The two gentlemen who arrived for the rug cleaning were polite and also put covers on over their shoes. They explained what services they were going to provided before starting to make sure I was fully comfortable with the process. They were thorough in the cleaning process and had me review the area after they finished cleaning. Very easy and friendly service. 10/10 would recommend

We have carpet that was starting to show traffic-wear in addition to a spot that my son had spilled red Gatorade on. I tried using our own carpet cleaner. I even rented a rug doctor from the local home depot. Nothing did the trick to get rid of the Gatorade stain. I finally decided to schedule an appointment with Chem-Dry of Buffalo. I figured they were busy and wouldn't be able to come out for some time, but that wasn't the case. They came out when it was convenient. They were literally here and gone within 30 minutes. Best part, they got the stain out that I tried working on for a year!!! Truly awesome! They were so quick and so extremely polite and talked me through everything they did. I am so impressed by them!

The seller stated the rug was spotless and in excellent condition. It was placed in my trunk. Well when I opened the trunk, immediately I noticed an odor and a bunch of shedding- mind you I do not have any pets; however, I recalled the seller having dogs at home. I knew I could not bring this into my home. I quickly google searched carpet cleaners in Buffalo and came open Brad. He answered my call and provided same day service!!! I was extrmeley pleased because I truly did not to bring the rug into my new apartment. Brad ended up cleaning and deodorizing the rug twice – the second time with no charge. The guy came an hour late and dragged his equipment in with dirty boots, and got all of my carpeting filthy with boot prints and then he slammed his equipment into my white walls. When I told him to leave, he refused, I literally had to call the police to have him Removed. He was an absolute nightmare.
Our carpets had no marks on them before this guy came in with filthy boots, and proceeded to make my house a disaster.
I’m not sure what fake reviews are written here but I would stay away from these folks. Absolute horrible.

We had a sectional and two area rugs cleaned and not only did they do a wonderful job, they were transparent, reasonably priced, and very friendly and professional. They came on time, and they even come back out for free if you notice something after they leave that they might have missed. Scheduling was seamless and they were able to come within a couple days after my call. Highly recommend and will definitely use Aladdin when we need things cleaned again.
Jennifer Dovidio rated it 3/5: Well, this was an interesting experience. First, they were late with no call. Upon them arriving my husband explained that the dog had urinated on the couch Cushions and our carpets.
The cleaner then proceeded to explained that the cleaning process/product would then bring out the urine smell and suggested that we add the deodorizer. When adding that service on the price jumped quite significantly.

So before starting services he then made a phone call and was able to get in contact with the owner.

My issue is 3 things… Why wouldn’t a company disclose this information on their website? Realistically how many customers have their carpets or upholstery cleaned due to pets? Why on earth would I think that having A professional company to come in and clean would actually make something smell worse?
Secondly, perhaps you shouldn’t use products that brings odors to the surface but rather eliminates them altogether?

Third, Why not include the deodorizer if you know that your product brings out unpleasant smells? It’s every homeowners dream to pay their hard earned money to have some thing cleaned only to have it also smell worse.

By the time that my husband had come back from being on the phone the cleaners had already started. The owner explained that they could stop at any time and leave. Problem was there was soap all over everything already! We’re they just going to up and leave with the cleaning solution on the couch so my toddlers could crawl all over it?!?! In a nutshell we were being forced to purchase the deodorizer, which we did not do because of the increased cost. We were already Doing two bedrooms, a hallway and a sectional couch.

As a local business owner, with 10+ years I understand the importance of making disclosures to customers and being transparent. This actually helps to avoid negative experiences. I wouldn’t have even booked this service with this particular company had I have known this information in advance.

I had already driven 30 minutes to the new house for them to cancel. They gonna reimburse my gas that I wasted? Doubtful. It was very important that these carpets got cleaned yesterday. I tried calling a couple other places but obviously it was too short of notice. Would not book with them ever again. Very disappointed.

They took 2 area rugs to the shop to be cleaned and when they returned then they were ruined. They claimed the business that made the rugs did not make them correctly. I contacted the rug maker and he said the rug cleaner got the rugs too wet and then rolled them up when they were not dry. The yellow spots on the rug were from too much water soaking into the jute backing and not drying the rug before rolling it up and this also caused both rugs to no longer lay flat. When they returned the rugs and I told them they were ruined they gave me the bill for cleaning and said it was not there fault. I was charged $142 for Master rugs to ruin 2 designer area rugs. You are warned about this business. We were subsequently contacted by Jeff from Master Rug Cleaners. He had the rugs picked up and repaired at no cost. He apologized stating that covid had caused staff turnover and a new employee had missed a carpet construction issue that required a different cleaning method. Not many businesses own their problems these days. We are now satisfied and will use this business in the future.

My wife and I have a few pets, so mud and hair are two frequent issues in our home. Over the years our couch and area rug have taken a beating. After Ed left they looked as good as the day we bought them. They smell way better too! I’ll always recommend Ed to family and friends, and will certainly have him back in the future to keep up on the furniture. Great guy, great company!
