We were concerned about replacement cost but the results are “like new”. Flawless tiles! Carpet stains magically gone! Perfect patio! I received the quote, which was acceptable and made an appointment for the services. Ryan did a fantastic job with the carpets and stripping the floors. It was a very professional job and I was about 90% pleased. I say 90% because there were a few spots that Ryan understandably missed due to the angle how the light hit the flooring. After I reached back out, Ryan came back and was able to complete stripping those areas within a couple of hours and even left me with a bottle of stripping solution for future use. I appreciate CleanBright for a professional crew and for returning to make it right. I have had several compliments on the flooring and I have recommended Cleanbright for their cleaning needs!

She also explained that their warranty on tile cleaning was that technician would not leave the job until we were completely satisfied. After deciding together that we only needed tile cleaning services (without grout sealing) she gave us a ballpark per square estimate for their cleaning services. Using the area that we had previously measured, we came up with total ballpark estimate for their services. She explained that technician would come out and measure tile area to confirm area, check nature of the job and give us a no obligation, free bid before starting actual work. She then promptly scheduled a time for technician’s visit. The technician, Luke, arrived right on time. He quickly confirmed area of tile to be cleaned and gave us a firm bid for work that was right in line with the ballpark estimate Amy had previously given to us, After agreeing on bid, Luke began to meticulously clean the tile paying much attention to detail. He completed his work in about 3 hours and then invited us to do a careful inspection of his work and thoroughly cleaned the very few, small spots that he missed living up to the warranty Amy had described. Our 31 year old tile (that had never before been cleaned) now looks like new! We are very happy with the friendly customer service, and tile cleaning services at a reasonable price and recommend using Clean Bright for your tile cleaning needs.

My tech Montgomery was professional and really understanding, he understood the type of work I wanted to be done in order to a remove a horrible stain and odor from my carpet and explained to me the process of it. I’ve used the big name companies before but they do not compare to these guys, the tech was competent in his work and produced amazing results. I was able to get in contact with them on Monday and they came same day and got to work. As of today 3 days later, the moisture is all gone and the carpet is nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Edit response: love the customer blaming. I called your office minutes after the scheduled appointment had been canceled. From the same number you were supposed to call. Was told too late! Crew had already moved onto the next. Reading other negative reviews seems whenever you have scheduling issues it’s curiously never your fault.

They recommended Rejuvenate. I applied the polish. Looked great for a couple of weeks. Maid mopped the floor and when I got home it was all a white cloudy haze. Looked horrible. Searched on Google. Talked to Tim and he came out and removed 100 percent of the acrylic wax. Floors are back to their pre polish normal. Tim told me this was a huge problem with home owners or maids that use products that don't belong on wood floors. Rejuvenate, mop and glo, orange glo, quick shine and Bona hardwood floor polish are all virtually the same product and all will have the same effect. White haze.

Persian exceeded my expectations. I was flooded & the 5×7 art wool rug was soaked. It came back repaired & perfect. THEN I took them another 6×8 that my dog Mona had clawed the way cats could. Not ONLY did they clean it beautifully BUT they sheared the areas that where pulled so that the nap is now even & beautiful new.

That was a huge job, to shear it almost corner to corner, but worth every dollar.

PLUS: Everyone working there acts happy & energetic as they immediately spring to work assessing your rug, etc the minute you arrive. They make me feel like a valued client.

I have a small 5# Maltese and thought she was perfectly potty trained until we spent some time as a family in a room we don’t use often. The urine smell was bad. The carpet cleaner I normally use suggested I send the rug off to be cleaned.
ORIENTAL rug was so quick to respond to my call for help! They picked up my rug. I asked to have it back before a party. But I knew that was a hard ask because it wasn’t even giving them a week in December. (Everyone ask for speedy service in December.) So I didn’t actually expect it to be done. I told them I was asking a lot and understood if it couldn’t happen.
Boy was I surprised, it was delivered the morning of the party — just like I had requested! The delivery guys were amazing as well! So friendly. It’s not cheap. But so worth it! Highly recommend!!!

My primary reason for his help and expertise was to drain the water from my water bed mattress and remove it from my bed frame to make way for a new mattress. We found at this time the frame needed a new adjustment to accommodate the new mattress. He helped with this as well. He went out of his way to help me as much as he could and I appreciated that. It was a welcomed relief to have his help. I can't say enough about David and his responsive service to my situation. I would recommend him for any type of cleaning or work like he had done for me.
