Well our new appt was 1pm and guess who didn’t show up today? I didn’t even get the same courtesy call I gave them. On a prior visit I had also asked them for a quote for grout cleaning and was told the tech could do that when they get there. I mentioned this to the tech and he had no idea what I was talking about. He said they would call later with the quote and I never got that call. At this point I will look elsewhere

I moved into a home where the previous tenants had pets and there was a very strong pet odor. The thoroughly shampooed and cleaned the carpets and treated the house with ozone treatment. It worked very well. Jaime and the technicians went over and beyond to provide excellent service. Highly recommended.

They explained the process and treated them all (big job). They answered all my questions, so patient and kind. They are Hands Down the BEST and will make sure you are completely satisfied. Exceeded all expectations, thanks Refresh.
Christina Holman rated it 5/5: Great customer service. I called on Tuesday and had an appointment scheduled for the next day! The guys were very professional and efficient. I had quite a few old pet stains in all of the carpeted bedrooms. My rooms now smell fantastic and the carpets look brand new. They even hit the welcome mat by the front door on their way out! Would recommend Refresh to everyon.

Venus Envy rated it 4/5: They set an emergency appointment for me, to be completed the day after I called. They showed up 5 minutes early, which is unheard of! I was impressed by that alone.
I have no doubt they did their best to remove all stains and smell. Unfortunately, there was still a faint smell after the carpet dried. And my upholstery still showed some color spots. I even pretreated with vinegar and Krud Kutter. I don't know what chemicals they used that I paid extra for. But I was still happy that it was almost perfect.
