Joe Stevens rated it 5/5: I had clean free come out and clean 2 large areas and my stairs, just to try them out. My situation was I had 30 year old carpet that hadn't been taken care of, I didn't expect a miracle and I was very upfront about that.
Overall I'm generally happy with how the carpets look, they are definitely lightened, although some of the stains remain which is to be expected for sure. The only thing I had an issue with was being upsold thier red dye removal, which is fine but then when it didn't work fully, i was told it would cost me more to get it out because it would take longer, that was offputting for sure. Also, I was quoted a pet treatment because he must have heard my dog, on their website it says that they "first clean and neutralize the carpet, and then go back with industrial strength peroxide solution to treat the actual stains." Considering I had no pet stains in the rooms he did, I'm not sure how I got talked into paying for that.. The stairs however look great, they stayed wet for almost 24 hours but they look and smell great now.

Otherwise the whole process was great, from scheduling to the actual cleaning, everyone seemed very nice and professional. Will be booking again to finish the rest of the house as I get the other rooms ready to be cleaned, although I think I'll be more weary about which additional services I agree too.

But the owner made sure to fix the situation by personally coming out and fixing it. He cares about his business enough to do what it takes to make the customer happy. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks about it.
They do more then just carpet cleaning. They cleaned our couches as well as tile flooring. If you are in need of a fast responding 5 star company look no further. One way or another they will give you that 5 star experience.

We had spilled a tall tumbler of steaming hot black coffee on cream colored carpet two days before. I was amazed at how good it looked after they worked on it. My expectations were lower than the results. Greg explained how they were treating it and what I should do and not do when we have a future spill.

I want the same team next time I have my carpets cleaned. Definitely recommend!

From the moment I called to schedule, I was greeted by a professional employee who promptly scheduled me for the earliest available services. I ended up having an employee named "Will" assigned to handle my services. Will was amazing! I was able to let will into my home via security system. He arrived called and texted first to ask if he could come a little earlier than scheduled. He was very professional and trustworthy and went above and beyond to get the stains out of my carpet and then some! I WILL USE AND RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND AGAIN! Thanks Carpet Pros!

Grace Capps rated it 5/5: This company is amazing! We had several years of filtration soil built up. A lot of companies don't clean that. Greg came to our house and worked so hard. We were ready to replace the carpet but it looks as good as new. My son came home for a visit and said the carpet looks like we just had it installed. We were thrilled. They are courteous, professional and on time. And they will take as long as they need to do the job right. You won't be disappointed.

One looks brand new; I keep looking at it and just being so amazed. The other looks nearly new, but this rug is in our main living area and was pretty nasty. I called a few other carpet cleaners and one even told me to just buy a new rug. I'm not in love with the rug but it still seems like I ought to clean it rather than send it to the dumb. Mark was also super reasonable in the price. 100% worth it and would recommend again. Next time I have something in my house worth cleaning, I'll use this service again.

Unfortunately, the day I wanted was not available and if I wanted it done sooner then later n because it was after hours it was a little different in pricing, but it was OK.
