I had about 850 sq ft done and they were there for 5+ hours making sure it looked amazing. The time and attention to detail that was put into the job speaks volumes for the company itself and the people they choose to employee. I have 2 cats, a dog and 5 kids as well as all the other kids that find their way in. The carpet in the rooms I had cleaned is older carpet (6-9 years old) and was incredibly stained and worn in certain areas but came out looking better than I could have imagined. I was pleasantly surprised to find that almost all the spots came up with no additional charge, including the gum and flarp (which is not allowed in the house anymore). I was deciding on a cheaper company vs Referral but decided on Referral and I am very glad I did. I think that overall I got less "extra" charges for things and my carpet is much cleaner than what it would have been had I chosen a "cheaper" carpet cleaning company. I have a picture of the cleaned vs the not cleaned and the difference is amazing. I got told by a friend they had no idea my carpet was so light and I told them I had forgot it was!

I was always embarrassed to have anyone over, especially those with babies and small children, because my floors were horrid. Team one arrived with three men who couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating or attentive to working around my office & an important zoom meeting. We had our ducts cleaned in over 2 years ago when our house was completed by another company that banged up our brand new trim & left black marks all over. Not these gentlemen! They were careful to lay out drop cloths to protect the trim & no black marks or scuffs & they cleaned up after themselves! Once I saw the before and after pictures I wonder what the other company actually accomplished. Once they finished the carpet crew came in & were very accommodating as well and took care of some stains a bad dog made and offered lots of advice about how to combat those types of accidents in the future. Jason, who has been with the company for quite some time stayed to talk about carpet maintenance and I was ready to spend some more money on an expensive carpet treatment but he said he didn't recommend it for our particular situation. I was impressed with everything. These guys won't come into your house to sell you add on's, just solid advice & did a great job educating me on both processes and the why's. I will definitely refer them and use them in the future. Josh, the owner – he is fantastic too! He scheduled the appointment himself, was responsive to texts, answered questions in a timely manner & called the day before to confirm arrival windows & the services and no trip charge for going outside of Allen County!

I thought maybe a big mess would be left behind but they were fantastic!!!! Caesar was Jonny on the spot with the shop vac making sure it was all clean. John (I believe the owner/boss) came out and helped explain our “interesting system.” They overall were fantastic, they didn’t try to up sell or oversell. I expected little more information without me having to ask. If you interview for a position and get hired. You expect to have that job four days later? Not case guess I was taking to long to come in finish paperwork. Gave my job away. Offered me left overs. Office crew seems nice. Great customer service but communication like most of these businesses now days. Need to be worked on. They should've called said hey we found someone else for that job. Your bosses once in a grey hair checked on me. No motivation from management. They tell you we care thats false. Dont expect encouragement. You will not see it. My coworker was suppose to get an evaluation in March still waiting on that and its almost September. Don't expect any pace cards in 7 months never got one who would care anyhow. I dont recommend Ciocca. Until they decided to invest in there employees.

During the height of covid in May 2020, I complained to my manager and HR about unsafe covid working conditions facing the field cleaning staff at one of their businesses that they clean in downtown Fort Wayne. As a result, I was promptly told to clock out and leave during the middle of my shift because "I knew the rules". We were expected to eat lunch in a basement of one of the buildings they were cleaning crowded around a small table; no proper ventilation in this basement. Upon voicing my concerns I was asked to clock out and leave. When I went to turn in my smock and ID badge at their corporate office on Secretary Drive, I noticed their office staff behind plexiglass and a 2 person maximum rule in the lobby. IN other words, they protected their office staff from covid risks but let their field cleaning staff face incredible risks for covid transmission. I filed for unemployment and this company appealed my claim and won, however, luckily I did not have to repay anything as I had a waiver approved. Long story short, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS. RUN DON'T WALK TO A BUSINESS WITH MORALS AND HIGHER STANDARDS.

At the end of the services he over charged me and did a quick and mediocre job at best. There are still dirty spots on the areas that were supposed to be cleaned. He said that the price increases by $15 on Sundays. I was told this at the moment that I was about to pay. I believe this was the owner. I was thinking of hiring this service for a bigger job at my now place of residency, but I will definitely pass. I was trying to support my community, but will never use this carpet cleaning service again. Funny thing is that I was going to tip the guy. Definitely a waste of money and time

Even after being told several times what areas to focus on. I was moving out of my apartment, so I just wanted to do this last thing to ensure that I get my deposit back. I used my own carpet cleaner and got a stain out that he didn't. I asked for deodorizer and the room still smelled of dog. He got 3 rooms done in an hour. I just think it was a rushed job and their products aren't the best quality

mba7898 rated it 5/5: Fantastic company to work with! Keith & his team cleaned my old carpet before I replaced it so I could gift it to someone who needed better carpet. They did a great job & the price was very reasonable. After putting in new carpet, one of my dogs got very sick with diarrhea & vomiting. My new carpet is very light so I thought it might be impossible to get the stains out. Not a problem for Keith & team. They assured me they would come back at no additional charge to get the spots out. They came back twice to work on a stubborn spot and got it OUT!!! They were also super quick to come out when I called and explained the circumstances. These guys are nothing short of AMAZING!!! Reasonable prices, incredible customer service and fast response times. Please give them a try!

Each time I called, the owner (Keith) answered practically after the first ring each time. There was some miscommunication on my part and Keith corrected everything without any issues. They were very reasonably priced and professional. I would use this company again and I cannot recommend them enough!

I had an area that my dog destroyed and thought I'd have to get new carpet but once they were done that trouble area was completely cleaned.
