Before leaving, he very “tactfully” explained that my 22 year old tile floors with discolored grout could be made to look like new. My floors have been annoying me ever since I moved back into this home after having rented it out for 5 years. Their process thoroughly cleans the tile and grout and then while on their hands and knees, a sealer (with a 5 year warranty) is painted on. They have 10 different colors to choose from. My floors and the grout look amazing. They look like they did the day I bought this home 18 years ago…maybe even better! Fabulous job, great customer service, so knowledgeable and you definitely get what you pay for! I am incredibly pleased! Thank you Brandon for all your hard and professional work. You are a true asset to Stanley Steamer.

After a fiasco with Bell Solar’s subcontractor, Central Valley Insulation, fine particulates of cellos insulation were being blown through my air vents for over a year. Annie was so incredibly patient and kind while I was trying to get payment from Bell to clean my home. She was always positive, upbeat and friendly even though it took a long time for me to schedule.

John showed up today, on time and assured me that everything would be cleaned to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond, even helping me move some furniture. He was also super kind to my dogs.

I have already recommended Annie and her team to friends and family. You will not go wrong by using them! I know we will be repeat customers!

The technician and his assistant arrived to enter the home without mask after already being 10 mins later than expected. When asked to put a mask on he complied with no issue. They began to clean the home without shoe covers and tracked water from their shoes on the hardwood part of my floors. Both downstairs where they entered on the first floor and by the front door. Once they made it to the second floor they then put on shoe covers. They cleaned the carpets very fast (which we appreciated very much) I asked the technician to check in with my husband before leaving as I was leaving the house. I paid before services were rendered (which is new for me) but none the less I complied. I gave $5 extra over the quote as a show of good faith that we do tip but based on the work. My husband called to tell me that he had to run out the house to catch up with the technician as he was driving away without checking in with him. He even still gave an additional $20 cash tip without even going over the house with the technician.
Upon returning home I went into the bathroom which is on the first floor of my house to discover that the bathroom had been used and left a mess. They clearly used the sink to wash their hands but left black water stains all over the sink and floor, and even on the toilet.
I have no issue with anyone using the restroom (when asked) BUT if you are going to use the bathroom leave it the way you walked into it.
Overall….the work itself was decent, the carpets look good. However the lack of communication and customer service is of some concern, and because I work in customer service I will say my expectations tend to be higher unfortunately. Based on the work I was interested in getting my bedrooms cleaned next but now I am not so sure I would use your services again.

Alexa Devis rated it 1/5: Didn’t even put enough cleaning liquid to the carpet looked the same just wet charged extra for hallway lmao 30 extra for small apt hallway so if you got two that’s extra spaces so it ended in 120 lmao at least I wouldn’t of left q review unless the carpet was actually clean but it was an awful job. Not enough cleaning liquid so it looked the same. Had different companies come over before charged 90 and used slot of product and they didn’t rushed like the guy.

When they arrived they said they don't have a portable machine and won't be able to get to the 4th floor. Our rugs had the basic at-home vacuuming for the last four years, but with two large dogs (stains, odor, crumbs from treats, fur, etc) and the Vegas dust, I was about ready to dump them because their condition continually worsened. I decided to give them one last proper cleaning before I spent hundreds of dollars on replacements so I reached out to these guys, and they did a fantastic job. Our rugs are practically new! I’m sure someone from the company will reply to this with some dumb comment but this was entirely dishonest. Their prices are a joke and not correct. The guy said do you want me to steam them still? No. We wanted to get our house CLEANED. don’t waste your time with these nuts.

I had another company come out and do it and the same issue happened again but when Jays cleaning came out it looked much better than the competitors. He worked with me on a good time for me over the weekend and when there was an opening he came out right away. He did everything in his power to help us including going door to door trying to get car to move, so his equipment would reach. He really understands great customer service. Thank you for cleaning my mattress! You definitely gained a loyal customer.

I spilled printer ink on my carpet (pictures attached) and called around different carpet cleaning services in town and they all said they wouldn't be able to get it out, or that they wouldn't be able to get it out completely, or that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to have my carpet removed. I ended up calling Jay's Carpet Cleaning and they showed up quick and cleaned it. I have attached before and after pictures of the carpet stain to this review. Go with these guys, they know what they are doing. Saved me possibly hundreds of dollars and the carpet looks normal again.

Lisa Hyde rated it 1/5: My husband hired Jay’s Carpet Cleaning to clean our carpet and marble flooring because they were reasonably priced, received good reviews, and he thought they were home based in our area. We had recently lost our son and I did not have the strength or energy to clean our grout before Christmas and he thought he was doing me a favor. In hindsight he didn’t realize the reviews were mostly for carpet cleaning. After seeing what Jay’s Carpet Cleaning did to our marble floor, I cried at how terrible it looked and the wasted $700 and promptly cancelled the carpet cleaning. This company should not be touching any marble or natural stone flooring. They left behind work boot prints and large smudges and smears that could not be washed off. Our floor never looked so bad, it looked perpetually dirty. Never did I think that my floor would look worse after having it professionally cleaned. When I had Jay come back to look at how bad it was, he at first seemed flabbergasted and then he claimed it was all the old dirt rising to the surface and that it would cost $10,000 to polish it out. We hired Silver State Floor Restoration to fix what Jay’s CC did to our floor. The technician for Silver State knew exactly what the problem was. Because he is trained and certified to work on marble flooring. He said whatever solution Jay’s CC used removed the finish and opened up the surface pores and caused it to be even more susceptible to staining. They pointed out an area in the kitchen that if Jay had left his solution on any longer, it would have eaten away the marble. They suspect he added too much acid to his solution. Silver State was able to lighten or remove many of the old stains and they polished our floor to a beautiful shine.

They were here for only a few minutes working and then they DUMPED THIER WASTE TANK for the day in the street in front of our house. When I called to complain, they started yelling at me and hung up.
