The chairs were damaged during the cleaning process. I immediately contacted Stanley Steemer and they sent out a manager on two separate occasions to reckless and confirm the chairs were indeed damaged. I have contacted corporate, called, and emailed but I have not received ANY COMPENSATION for my chairs that were damaged. I emailed invoices from Gallery Furniture and almost 5 months later I have not even received an apology.

Ended up charging me $80, he tried to get $100 cash but $80 was all I had and my carpet was back in it’s original torn state after 2 days. The company called me (I guess to verify what happened with my appointment) and told me the guy who did my carpet told them I canceled my appointment. (He told me he was going to tell them the quote I was given was too high which it was and he would take care of me on the low) I would’ve rather spent the $250 and had it done properly than to lost $80 and still have damaged carpet. He assured me multiple times he could fix it the same way just cheaper and off the books.
The company called me and told me management would reach out and I’ve yet to be called back. Don’t walk, run from this establishment, you are better off paying more elsewhere. I did what I was told and waited hours for the carpet to dry before I vacuumed and it’s like I just threw money in the dumpster.

Edit:// I’ve added the receipt the guy gave me. I just noticed he wrote $200 on the receipt but verbally told me it’d be at least $280. That’s when the number game began. Fast forward 2 months later and I’ve yet to get a call back.

1- The guy scratched many walls and baseboard on my house, I just painted everything, clean the ducts was the last part before I move in

2- The guy was more concerned in up sell a crazy expensive UV light than perform his job.

3- After I turn on the AC a lot of dust fall to my floors.

4- The guy moved out the AC filter from my AC and did not tell us, I only figure out many days later.

5- They left a big mess after the job was done, specially at the bathrooms, they did not clean after they finished.

6- They did not clean the grills, they asked $ 195 to clean 11 grills.

Overall I am very disappointed, I checked so many good reviews about Sears and even they are not cheap I decided to trust my house with them, but was a mistake.

I know that there is a 30 day period that I can call them back, but how can I trust my house again with such careless performance ?
Jennifer Wilson rated it 1/5: I received a call from a SEARS’ representative regarding my experience with SEARS’ services on 8/11/21 at 8:00 A.M. I told her my concerns. I recently moved into a three-story town house The team accomplished the job of cleaning my upholstery and cleaned the grout my three restrooms.
I was the first job of the day and the team was on time, but seemed rushed and careless regarding the overall job. The blue hose used for cleaning was coiled and not straight as it entered the townhouse. Next thing I know is that water/cleaning solution from the blue hose is leaking to the second-floor steps to the first-floor steps. Water/cleaning solution was also a bit on the walls and baseboards. They asked for a mop, which I did not have, so I got several towels to help clean up the stairs. I just had surgery and am supposed to be taking it easy, but I did help clean up the water on the stairs because they were not moving very quickly. Also, water was being tracked on their boots. I placed towels down to prevent the water from their boots getting on the carpet in other places of the house. To my knowledge, the wooden floors were not ruined. I was told that the truck they were using was a truck that was not usually used and that is why that happened. The other truck they typically use was having mechanical problems.
Two bathrooms were cleaned on the second floor. The third-floor bathroom is where the blue hose was rubbed against the white wall while the bathroom tile was being cleaned. It looks like the hose was consistently rubbing against the wall causing blue marks. It looks as though the plastic piece was not being used or it was not being used properly. I did not notice the marks at the time until later on in the evening. I tried wiping the blue marks off of the wall and the paint started to come off of the wall. Please refer to the photos below.

Also, I asked that the team wear masks while they were in the house. I noticed that the masks were not continually worn.

Three items were also left behind. A white rag, which I threw away. A plastic guard and spray bottle was forgotten. Please refer to the photos below.

A representative from SEARS contacted me on 8/12/21 and asked how my experience was and I told her what happened, which is written above. She said she would let another person in SEARS know about my experience and wanted to “make things right”. I also received another call from a SEARS representative on 8/13/21. She read the email that I was told to send. I also informed her that my mat by my door was soaked from the blue hose leak.
It is now 8/19/21 and I have yet to hear from any SEARS representative. Also, the team has yet to pick up their equipment.
Proceed with caution when hiring SEARS and be prepared to oversee the team so that what happened at my house will not happen to yours.

I had 2 rooms, small hallway and stairs. I also had my upholstery done (sofa, loves eating, chair and ottoman. I got a great package deal. Definitely will have them back and I am going to recommend them to my friends and family. Try them, you won't be disappointed! Update: After the furniture dried I noticed a stains on the chair and my hardwood floor had large water stains. I had to have a company to come in and clean the floors and reapply wax. I then came back to update this review.

The carpet cleaner clothes were very soiled and he even smelled dirty. Christian is supposed to redo the carpet but each time I call him to get the carpet cleaned, again, he hangs up the phone on me. I paid 270 in cash but his receipt has 110. I want to be refunded for the condition your cleaner left my carpet in..

The stairs were not cleaned he only sprays and said he was done. I am very unhappy with the service and the way Cristian, the manager, handles the situation.

Arrived (an hour late) and instantly started saying how large she the house was (2100 sqft). Showed him the rooms and he tried to raise the price 80 dollars. Initially it was because of “the room size” but when I said they were not large (12*12) it changed to it being a Berber carpet being more difficult. (He also didn’t know the exact name of the carpet l, just that it was more difficult) I stated I could have told him this if he had asked when quoting, but he did not.
