also my mom commented on it the last time she came over, and told me to get a new rug. I was devastated, I love this rug.) I search through all kinds of reviews of and decided on this shop because it was closest to my house, and had so many other great reviews.
What a great decision. I talked with Ryan and told him how this was my first rug and how I had no idea what I needed to do, and asked him to be honest about the quality of my rug, and whether or not my rug was worth having a quality cleaning or not. He walked my through the whole process of their pricing and then he talked to me about different rug types and how they hold up over time and how they not only clean a rug but repair it too. (Your rug dr's not gonna do that).
I don't know why but I didn't think anybody else would want there rugs and homes clean for the holidays, and surprise surprise I'm not the only one with this great idea. They're shop was super busy and they still took time to help me unload my rug, talk me through the whole process and give me a realistic estimate of how far out it would be till they could get to my rug. They held true to their word and got me my rug back the day before Thanksgiving, when they called I asked how late they were open and they said they were open till 5 but they could stay late for me if I couldn't get there in time. I couldn't and they stayed open for me till I got there at 5:30.
It's rare that you can find such great customer service. These are really great people and they are definitely professionals in their field.
I'm happy to say my mom approved of my rug on Thanksgiving day, and my house smells so much better, and I get to keep loving my rug for years to come because now I have a place that can maintain it properly!

The stains came out and it’s crazy what came out of it that we had no clue was in it. We highly recommend this company and will use them again. Will recommend to all of our friends and family.
