The technician did show up on time when they said in a unmarked vehicle White minivan. however the technician did not have booties and he said he would take his shoes off which he did when I showed him everything. I went about my business as he started working when I came back to check he was wearing his shoes upstairs in our bedroom while cleaning the mattress I didn't say anything.after he got done upstairs I heard loud noises coming down the stairs as the machine (which is like a big drum) I guess was too heavy so he dragged it down the stairs each step bang bang for 12 steps. Not to mention a puddle of water that he left on the vinyl plank flooring at the beginning of the stairwell. Maybe he didn't see it. He started on the couches and I had already noticed what he was doing wrong when he started spraying them he was getting over spray everywhere on the flooring our 10×10 area rug and I'm guessing he didn't see the electric controls for each section of couch because those were soaking wet also. Once he got done I just wanted him out of the house he asked me if I was happy I just said yes paid the tech and got them on their way. Overall after everything dried it was very clean and smells good and only took about 3 hours to dry. I did ask for a business card when he was checking me out via credit card he said they did not have one so that, him wearing his shoes in the house after asking him not to or to put on booties, the overspray and the puddle of water is why I gave three stars. He did say if I noticed anything he would come back it was a very polite young gentleman. This is the third company we have used in 6 months as we have a lot of children ages 3 months to 8 years old and continue to look for a reliable company that can clean our upholstery and beddings bi-monthly.

It's the little things like, asking to borrow a step stool from the home owner, leaving debris behind when taking down vents and reinstalled some the vents backwards. And the use of a cleaning machine that leaves you home smelling stink and rinking. Lastly, they dump the dirty stink water in front of my driveway on the way out!

I requested a two room carpet cleaning special and duct cleaning, to clean a couple of spots I have on my carpet from my dogs and child. When the employee arrived he started taking out the equipment to clean the ducts, but I noticed that he never took out the carpet cleaning machine but I figured since it was just him, that he’d come back for it. He came up and started cleaning our ducts, he was able to get the main ones, but could not get to my dryer vent which I was hoping for. When he got to my last vent it seemed like he was wrapping up the job when I asked “are you doing the carpets as well…” he looked puzzled and took out his phone to confirm and told me that it wasn’t on the list of services scheduled for my condo. I was very disappointed because I had moved all the stuff out of my carpeted rooms to allow for cleaning. So informed me that I would have call back and reschedule that service (which could be weeks from now), which I found a little irritating because I initially asked for that service. The employee informed me the scheduler is newer and possibly made a mistake in scheduling. So I paid for the duct cleaning and sent him on his way, but when I got back upstairs I found one of the duct covers sitting on my sink which I now have to reinstall. I wanted to give this company 5 stars because as a veteran, I am proud to support veteran owned businesses, but this was not a great first experience.

Brinks came to my home and got out stains other companies had said were impossible to get out. Slime, paint, food and drink, makeup, you name it they have the solution to getting it out. Every stain they see is addressed.

Super friendly, professional, amazing prices, and always on time. We can’t say enough great things about Brinks and will not be using anyone else.

I had gotten slip covers bc I thought there was no way the stains would come up but, sure enough, they got them out. Helen and Tracy are great people and I will continue to use them again and again.

We REALLY thought we'd need to replace our carpets. BUT now they look brand spankin new! They got all the stains out and fixed up bits of the carpet that had come up over the years.
I'm not sure what's better, their customer service or the cleaning they do! With having an autoimmune issue, and growing increasingly sick, I was told to get them cleaned. I let them know and they were ON IT. They got me in asap!
For 2 bedrooms and a staircase they only took an hour for amazing work too! Pricing was by far the best in the area as well. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Ray G rated it 5/5: We had our dryer vent and carpets cleaned. The technician, Ben called to confirm and let us know he was on the way for an on time appointment. Actually arrived a few minutes early. He was very professional and courteous. Once I got all of my initial questions answered he promptly went to work and completed the job with minimal interruption to my morning as I am working from a home office. Once he finished he cleaned up his equipment and work areas, including the neighbors yard in which some of the lint from our dryer vent had escaped to. Other than gleaming carpet and the fresh aroma I can not even tell he was here. I highly recommend Atlantic Carpet Care for any of your carpet cleaning needs or dryer vent annual cleaning. The odor was pungent and Brian took the time to not only clean the carpets but sanitize and deodorize them. He even helped me remove some stripped bolts on a separate project after seeing me struggle with them! Totally not his job, he's just an overall amazing professional and truly cares for his customers! Will definitely be using him in the future and can't recommend him enough!
