We had two runners that bled red into our light carpet and also had some leaks that left rust stains in another room. After Brandon spoke to the owner, Andrew, they will be coming back to use special products on the red and rust stains. And this is at no extra charge!!
Honesty— Brandon could have tried to sell us their “stain guard” (like Scotch guard), but he recommended against it until we got the other stains out and fix our potential leak issue.

While my carpet is old I made the mistake of telling Rigo that I really needed to have to carpet replaced and I guess that made them not do such a great job. They were in and out in about 45 min. While I NEVER expected it to look super clean or new, there were areas that they didn't even try to clean. It looks worse than before now that it's dry because they neglected to clean several areas. When confronted with the complaint it was dismissed, had it not been dismissed and if he offered to at least see what I was talking about I wouldn't have left a poor review, but because we discussed that he couldn't get a lot of stains out, he used that as justifications for poor workmanship. Hope with the next customer he does his due diligence.

Carlos was very personable, answer questions and provided us with carpet information to maintain it looking nice and clean.

I made it worse, I called to get it cleaned but I honestly I don't think they did anything stain was still there oder was still there when I unrolled my carpet it's wasn't cleaned at all a sticked my grand child left was still there so I know it wasn't done at all but still charged $80. They could have just said your carpet is ruined. I would have been ok with that instead of say it didn't smell!

edtek22 rated it 5/5: Cleaning Solutions arrived right as scheduled in a van with a big vacuum system inside. The very nice young guy cleaned the carpets in my 3 bedrooms (one large, two average) for $80. He used at least two different solutions with the steam cleaner (connected to the unit in the truck with with 2 hoses, one for steam and one for the solutions). He also sprayed Scotchgard. I have already made an appointment for them to clean some area rugs. Very good service at a very good price!

Cleaning Solutions is approved by the banks to be allowed to provide carpet cleaning at the houses. This company can be trusted to provide excellent service at fair prices as they have done for us.
