We also had COIT do all the main floor vent system due to drywall dust and crud from drywall filtration from the build. Alex did an outstanding job on our home. Did exactly what we needed, did find issues which he resolved while here. Extremely courteous gentlemen, very conscious of our home and our safety, extremely thorough in his work letting us know what he was doing and how it was being done. Also thoroughly cleaned up when he was finished. Will ask for him specifically next time since that dryer vent will have to be done more routinely due to the way it was installed by the builder.

My only complaint is that on the website it said they could accommodate our request for green eco friendly products. When the technician came and I asked for that, he said he only had one set of cleaning supplies and could not accommodate us.

We went forward with the cleaning but we will look for a greener option in the future. I wish the technician was prepared with a few options of cleaning supplies and deodorizers instead of only one because the service was great otherwise.

The grout was a light gray, but a dirty, dark gray from all the wear and tear. After their service, it was back to its original light gray. My floors look SO much better. Doc's of Denver were responsive when I was wanting a quote. They were quick to schedule these services and were very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using them for future needs.

From the moment he got to my place he made me smile and feel very confident in the work he was about to do. My carpet is a light color and it had some deep traffic stains. I was concerned maybe their cleaning solutions or machines may not be good enough but they absolutely were. They did an in-shop cleaning for one rug that had been mistreated by a cat as well as in-home area rug cleaning. The odor was completely removed and the rug looks brand new! With the in-home cleaning they were very careful in how they approached cleaning the area rugs, taking into consideration the material and thickness of the rug as well as the fact that they were on hardwood floors. I had wanted to have my mattress cleaned and rather than just plow ahead, noted their concern about cleaning a foam type mattress – not trying to sell something that they knew might not be what I wanted. He was very professional in his approach to customer service and took great precautions when cleaning our carpets in our newly-painted loft and stairwell. They even put guards up around corners so furniture and baseboards would not get scratched by their hoses! I will definitely be using them again in the spring!
