I received a call from one of the residents asking when they were due since it was already 10:30 and they were supposed to have started 1- 1/2 hours earlier and she hadn't heard anything yet from the inside of her unit. I sent her a message that Premier had already been out there for more than an hour cleaning! She was embarrassed and apologized. Her comment was, they were so quiet unlike the previous company who had cleaned the carpets. She said they had done a wonderful job especially in the high traffic areas that were soiled.

He was also very knowledgeable about my carpet cleaning questions. The price was amazingly fair and he even gave me the pet service for a great price I only spent 150 on 2 rugs today, one big and one custom Mickey shaped bathroom rug. They are going to be my go to rug cleaners from this point on!!!!

He was prompt, explained the process in cleaning the stain of red silly putty on the middle of the carpet in the room. Tevin told me he would do the best he could but also stated that the carpet area would have to be cut out and there is a chance that it would be visible of the cutout. It is not!! He did a great job in the repair and you cannot tell especially if you didn’t know a stain was there. I’m very satisfied with the service. We have brand new carpet in our entire house that is a year old and luckily I had some extra carpet for the replacement and it fell right in place. I have already recommended them and am will definitely use them in the future. I want to say an extra thank you to Tevin for his professionalism and skill. Thank you!!

The company came right away and were done within a hour. My whole basement looks almost new. The odors and stains are nearly completely gone. I would highly recommend paying a professional to clean your carpets. It will save your back (from moving a rug doctor around for hours) and sanity. The guys who came to clean were polite and professional. And Stanley offers military discount which is nice.

Cons: it was very clear upon seeing the job they did that they only focused on the center area of the carpets. Whatever they used to clean the carpets ended up pushing all the dirt to the baseboards, which made them and the perimeter of the carpets look worse.

One stain was small and after you guys did my carpets, the stain Trippled in size… very disappointed and my carpet is worse off now.

After doing their analysis and giving me a reasonable quote, it turns out that they had availability on their schedule during that timeframe and got the job done in about 1 hour. So, about 2 hours after initial phone call, we had a clean carpet without visible pet stains! 🤯 The guy that showed up was super professional and eager to work (sorry I forgot his name, this was about 3 weeks ago). You just don't see that very often in this town anymore. Needless to say, I will use them again for my carpet cleaning needs and will try their other services when the need arises.

Communication was great and respectful and the technician, Mike, arrived at the expected time. I recently lost my husband to Covid and have never been in charge of carpet cleanings, so the time that Mike took to explain the process, (without knowing I had NO idea what would take place), was much appreciated. Mike even went above and beyond in my mind and cautioned me about walking from carpet to tile for the next several hours. He was very respectful of our home, exuded professionalism, and worked quickly, yet thoroughly. He is very personable and friendly. I knew what to expect expense wise prior to him beginning and there were no hidden additional charges such as I’ve read with other companies. I can only hope there will be comparable companies in the state I move to! Thank you, SPECIALIZED, for the wonderful service and experience.

As soon as we shook hands, I immediately knew that he operates on the highest level of excellence, class, and integrity. He cleaned our living area couch and upholstered chairs, all of which have been moved three times and assaulted by our 4 dogs at times. That couch looked NEW again after this cleaning, and so did the chair-the improvement was FAR better than I had expected! He also cleaned the closet carpet in our master bedroom, which looked far more worn than it should, but now it looks fantastic. I'm not a fan of carpet and had planned on replacing it with hardwood floor, but I bought some time on that idea with Billy's cleaning crew. His prices are reasonable, and Billy is an incredible person who raises the energy level in the room as soon as he walks through the door. I won't call anyone else for carpet and upholstery cleaning from now on. Thank you, Billy!

The first time we used them, our pup had gotten a hold of a bottle of indigo blue acrylic ink while we were out of town. Our dog sitter tried EVERYTHING to get the stains up, with no luck. As a last hope, I called SPECIALiZED. Mike came out and gave the entire room a thorough cleaning, and the stains were gone!!
Today we had them in to clean out our air vents/ducts and to clean out our dryer vents. I am so happy with how attentive they were to our needs. The air quality is already noticeably better, and my dryer system looks like new. Billy and Mike were amazing and got the whole job done in record time.
If you have a need, Billy and his team can't be beat. We will be calling them back for regular care and maintenance from now on! Don't go anywhere else!

They were professional, courteous, prompt and able to get me a next-day appointment. While our home had been professionally cleaned and the carpets vacuumed, Tailor Maid was still able to remove a surprising amount of pet hair from the previous owner's pets, as well as use pet enzyme treatment which was important to us due to allergies in the family. The pricing was very reasonable, the job was completed quickly and the carpets look and smell great. Tailor Maid was easy to work with, very friendly and I will absolutely be using them again the next time we need our carpets cleaned. Highly recommend!

Moises took on the task with full power. There was oil, dirt, trash, and many other substances that I didn’t know. He made the vehicle look new inside. Can’t express how grateful I am. They will be the only company I use from here on out. Amazing work Moises!!!!
