Zerorez was able to schedule my appointment in a timely manner. The emails were very clear on how to prepare and they arrived on time. The customer service was EXCELLENT despite having the staffing shortage COVID has created. The actual cleaning was well done and there was honesty about if a stain could be lifted or not. Our technician was very knowledgeable about the types of carpet and able to explain why something was stained or discolored. Explained the whole process and worked very hard to get the carpets clean. It is an old carpet with lots of wear marks but he did a great job getting them clean. The wear marks are still visible but they are MUCH better than they were. They are trained well to respect the customer's home by guarding the corners and cleaning up after themselves. I have used other cleaning companies as well as Zerorez and Zerorez is by far the best! Watch for specials if cost is a concern since I find they are a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.

I would still recommend Zerorez however you should know going in that it will take a long time before you can reasonably use the areas that they clean.

The carpet looked good and so did most of the furniture. After it dried, I saw areas that were missed. It seemed liked they worked very quickly which gave me concerns. I believe if they worked a little slower things would have been perfect. I know they were on a timed schedule, but going so fast left some uncleaned areas on my chair and sofas head areas. Otherwise my furniture looked good.

Yasmine Reis rated it 1/5: run AWAY from this company. We hired them last year to complete a deep clean of our home after not having a cleaning service throughout the pandemic. We maintained our home, but it definitely had lots of work to do. They charged $1200, which for our 4bed/4bath house was a bit steep but after the reviews we saw on google we thought it would be worth it. They sent 3 people to our home to do all three floors (finished basement included). They did not step in to the basement, at all. They did not even open the door to go down there. In addition, other than vacuuming and a light swipe of surfaces, they did nothing. They then "discounted" the price to $600. To do nothing.
They were to wipe baseboards, they were obviously never touched. They were to clean windows, there were clear prints on nearly every window. They did nothing that was supposedly included in this "deep clean"
I did include a cleaning of the oven and microwave, which they did a fine job with, but other than the upsell and a basic wipe down, there was nothing done. I don't know what they did in the house for that long other than maybe pet my dogs.
We had to hire different company to do an actual deep clean a few weeks later, who we then hired on as our permanent cleaning company and have loved every cleaning of.

Please take your business elsewhere and run far away from this one.

The disappointing part of the experience was with the office staff. I contacted Chem Dry online and received a phone call several days later. The woman who called sounded like she had just been hired but had not been trained. We agreed to a date and time for the work and I was told she would send a confirmation email and I would get a reminder notice 24 hrs before the appointment. I received neither a confirmation nor a reminder notice. When I called on the afternoon the day before the scheduled appointment I was told my appointment had been cancelled. After pointing out that I had not cancelled the appointment and the problem was on their end we agreed to a different time for the next day. She called later and told me a tech would be at our house at ANOTHER different time. I agreed to the third time change and Antonio showed up and did a great job.
Technician was amazing….office staff needs a lot more training.

We had new carpet in the basement that our dogs decided to use as their personal urinal and were worried that we would have to tear out the carpet to fix the damages. Alex explained the process he'd be using thoroughly and the possibility of future remediation. With one visit, he was able to remove the odor and stains. He did use more solution than usual and I'm sure this helped!

Steaming, extra care taken and extra deodorizers, etc did no good because of failure to notice large amounts of pet hair in preliminary inspection. Carpet vacuuming was not added onto the job, so in the end the carpets are still filthy.
J C rated it 4/5: After a few initial bumps in communication the day of my appointment, they were very accommodating with my schedule. I'd love to give them 5 stars because their customer service was pretty good. The only reason I'm not is because I have a dog so I own a black light to check the carpet in case he ever has any accidents I can't find (very rare but it's a dog things happen.) After the carpet cleaning I went around and checked the carpet. Although to the naked eye the carpet was in fact "cleaner", there was absolutely no difference under the black light. Every stain that was on the carpet before showed up under the black light. Kinda disappointed to have paid what I did and still see the same stains in the carpet, but at least when you look at it, the carpet does APPEAR cleaner.

Kathryn Brownell rated it 2/5: I've used them a few times and was always happy until this time. They didn't mop, didn't clean the ceiling fan, didn't clean the dining room table, and didn't really dust or do windowsills at hip height. Every other time I've had cleaners they move everything in my house and I have to rearrange everything back. This time absolutely nothing was moved. Everything I pick up has a dust ring around it. I wont use them again.

edit: The "refund" was a $20 future credit. C'mon.
Bethany Huntley rated it 2/5: We have had Grakei cleaners to our house twice and have been unimpressed with the quality of the cleaning and communication. We selected the detail cleaning package (which is supposed to include more than a standard cleaning, such as hand washing the bathroom and kitchen floors and baseboards), and did not feel that the cleaning was adequately performed. I provided this feedback to the office manager and requested additional deep cleaning services, including cleaning on top of the kitchen cabinets, which we were charged extra for. After the second cleaning, he top of the cupboards were not completely cleaned, our kitchen cabinets are covered with streak marks, there is still dust throughout the house and I have been able to wipe dust and smudges from the door frames and baseboards throughout the house. I provided this feedback to the office manager and did not receive a response.
When we called to book in the first place, I was told that someone would come by to do a walkthrough and provide an estimate at a specified time. No one came to our house and I instead received an email quote. When I attempted to schedule the first cleaning, I never received an email or phone confirmation from the front office and the cleaners were sent over without me knowing they would be there. The cleaning times changed repeatedly for both bookings. All in all, we were disappointed in the quality of the cleaning and professionalism of the office manager. The cleaners themselves were very kind and polite, but did not do an adequate job.

Eileen Mirza rated it 1/5: f I could give them a negative star, I would. This was a nightmare experience from the beginning. Spoke with Tomas to start with (father/owner) of company. Gave me one price, then called and called to get my carpet installed. Finally got a call back from one of his daughters and told me he was giving prices from years ago. She came out with her other sister to measure and I still went with the more expensive price. Day of Installation- was supposed to be in the morning, did not come until after 2pm with NO CALL. Then was told they would be done by 5pm, however did not leave until 8pm. (I had to reschedule plans) I had my vacuum in my office, they did not ask to use, just took it. Clogged up my vacuum and did not even empty. Left old carpet and had to call to have them come and get it. The seaming was terrible and so visible (Picture Attached). Called and they came back but did nothing. Said they would have to take up and stretch. Left message after message- No Response. I am so unhappy and the carpet is starting to pull up in the seamed area. I wish I would not have paid them on the completion of the installation. Maybe then I would have gotten response. They have NO IDEA on how to lay carpet. Will have to have the entire thing redone. What a HACK JOB!

There was an area in which tape had been put down to keep a throw rug from scooting around and they were able to remove the residue so the carpet looks like it’s new.
They even were able to clean my 15 year old area rug from my bedroom and make it look like I just brought it home from the store.

I called him a couple days before our open house for a couple carpet repairs in our house, and his next opening was the day after the open house. I told him the urgency of the repair and he came the very next day on a Saturday. He was 100% on everything in service and quality. We then used him again to clean the carpet at the new house and his service again did not disappoint. Unfortunately there were some stubborn gross pet stains in the carpet that he couldn’t get out and I believe he didn’t charge us for those but the pet smells were gone. We’d recommend him again and would use him again if needed in the future. His service is very reasonable too!

After reading other positive reviews I called Service PLUS Carpet and Joe came out a couple days later and patched it up with some leftover carpet we had. You can't even tell it ever happened, it looks fantastic! Joe is very skilled, and very professional as well. Definitely recommend!

Alicia Olsen rated it 5/5: Joe was a lifesaver! I scheduled a small patch in my carpet to be repaired in a hurry to get my house ready to photograph and show. We only had three days to get it ready, so time was of the essence!
Joe evaluated the hole and recommended stretching the carpet rather than patching it. With the age of the carpet, he knew a patch wouldn't match. I was worried about getting it done on time, but he was able to schedule me in the next day!

When he came in, he moved all the furniture himself, stretched the carpet so that you can't even tell a repair was made, vacuumed and cleaned the carpets like they never have been before. In the middle of the job, he noticed that I was sweeping out our fireplace and kindly offered to vacuum it up for me.

I have always gotten our carpets cleaned annually with a different company. That company always cleaned around the furniture and Joe was the first person to move the furniture and clean what has never been cleaned before! He was kind, helpful, accommodated our timing needs, and his prices were fair. Service Plus is my go-to carpet company from now on! Highly recommend!
