And in this situation, the tenants did not mop or vacuum for 13 months. A couple of dogs also lived at my rental property. Rudy, the Zerorez technician, who was personable and hardworking wasn’t certain if the stains would even come out. I was thinking, I was going to be forced to replace a couple of bathroom floors. My floor went from a disgusting coating of thick brown dirt back to its original white color! And he was able to remove doggie vomit stains from the stairs. I will never call anyone other than Zerorez.

I was, however, not happy that the company does not tell you there is water charge, plus an additional charge for paying by credit card. I arranged this service for my mother's house and I was not on-site to pay. I had no choice but to use a credit card and incur the fee. What if I had planned on paying cash and had just enough on hand? Zerorez should make the additional charges clear to their customers.

I have been using a different company and when I reached out to them they started telling me how gas was expensive and I lived far and quoted me triple what I had paid less than a year ago. On Yelp, Art responded to my request for a quote quickly and the price was right! He was super honest, straight to the point, and I was able to show him photos so that there were no surprises when it came to quotes. I reached out to several places and this was the best value for the price by far! His employee Was extremely thorough and took his time on getting my sofa sectional clean, along with a glider. I also had a cat tower that they were also able to service and clean as well! I was so so happy with the results. The attention to detail was superb, they even had little corner guards to protect the corners of your walls from being scraped or touched by their equipment.
They even had fans and laid down sheets to keep everything clean! The other company I used did not take this much care. I really cannot believe how great their pricing is.

I cannot recommend them enough and will be using them again!

He worked quickly and was respectful of the house. Mixed review on the actual cleaning though. I had one couch that had stains that I knew were 5 plus years old and those seemed to come well. However our main couch had staining that was due to perspiration and started showing maybe 2-3 months ago. He did tell me it may not come out, but after cleaning said it did all come out, as it dried I started seeing that it didn't. Maybe it is slightly light? Maybe. Also the rug that was cleaned also did not clean up. So maybe if you have specific stains this works well, but for everyday wear and tear/slow buildup over time it does not. Since these two items in my main room didn't clean well, it felt expensive, but if they had cleaned up nicer maybe I wouldn't feel that way.

But if you just want it to be generally clean, they’re perfectly fine. I just realized that this is the second time we had a household have used this company. When I called and spoke with Mark I told him specifically I wanted the inside and outside of my windows cleaned, and I was dissatisfied with the company I used before who said outdoor windows was a man’s job. He laughed at this and said it was ridiculous someone would say that. Now I realized this was actually one of his crews! LOL. I don’t know if it was the same crew, but they cleaned the windows inside and out very well. I get the feeling that the lead cleaner actually knows how to clean very well, and the other ladies pretty much follow the directions. The areas I suspect the lead cleaner did are detailed, but the other areas or not. For example they did clean out my closet, but did not open the closet door to sweep behind it. Behind the toilet, and underneath the toilet seat was also not great. The bathroom was cleaned well, but residue from the cleaning agent was left in the sink. There’s also a pretty good amount of dust left on the floors in the corners, but I did tell them to make sure to dust the baseboards and that got done pretty well. They got up most of the fingerprint marks from the high touch areas that I wanted. I think if they had some more sophisticated tools they could be more detailed. For example they need a good vacuum and magic erasers. I did think it was strange that the price went from $120-$200, especially since this is a 400 square-foot room with a tiny bathroom, no kitchen or walk-in closet. But maybe they realized what house they were at when they got here! LOL, previously another household member who had a really bad experience with them. My experience was pleasant, and Mark did say they can come back and do what they missed, but I feel like they should just be more detail oriented the next time. We’ve tried out a lot of cleaning companies and most are about the same. I’m going to have to spend about 40 minutes cleaning the details that were missed and I consider that to be pretty good.

He was very willing to move small furniture and worked with me to ensure that I could get a result I was looking for at a cost that I could afford. He takes great care with any furniture and items that need to be moved. We haven't had our carpets cleaned in some time and I was a bit nervous about the overall experience, but he immediately made me feel secure in his work and the outcome was excellent. Great service with great results!

They were very flexible when I needed to reschedule the original appointment. Lilly called to set up the new appointment and was very professional and courteous!
RJ was the one that did the carpet cleaning. He was very personable and explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. The cleaning was great

Lily at the office was super helpful with all the building regulations and moving the process along. RJ was extremely helpful! He came out right away for an estimate. We received 3 estimates and ended up going with Chem Dry because of a referral and the price. So happy with the service! Our carpets are amazing! The office gave me a three hour arrival window as well as a call and text 45 minutes before the the carpet cleaners arrived. The technician discussed the process with me before hand and did a great job. My technician was very professional and friendly. I had very dirty stairs and he was able to get all of the dirt out so they look like new. I will be using Active Chem- Dry from now on!

suji puji rated it 1/5: I asked them to come at noon and by 3 pm they still were not here. They asked me for a $100 deposit on a $160 service. Originally I was going to pay through venmo, but I am very glad I chose to pay through my credit card so I can cancel and dispute. I have to leave my house at 5 and they still were not here 3 hours after the scheduled time. Not sure why they have so many good reviews tbh. I ended up canceling!
