The majority of the stains were removed from the carpet that another business had previously cleaned for me, and the difference was obvious. I'm just baffled by what was done because there was absolutely no difference. Unhappy with the work!

The gentlemen that came and cleaned the carpets were very friendly, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job! The carpets look, feel, and smell brand new. They put extra care into their work and cleaned the carpets under all the furniture they could get under and moved the smaller bits of furniture out of the way and put them back perfectly in place. 10/10 would recommend. A bit of an investment, but if you have an annual home improvement budget then this would be a nice use of it when there's nothing pressing to be done in the house.

Yes we got ripped off and this place is surprisingly nonsensical!
We were originally told there would be two people for the cleaning and would take around 40 mins.

We had one, really rude, with no respect or professionalism, person came.

The guy asked what service we want and when we were told there are two types “steam” and “deep” and that quote for deep clean was a double of steam. After we realized how big the price difference is we wanted to get just a regular cleaning done. The guy just “rejected” to do the service we asked for and went ahead with deep cleaning b/c of whatever the machine he brought already. And.. was done in just about 20mins of just driving around the machine like you would vacuum. There was no spot cleaning and we weren’t able to tell the difference.

Even worse was the person’s attitude. We weren’t expecting a great customer service really, but not this. The guy threatened us that he will leave if we don’t let him use the sink for filling in the water. We did explain that the sink water flow is really slow and it would simply take too long to fill the bucket. But the guy said he doesn’t want to hold the hose using bathroom without even taking a good close look at it. Later he tried the kitchen sink, came to a realization, and went back to using the bathroom one. (So stubborn!) Maybe we should’ve just let him leave at that point but we needed this service done so calmed him down.

He also mentioned these things like multiple times at us “don’t make my job hard”, “it’s Friday so give me money and don’t play the game” when we saw the result isn’t even close to what we were expecting. There was no logical explanation we could take or any effort in trying his best to get the job done.

If you don’t want to work, just be honest and just don’t! If we knew this was what we were signing up for, we wouldn’t have hired you either. Don’t make everyone waste their time and money.

They stopped by my apartment after a job nearby to inspect the carpets. They could have made money by taking them and cleaning them but they advised me it wasn't worth it. Even though I didn't transact with them I would certainly do so in the future if I ever have high quality carpets to clean. It's no surprise to me they have so many five star ratings.

When the cleaning was finished, I could definitely see the difference, but when the carpet was dry (app 24 hours later) the difference was much more visible! I love the results and am so grateful!!! Great experience with them and they weren't too expensive.. The guys came in in the morning and cleaned our entire carpet.. Came out like new!
