Unlike other cleaners, there are no “well, you’ll need THIS chemical for this problem” type sales pitches. Flat rate and you know what you’re getting. My cat’s odor and stain problem is completely gone! Very happy customer here.

He was fast, efficient, extremely professional. He left an itemized bill, so I knew exactly what I was paying for before he started and the price was much better than what I have been charged by previous carpet cleaners. After he was done, he asked me to walk through to ensure I was satisfied with his services. He even went above and beyond by giving me recommendations on how to spot clean my carpets between professional cleanings, as well as certain products to purchase to lengthen the life of my carpets. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, being a younger female homeowner. He even called me after he left to inform me that he accidently charged me for a service fee that was already included in the 40% special I had paid for, and proceeded to tell me the correct price that would be charged to my card. Most other companies would have not blinked an eye at overcharging a customer! Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and Mike was the epitome of hard work, professionalism, expertise, and what it means to go above and beyond! I have dealt with other carpet cleaning companies in the past. But now I am a lifelong Coit customer and will ask for Mike until he decides to retire!

I recently purchased a building and in doing upgrades, did not have the budget to re-do the floors in the breakroom. The floors had been neglected for some time (years), and were not only dirty, but dull and stained. They just looked really old. I don't know how they did it, but the team at COIT was able to make these floors look new again. I could not believe how beautiful and shiny they turned out. It completely changed the look and the feel of the space, so much so that we've decided to keep the floors as is, and not re-do them in the near future. I would absolutely use COIT again, and highly recommend them.
Sally Lukemire rated it 4/5: We have used COIT for years and have always been very happy with them. Customer service is top notch with Liz. In the past, attention to detail and cleaning has been the best. They came out this past week, and it was a different person than we normally have. They (he had a sales rep with him) were nice, but he was supposed to call on his way here, and did not, he just showed up. Normally may not be an issue, but I work at home, and needed to make sure I was available. Well, I wasn't, and he just plops down on the couch to wait for me, not even asking my husband if ok to sit. The attention to detail wasn't as normally is. When he was spraying, didn't care where it went. Sprayed more on my end tables in the living room and the blinds I think than the couch. He cleaned the carpet fine, however if something was in way, or something we forgot to move, he cleaned around it rather than pick it up, i.e. waste basket as 1 example. This is only reason they get a 4 instead of a 5. I know for future cleanings what to watch out for. I will call them again, as we have always had great results. They also did our air ducts this past summer, and did a great job.
Deloris Johnson rated it 4/5: Coit cleaned my ceramic tile and grout today and oh my gosh it almost looks new again. Unfortunately they were not able to seal it (through no fault of theirs) but it cleaned up extremely well and I couldn’t be happier. They were on time, extremely professional and very affordable. I will definitely use them again.
Kenner Star Wars History rated it 1/5: Hired Coin to clean my HVAC ducts at a cost of $1000+. I might as well have put my vacuum cleaner hose down half of them and left the others untouched. Would have been much cheaper and less hassle. Coit left vent covers off, screws un-tightened, some vents weren't even touched. They didn't even attempt to go in through the central unit to clean it properly. Incredibly expensive waste of time, and they damaged my hardwood floors just to complete the experience. Despite COIT'S claim below, they failed to follow up after I responded to them months ago – they FAILED to do so, after I was PROMISED a follow up. Locally they acknowledged their service was sub par, but their area manager clearly didn't want to know about it.
