I never heard from Brad again or his manager. I did some research on Zerorez corporate and sent an email to the CEO and CFO. The CEO immediately responded and had his accounting department send me a $500 check for the painting work.

I don’t know why the local Zerorez branch was so difficult. Initially owning up to all the damage they caused, but then refusing to pay anything.

Bottom line, don’t use this company.

So I sent a quote from my painter to Ryan Curry (production manager). The quote was for sanding and painting the chunks of wood damage that they caused – $500 total. Unfortunately, my painter had made a mistake and left a page attached on his quote for some materials for a prior job he did. I received an email from Brad Kimmell (general manager) stating my estimate doesn’t align with the damaged noted. I called Brad and explained the error on the quote and to just disregard the pages that were sent in error. I tried to explain that the quote was on the first page and noted the work and paint materials. Brad insisted that I send a corrected quote and also stated that he would need to send his own painters for an estimate. I asked who/what painting companies he used but he could not tell me. He just said “he had a couple companies” and he would need to send one of them.

Now why would I let his painters come to my house for a quote? Why would I trust them – after all, his employee completely messed up my freshly painted staircase and railings. If his company cannot even do a basic carpet cleaning then why would I trust some painter that he wants to send out?

I’m trying to be reasonable here – I just wanted my paint fixed. I didn’t even ask for a quote for to fix the chunks out of the wood.

At this point, I am waiting for Brad’s manager to call me. I am also hoping that Ryan will call me back because he told me he was the production manager and would take care of everything.

I have used this company a couple times before. I spilled coffee on my stairway carpet, so decided to get the stairs cleaned. We also had a few other rooms cleaned. Rooms look great. Stairs wouldn’t come clean – that ok because the technician tried really hard.

The reason for such a low rating – the technician damaged all my wood trim on my stairs. We just had the entire wood railing and trim painted about 1 month ago. The trim is all chipped and gouged. The technician wasn’t being careful with the equipment and everything is damaged. I never asked him to stay away from the wood trim and he still damaged everything.

I am not having to deal with the manager and trying to get them to cover the cost for the damages they caused.

The carpets smell fresh and clean! We hired Zerorez to clean our carpets before moving into our new home. They arrived on time, at a reasonable time within the time window given; they arrived at 12:15pm when I was given a window of 12-4pm arrival time, and I was so happy I didn't have to wait until 4pm for them to arrive! That alone started the experience off great! They were able to remove several stains from the previous homeowners easily, and gave us advice on how to clean some laminate adhesive off our floors from the previous homeowners. Overall 10/10 experience and will be hiring again next time we need the carpets cleaned.

The cleaner came in and did a specialized pet odor treatment and now it is significantly better. The cleaning left stripes in our fabric, the fabric was still showing wear and tear (our sofa is 3 years old, Crypton fabric and coated by Sani-Bright when we purchased it). There was pilling left all over the cushions. The back cushion covers are currently in the washer because I was so dissatisfied. Our rug, side table, and surrounding area was left soaked from the cleaning. Overall, just didn’t find this service worth it. Other companies do it for fractions of the cost but wanted “the best of the best” and definitely didn’t get it.

The problem I had was that even after more than a couple hours my carpet was still pretty wet. So I had to go over all my carpet that I requested to have cleaned with my own carpet cleaner and get up a lot of the water and my cc pulled up quite a bit of water plus some ares that were still pulling up dirt and stains of residue. It helped me some and the only reason I hired your company to do it instead of myself is because I have a disabled spouse and I stay exhausted from taking care of him as well as other responsibilities. Honestly Speaking rated it 1/5: Where are all these good reviews coming from??? DeWayne Was Rude and had a bad Attitude. On the website it states THEY are able to move furniture, but he came alone, So I offered for me and my son to move the couch so that he could clean under it since I’m PAYING for 4 ROOM cleanings and he immediately caught an attitude and said he doesn’t do that. And didn’t want to wait for us to simply move a couch and a love seat out the way and one bed in the back room. All the other furniture in the other rooms was okay to clean around. It would have taken less than 10 seconds. But Then once he started his machine it was broke and water flew everywhere, then asked Me if he could go and get the machine fixed and come back! But had an attitude about me moving a couch so he can do the job I was paying for. I changed my mind on waiting for him to come back that day not knowing how long it would take. He had a black light that could show where my dogs had accidents and quoted me a very fair price. He came out the day we scheduled on time and left our carpets looking brand new. He was extremely kind and professional. We will for sure be using him in the future and I’ll be recommending him to all my friends! The photos show a before and after.

I also had him do my dryer vent! Great job! I would definitely recommend him and will continue to use him from now on!

I thought Mr. Lemus was going to tell us to just rip up the carpet and start new, lol, but he assured us it was not a lost cause. By the time he was done, our carpet looked brand new (and smells amazing)! Do yourself a favor, just hire Lemus Services, let him do his thing, let him use the chemicals to properly clean, it's quick and easy and very reasonably priced. Mr. Lemus is professional and honest, very hard to find these days! I really cannot say enough great things about him! Thank you, Lemus Services, I will never use any other company to clean carpets!

However bear in mind they are not in mold remediation business so they don’t have dehumidifiers and large fans which we had to rent and find after they were done. Also there was only one person and he was very nice but he didn’t have the help he needed to extract under furniture etc. All in all I was just happy to have help extracting water promptly after water damage in a bad winter storm rather than letting it sit for days.
