Not only are the carpets absolutely spotless, but he took the time to make sure the job was done right. I watched Joe take extra time in the areas that needed the most attention. To be blunt, my cat peed all over our guest room, and the entire room was atrocious. Joe didn’t bat an eye. He just went straight to work with a smile in his face. At the end of the job, I noticed he was cleaning my staircase for some reason? I didn’t say anything because I wanted to see if they would charge me for it even though I didn’t request the service. Not only did he not charge me for it, he actually told me he did it as a courtesy since he had been walking up and down the stairs the whole time. Needles to say, Joe deserves a raise. He was extremely nice, pretty damn funny, and just an absolute joy to have around during the cleaning process. Starr Cleaning Service will definitely be getting my money again and again, and it is all thanks to Joe. I appreciate you and your hard work. Thank you for everything!!!!

I thought the price was very reasonable, and the most affordable I had found. My rug looked pretty similar to when I first got it when I picked it up which I was happy about!
Only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I kept getting texts messages and emails asking me to leave a review, and this was before I picked up my rug. I thought that was silly given I didn’t see my rug yet. I’m not sure if the messages are automated, but it would be better to have them sent after a service.

Also, I noticed my rug still had a lot of dog hair on the bottom side. I ended out bringing it home and sweeping it more before laying it back down.

Overall, I think they did a pretty great job for the price and I would recommend them!

We just finished painting our entire interior. There was drywall on the carpets. We have 5 kids and a dog who have “loved” our carpet for 6 years. There were stains from paint, mud, markers, etc. One of the stains was from acrylic paint my daughter got into. ALL THE STAINS ARE GONE! Our carpets look brand new.

And they vacuum the carpet before cleaning. I’ve never had a carpet cleaning company vacuum before. They always ask me to do it before they arrive. I can’t say enough good!! Aedan Boscia rated it 5/5: I’ve used Brimleys twice for move out/cleaning. Both times, the value for the work done has been great, overall I’m very happy with the fact that I get the quoted price without surprises on site for extra charges.
However, this last time I had a VERY severe stain/damage issue with carpet. Because the carpet was warrantied against stains, I wanted to try to get anything that would come out, out, so that we could evaluate for the warranty (we had to attempt to clean it first!)
To be honest, I had very low expectations because the damage was so bad.
My tech Nick was great, he was on time, positive, and fairly optimistic about getting at least some of the damage out. He was also very nice, worked hard and was helpful with information about the cleaning.
The process doesn’t take too long, the carpets dry fairly quickly, and above all-a good deal of the staining and dirt came out.
Now, this situation is above and beyond what most normal staining should look like. If this had been “normal” wear and tear/staining, I’m sure these carpets would look brand new. However-Brimleys far exceeded my expectations on getting it to any level of clean, and actually got it to what might be considered a normal amount of clean!
I will absolutely continue to use and recommend Brimleys for our carpet cleaning needs!

The technician's are always so friendly and accommodating, Nick was our last technician and he's AWESOME! The carpets looked new when he was done, he takes it as a challenge to get out any stains. Will definitely use again, this is our second time using them! The carpets are not soaking wet and dried within about 4-5 hours.

George was able to get me scheduled right away and disinfect, treat and save the carpet!! Highly recommend five ⭐️

I had a terrible pet urine smell in the master closet's carpet from the pervious tenant that saturated through the padding and down to the concrete. Network carpet services were very thorough when replacing and treated the concrete with an enzyme prior to installing new padding and concrete. They also followed up to see how the smell was doing and offered to return if I still have any issues. The team was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, polite and did a wonderful job. I will be using them again in the future for any carpet needs!!

We volunteered to do a review because our total satisfaction is so well deserved. The contact was efficient, well organized and followed up on all details. We asked for service within a week and that’s w hat we got. George Rocco, the owner with 30 years of experience and his polite and hard working assistant, Luke arrived when they said they would. In summary, they worked with well maintained equipment, using top grade cleaning solutions. George discussed all of our projects in detail and proceeded to do everything they committed to accomplish with the most professional attitude a homeowner could hope for. I had them come an do my bedroom carpet and the grout in the kitchen where it was high traffic! Everything came out amazing the grout look brand new and the carpet looks so clean! I will be definitely be using them again and telling all my neighbors and friends!

Mike and Braxton were excellent at what they do. I love looking out at streak free windows and clean screens. They were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only company I use for window cleaning!!!!

When they came to clean the carpets, they called to let me know they could be there early, and they were efficient! They did an excellent job, the carpets looked much better after they were done!
