When I mentioned that I had just put my 10 month old daughter down for a nap, without hesitation he offered to come a little later so she could nap some! When he came to clean our carpets, he was kind, personable, professional and explained everything he was doing. With this being my first time getting our carpets cleaned, I had no idea what to expect. Corey’s work exceeded every expedition I could’ve had. My carpets look and smell brand new. Not them he Moved my living furniture got underneath everything. I thought it was really reasonable. I just thought there was no way they were going to get all these stains out. I actually waited for half the stains to come back. There were a lot of stains on the white carpet upstairs. I waited and waited. They never came back. I still can't believe it. How good it looks. I am thinking about calling them to go over just 3 spots again downstairs but hate to bother them.
Kinda mad i didn't do this years ago. When our parents passed away. We were about to pull up the carpet and replace it. Now we can invest it somewhere else in the house. They were running the 30%. The only thing thats disappointing is the guard and deodorizer. In a spray bottle. I thought it was this huge coating not no few pumps here and there in a spray bottle. 😆 oh well. Smells great. I'm so very pleased to say the least. Ronnie needs a raise. He wanted to make sure I was pleased with his work. I totally made him a care package of delightful food to go for breakfast and lunch. Take care of our people that keep working in this plandemic not taking a yearly break and they will take care of you. I still can't believe almost every stain is gone. It's crazy. Embarrassing or not I had to show the pics. I want to put down those clear rugs that your grandparents had now 😆 Get coit.

And since they were going to charge $64 to do steps to the basement, I wound up just making that one of my three rooms. Also invited to add a tip, which is the first company I’ve had do that. All told my bill was $70 more than I’d planned. I don’t blame the tech; I think the person who set up the appointment could have been more clear.

He is very professional, communicated with us well, and made sure we were happy and satisfied with his work after completing the job. Steve and Alan showed up on time which is very rare as most companies make you wait all day for them to show up. They got straight to work and were completely done in 3 hours. Alan hand washed all of my vent covers and any mess they made, they cleaned up such as vacuuming the floor. Both Alan and Steve wore masks the entire time they were in the house which was very important to me. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Maxcare!

Calling to quote and schedule was easy and met with great customer service and very fair price. Kevin , our technician, was knowledgeable, professional, great communicator and all the stains were removed in approx 30 minutes. I forgot to take a 'before' picture, but carpet is back to full white and looks brand new. Recommend MaxCare and Kevin.

Jessica Foley rated it 4/5: I was charged $1,180 for duct cleaning, sanitization and dryer vent cleaning. 2300 sq ft house. The house was filthy (the prior owner had dogs and never cleaned) & it took them hours to clean. The workers were professional. They did do a great job.
Rob L rated it 1/5: As a customer of over 15 years, this company was always my go-to for carpet cleaning. We usually had them out annually and had no problems. It was always the same friendly voice setting the appointment. I should have know the business had changed when I scheduled. It was a breathless person on the other end of the phone that quoted us a price that we would later learn was not what we were charged. When the techs arrived (30 min late) I recognized him as he had been out the year prior. My recollection was he did a fine job as evidenced by the fact that we used them again. The cleaning, though brief, went uneventfully. When presented a bill that was more than we were quoted, we inquired and were met with an indignant “well, that’s what it is.” My wife and I said no problem, we will take it up with the office. After presenting the tech with my credit card, he tossed it back at me along with the receipt and turned toward the door. No thanks for your business, no have a nice day. As he was walking to the door, mere feet from me, he calls out “so rude.” I inquire as to what he said as he was walking down the driveway and he would not answer. When pressed again he said you are rude. I asked why he would say that and he got in his wrecked, rusted out van and, after dumping his dirty water reservoir on our cup de sac, he sped off. I called to speak with the owner and though he said he was not happy with that he neither apologized or followed up with me as he said he would. A company owned by someone who does not uphold their word is not to be trusted in your home. It’s obvious they hire bottom-of-the barrel techs and do not hold customer satisfaction in high regard. There are many reputable carpet cleaners in Louisville. This is not one of them.
