The tech called me in middle of the morning when I wasn’t there saying I am here. The tech that came out was Landon and he was professional and did great work also was able to take out the stain in the carpet. Will say he did try to up sell me other services and did not have any change for the cash I was paying. Also note they have a service fee besides the regular amount they charge.

Made sure the location did alterations and they said yes, got my cleaning preferences and said “thanks they’ll be ready in 3 days.” I was confused since they never asked what type of alterations I needed or took any measurements. When I said this, they seemed even more confused than I was and got another employee to help. They asked me how much I wanted them hemmed and I didn’t know, since it’s usually measured by an employee in past experiences. They kept measuring the pants flat on a table and asking me. I finally suggested trying them on to measure and then the 3 of us just guessed at what length seemed right. The pants turned out just okay, still a little too long, but not ruined. For $16 I won’t be returning for any alterations but instead will find a place with someone who knows what they’re doing

I chose Carpe Diem Cleaning based on the many positive reviews here on Google. I was told by the staff who scheduled my cleaning that I would be sent a text 30 minutes prior to their cleaners arriving at my home. Instead, I got a phone call when they were just a few minutes away, so I had to rush from work to meet them at my home. Then, when I returned home after they finished cleaning, I found multiple tasks that had been marked on my move-in cleaning checklist that had not actually been completed in my home. I'm moving into an older home that needed a fair amount of cleaning, but it is a very small space that should not have been an overwhelming task. In addition, the space was completely empty because I wanted to clean before moving my things in. Lights and ceiling fans were not even touched, door frames were still dirty, floors were not cleaned thoroughly, there was hair and debris remaining in the shower, windowsills still had standing dirt on them, light switches remained grimy, and the doors had not been wiped down (see photos). I asked for the cleaners to specifically focus on one cabinet in my kitchen that has obviously been through a lot, and I'll admit that it was cleaner than I'd left it, but it still wasn't thoroughly clean. They also managed to remove paint from one of my light switch panels and did not mention it. I'm not sure what exactly I was charged for because I couldn't see much of a difference in anything from before the cleaning. I ended up spending several hours cleaning my home after the Carpe Diem Move-in Cleaning so that my home would be ready for when my belongings arrived. Following the "cleaning", I left my feedback for staff and expressed my disappointment with their services. No one has reached out or apologized or attempted to rectify the situation in any way. They simply charged my credit card for a job they did not complete.

We had a 5+ year old velvet sofa with quite a bit of stains from our two dogs, and it now looks brand new! He wasn't able to clean our woven rug, but recommended another service who can. It needed a cleaning anyway but I was hosting people the next day so was desperate. Fabricare came through. The owner was booked initially but promised to call back if any cancellations. Sure enough he did and did a great job cleaning a sectional, ottoman and chair. He was friendly, professional and even suggested I clean the cushion covers first so he would get them extra clean! I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend!
