With 2 big daily lake-loving dogs and 3 cats, we might as well open a zoo, but instead at some point we thought “you know, let’s try a white-ish carpet in this huge living space.” Well the years took their toll, Stanley Steamers took our money, and our carpet would smell clean for a week or 2 but the stains always remained. These were deep, undefeatable (or so I thought), nasty stains that were always bad but would come up with the humidity and just looked terrible. Then we discovered Nick with Milwaukee Area Carpet Cleaning! We had a big party planned at our home and I wanted to at least have the carpets cleaned for arriving family and the general smell of the place, had seen some advertising on Facebook and thought I’d reach out to MACC and see if they could take the job on short notice, and they were more than happy to set a time within the week before the party! Nick arrived early, assessed the situation, and got to work. I don’t know if this guy is a sorcerer or some kind of carpet wizard or what, I mean I wasn’t expecting miracles, but here he was performing them. He took the time, mixing crazy concoctions for different stains and going to work on them with a sort of chemical/machine precision, and when he was done the room smelled fantastic and the stains were nowhere to be found. And the chemicals he used did not bother my chemical sensitivities/asthma!
Highly recommend hiring this company for your carpet cleaning needs. I know we will be again – in probably 6 months time at this rate (also toddler, small baby – plz send help 😮😋)

Nick was meticulous with the vacuuming and cleaning of our furniture to be sure they looked brand-new. The pictures are AFTER the cleaning and drying. The service I paid for was “sanitizing and cleaning” for $130. Basically, it’s just wet your floor and vacuum.

We called to ask for a remedy, but was told if we wanted them to fix the problem we would have to pay for them to return. After the carpets were “cleaned” by Adelman, I used a store bought carpet cleaner and removed a gross amount of dirt and I was able to make the room smell good again. The response from the company says we should have called to remedy the situation, but we did and were met only with excuses. I am extremely disappointed in the quality, the service, and the way this situation was handled.

Most of the employees everyday late. This what I don’t get is you have to ask for a raise while the other job I’m at now gave me 3-4 raises in 2 years. Didn’t have to ask and the boss I’m working for is much better! Just know it’s not what you think working there!!

I called Dan and within a couple hours he was out here with Dave to clean up the water and sanitize the areas. Went above and beyond what I expected them to do for clean up. They were absolutely filthy considering we have two dogs and multiple kids and it was embarrassing to have people over since the stairs were so dirty and splotchy. Imperial came in and made them look brand basically brand new. I will absolutely go with them again! Plus, they charged me less than half what Stanley Steamer was going to charge me.

Not only does he work on Sundays (which 90%+ other carpet cleaners do not), but he was very understanding when there was a communication error, and he went out of his way to tack us on to his schedule at the end of the day. My call to get a quote was quick and informative, and hours later he was at my apartment doing the cleaning. AND he was able to provide a much needed receipt for my landlord for the move out process. We will be using him again next year when we move again. Thank you Jose!
