In the humidity of spring, the plaster dust combined with the sawdust and formed a cement-like residue along the edges where the floors meat the walls. Demolition dust was thick all over the floors, counter, mantel and even vertical walls. The chandelier suspension chains were thickly covered. Patches of grout from tile workers were beyond my abilities to clear. The bathroom was the crew’s staging area and it had ground in grit.

    The Ninjas came to our home and left it brilliant! The floors were clean and polished. The chandeliers were like new, and the lights were bright. The splattered grout was gone. The rear hallway had been especially filthy from dust on the walls and grime on the floor from months of comings and goings by various work crews. The Ninjas left that area bright white. The calcium buildup on sinks and in showers was cleared. This was the perfect conclusion and recovery from remodeling. Ninjas can handle big jobs and leave a spotless home.

The pay is not fair throughout employees especially when a “supervisor” is doing less work than a basic employee and is getting paid almost $10 more than the starting pay. For instance, my coworkers and I would be split with an amount of houses/businesses each day and more times they would have more people on their team and less places to clean. And leave a team with less members and more to clean (ex. 6 Houses comp. 2-3 Houses, 9 comp. 3/4 hour days while still being paid more.) Do not recommend to work or support this business in anyway. Would be an ideal job for somebody that would like to come in sick (including COVID-19) and for somebody that doesn’t mind being treated like less than a human.

I asked if he would go ahead and clean it and we'd get together over the phone and handle the charge. He said fine I'll get it cleaned and I did call him and he handled the payment. He was flexible, he was polite, and it appears by looking at the rug he was very good at the job. I will definitely use this company again.

Prior to joining the team at ServiceMaster PBM I normally stayed at a job for 6 months before moving on and intended to do the same here, however they have made it darn near impossible to leave. They have gone out of their way to help me in times of need. They have organized fundraisers for employees who otherwise would have lost everything due to medical emergencies. They have provided opportunities for so many. I started as a floor tech and have been allowed to progress up to Senior Account Manager thanks to their coaching and guidance.   • To Put It Bluntly Podcast rated it 1/5: Was an employee. They treated me horrible. They made me pay to get my W-2 Tax form. They withheld some of my money. The owner is absolutely terrible. Losing contracts due to employees. So yeah. They are horrible. Would be 0 stars if I could.

Service master was hired by the university I attend to come in and move the things out of my room into the living room because of a burst pipe flood. Moving the items they did not break anything but they did ruin my items. For some reason they moved all of my clothes in trash bags. This would not of been a problem, but they duct taped them shut. So, for around two weeks my soaking wet clothes, towels, sheets and even shoes sat in an air tight trash bag. When i got there and cut open the trash bags the smell stained my new room for a week and I soon came to realize all of those items were ruined. I tried washing them multiple times but with mold stains and a consistent smell they are worthless. I have never wrote a review but this just makes so sense as to why service "masters" would think that doing that was a good idea.
