The services they advertise on their website are not features they actually provide. For example, they advertise they use cameras through the entire duct system to show you before and after…apparently that is a “corporate thing” the Des Moines location doesn’t have, even though it’s on the ZeroRez Des Moines website. I chose zerorez because this feature stood out as something other companies don’t provide so was quite disappointed. They also don’t put buffers around the corners in the house for their vacuum hoses, so we had some chipped paint along our stairs banister and doorways (their website video shows this is something they should be doing).
We also added the dryer vent cleaning to our appointment and even after asking days ahead of time if it’s a problem the vent is on the roof and them saying they could still do it, the technician showed up and said he doesn’t do vents on the roof…just bad communication there. I wouldn’t have picked this company had they just said that when I set the appointment.
Lastly, they left a mess in a few spots around the house. Our curtains in 2 rooms were covered in dust they never cleaned up, and there were huge globs of lint and trash left in our driveway when they left.
When I called the office to give them this feedback they didn’t seem too interested in making it right. I was told they would let their operations supervisor know, but it’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard back from them, and probably won’t. We’re doing carpet cleaning next month and there’s no way I’ll even consider zerorez.
I knew I was paying more here than I would at another company but the $600 I paid for a 1500 sq ft house was not at all worth it. Highly recommend Supreme Duct Cleaning if you’re looking for a lower price but much better service.

The guys who came out where so polite and took the time to walk me through everything and set great expectations on the outcome. My carpet is 7+yrs old with pet and heavy traffic and they made my carpet look amazing. We plan to do hardwood in the future so I didnt have huge expectations, but I am really impressed! I live in Oskaloosa which is a long drive from Grimes, so the minimum was $480 and I found that pretty fair! (You get what you pay for and I knew with the distance I would be paying more for their services, so no issue here! The price of course will differ person to person so check the online quote or call in, the office people are amazing too!)They cleaned 3 large rooms, staircase and hallway. They won't move tvs or large pieces like heavy desks or hutches because they use small plastic pieces under the feet to keep the furniture off the floor and those items are too big which again is understandable, plus liability to damage. They did move my 3 piece couch (not connected), dinning room table and smaller items. Just plan ahead and clear out what you can. Also they will need a water source as well, I have a outside hose they used but they did mention sink for water access if i didnt have a outside source. They completed the job in about 45mins. Worth every penny and will 100% be rehiring them for future jobs!

The manager from the grimes location came out and discussed with me how to resolve the issue. The manager said he would come out and personally help clean up the mess on the next business day since it was Friday and I needed to get to work. He never showed up on Monday, and I never got a call.

At first I thought oh they did the best they could and they were nice guys. But after vacuuming again prior to move in I got sooooo much dirt off of the carpet with a decades old Hoover Vacuum. See pictures. Do NOT recommend. Incredibly disappointed and feel duped.

We scheduled time off for this to be done and what you guys did was very unprofessional. To top it off the lady on the phone was very disrespectful and had a very sarcastic tone when "apologizing". If you are going to be in customer service please take a few classes. Biggest thing is be respectful of other people's time!

HOWEVER, as they were packing up to leave they left the large 12 inch diameter hose in our entryway and it was spewing nasty dust back inside our house from our vents and probably all of your other customers.

I screamed for them to stop and to get the hose out of our house. They never apologized for this fairly significant error. In fact, the apparently senior technician had the nerve to tell me he did not appreciate me yelling at his associate.

Guess what? I don't appreciate you pumping furnace vent waste back into my house! Please make sure to address this and train them to ensure that this does not happen to your other clients.

P.S. We did appreciate that you used plastic corner guards to protect the paint on drywall corners. However, the guards still rubbed and I will need to touch up the paint on a number of corners in our home. Maybe you could place some fabric on the inside of your corner guards to avoid this going forward!
Thida Son rated it 1/5: Terrible job, didn’t put my vents back the right away on top of that even stripped the thread on not just 1 vent but 3, so now they aren’t even on , they didn’t even bother to put all of them back on, sent a couple kids that really didn’t even seem to know what they were doing, what bothers me the most is my vents will not go back in at all anymore cause the guys drilled it in the wrong way and chose to leave it that way when we weren’t looking, noticed days after they left. Even left my water heater off. Doubt they’ll ever come fix what they damaged.

I found Paragon cleaning online and contacted Jesus. He very professionally and patiently answered all my questions about the services offered and accommodated my request for cleaning on a Saturday. I was happy to know that the company is insured, bonded and have worker's compensation. The cleaner Alejandra did a terrific job cleaning the apartment spick and span and was very fast and efficient. Long story short- the property manager inspected our apartment and commented that it looked really clean for a 5 year tenancy and we would get our entire security deposit back! So thankful to Jesus and the team for doing a great job and enabling us to have a stress-free move-out. Jesus is communicative and down-to-earth and I felt reassured that we were in good hands. Also it's reasonably priced and I would absolutely recommend Paragon to anyone who wants a trusted professional cleaning service. I would not hesitate to hire them for future cleaning of my home.

Additionally, the flexibility that Stratus has to our needs has been paramount. It's strange times in America right now and Stratus has worked extra hard to adjust and clean and disinfect extra well! I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing a top notch cleaning provider!

She very quickly worked with me to get a deep cleaning set up at our location. She was very responsive and they communicated on their end to gain access and make it easy on our end. They came in that night and sprayed 2 buildings for us. They sent videos of various areas to show what was done and we received a certificate too. Very satisfied and happy with Stratus Building Solutions! I would highly recommend them and use them again if necessary!

They are good at what they do and always willing to listen and learn when we have anything to add. they also check up on their employees to make sure things are being done properly. They are also very nice, although sometimes language barriers can be an issue. I have always found a way to communicate our needs to the team.

We use the 4x year service that includes FREE pet stain removal whenever we need it (have a puppy) and have enjoyed fewer allergies and house always smells fresh. They clean our area rugs, great price! Tamara (office, scheduler) is totally on top of it, follows up every time and is refreshingly committed to making sure we are happy with the service. Springer is a no-brainer!

The office space had very large dark spots on the carpet from the prior business's furnishings. They got the carpet looking like new, but equally important, were very polite, punctual (gave me just a short window of time instead of making me wait all morning), and friendly to chat with. The price was a bit more than when I used a large chain company, but I feel that the customer service was worth it and I will use them again.

Pet stains, etc. They came back looking like new rugs. Also had them clean white fabric cushion and chair. My cat threw up on chair and I thought it was a lost cause. Again, Lathrop did great job and chair looks terrific! Nice people, fair pricing and excellent work.
