I think the prices are fair, but I am not an expert in that respect. I recently purchased a new house that was very dirty from the previous owner. Deep Clean Kings sold me a "move-in" and "floors" package. The wood floors were way better after the machine cleaning, and the pet smell is mostly gone now. I did have a complaint about the quality of the cleaning in the bathrooms, but the manager came back the following Monday and made it right. I will be setting up monthly cleanings with them.

I just bought a new house and asked for a deep clean. The house is completely empty and in relatively clean condition to start. As you can see in the pictures, the manager first said $300 for 4 hours deep clean. We gave $50 down and then he asked for another $300, because it took about 4.5 hrs.
I did not keep track of time, I assumed the worker would finish the job in 4 hrs considering it was a COMPLETELY EMPTY house. He then charged ~$280 + $50 deposit which I agreed to since I didn't want to argue and would have respected an honest job.

After reviewing the work (images + many more things I didn't have the time to take pics of) it is clear the work was either lazy, not thorough, or rushed. This is surprising considering the house was COMPLETELY EMPTY and took a little over 4 hours to do. I don't understand how this is professional or honest.
I had to use MY OWN EQUIPMENT and clean up on my own to fix everything. I requested $100 back for the dishonest job and having to do my own cleaning despite hiring "professional cleaners" who are called "deep clean kings".

The owner PERSISTED ON NOT giving me any money back, and instead offered my a voucher. This is despite telling him multiple times I did not trust his services anymore and had to clean everything they missed myself. He did not listen to me explaining to him that it would take time out of my day and busy schedule with kids and work, to keep my doors open and allow them to do the job again that they should have done correctly the first time.
I even told him I didn't want any more money or less, just $100 for money they did not earn, but took dishonestly with an incomplete job, my waste of time, and resources.
HE DID NOT ANSWER.

When they didn't show up, I called them only to be hastily dismissed and hung up on without a return call. Would not recommend if you're looking for reliable service.

With $130 you better off just buying a vacuum. Stains are there as they were. When I confronted the service worker, he said its as clean as its gonna get. That is a lie, I know for a fact that carpets worse than these could be cleaned close to new.
He took like 30 minutes to clean and left all the carpets wet. Said to keep the temperature to 85 degrees.

Also, they informed me that they would not be able to move my oven to clean underneath, which is understandable, but they failed to even attempt to sweep underneath it, which would not have required much effort. Also, I had no idea someone was coming to my home an hour early to do an inspection, i think that should be communicated to customers before the appointment. So, I would hire them again for a basic cleaning, but probably not again for a deep cleaning.

النوه امبارك rated it 5/5: I had the company out to my home and they did an excellent job. I have always been the one to rent a machine and pay way more than it is even worth. Not to mention having to do the work myself and waste half a day or more. Their technician came out and cleaned our carpet in about an hour and the carpet looks better than I could have ever done renting a machine. He was even able to remove a few tough stains that we had worked so hard in the past to get out. I have already recommended the company to my neighbors and will do so again in the future to anyone in need of carpet or tile cleaning.

LenaLove rated it 1/5: Don't even think about it, the carpet man came on a 6/23/17 and installed the carpet and it looked nice at first but later 6/27/17 I kept stepping in a hole about 24 in long and 1 inch wide so I called the owner on 6/28/17 explaining the problem and he said someone would call me back before the day is over, never happened. I called back again on 6/29/17 and the owner told me someone would be coming out 6/30/17 between 4-5, okay cool! 6/30/17 I called the owner to make sure they were coming out HE DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK, I called another number on the receipt and the guy who actually installed the carpet answered and I asked were they still coming today and he said yeah, let me call the owner( He had no problems reaching him) he said he'd call me back, he did but said he couldn't come fix it today and asked me what was wrong with it I told him I am stepping on old carpet padding under the new he didn't get up because there's a knot when you walk on it and the carpet is missing padding in one section and he said it couldn't and I said it could because every time I go to walk downstairs I step in a section without padding, if it was paddings there my foot wouldn't be going down in a hole, the carpet installer said the owner called him this morning (6/30/17) and told him to call me, never telling him why. So he went on to tell me he was in port huron doing another job if I really wanted him to check it out he could come at 2 in the morning or 12 midnight , I Told him he would not be at my house at those hours doing anything, I told him his job in port huron has nothing to do with me and the owner told me someone would come today between 4-5 or he should send some else if he knows you are busy I asked him does the owner have other employees he said yes, but the owner didn't send anyone else . Don't waste your time and money call someone else , what's the difference between you and I , I already paid for trouble you can avoid it!!!! UPDATE the installer came back 7/1/17 to fix the carpet( the owner never called me back) so I showed him were the problem was so he pulled up the carpet and he said the padding had moved and he asked me did we move some furniture, I told him no but if we did why would the padding be MOVING, I'll tell you why he didn't staple the padding down when he installed the carpet, so he then put a thousand staples in it. He didn't staple the padding down priceless!!!
