I had Zerorez come out when I bought my house and it was empty so I could have everything done before I moved in and I paid for the best cleaning they offered with pet protection.
When they came out I went over everything with them and next thing you know they were in and out in about a half hour. Now I have a 2200 sq ft home so it shouldn’t have only taken a half hour. I was concerned because I felt they didn’t do a good cleaning so I waited a day or so to dry like the tech said and it was worse after it dried. So I called and had them come out again and the second tech walked in and said this home does not smell like it was just cleaned so they did it again, again rushed threw it and did no scrubbing.
In the end what I’m getting at is if you pay $600 to have your carpet cleaned plus the additional additives they charge extra for when going at pet Oder it should be done professionally and done good. Again it was a terrible job so I took matters into my own hands and rented a rug doctor and the results I had were disgusting for what I pulled out of the carpet myself after they “cleaned it” twice.
I did a better job for $30 then what a professional company did for $600.
I will never use zerorez for any needs I have again.

One star off because the call center person gave me the wrong quote when I called. He quoted me for tile not natural stone even though I told him it was stone. I would post no stars for the service of cleaning and price from Stanley Steemer but will say the technician was nice. I feel the service and contracting industry has given training on how to sell and manipulate customers into services that are not needed. I was quoted almost 1000 dollars for a shower, bathroom floor, living room carpet and upholstery cleaning. That price was crazy. I can replace a carpet for that cost.
I stuck to originally scheduled services quoted at 300 dollars, but remarkably the end price was $490? hmmmm, even after all the added discounts, what a scam and joke this company is. The technician did do a free carpet cleaning which in all honesty you can not tell the difference from what was cleaned and what was not cleaned. I have picture proof that the carpet cleaning is absolutely worthless and I show the quality of cleaning is not good at all. I guess this is what service franchises do, cheat people. Please save your money and pray for Companies to stop abusing customers. I have faith in God above that this company will not be blessed by cheating and taking advantage of people. We did end up booking a general carpet cleaning with Green Clean (support local businesses!) to get some cat vomit stains out of our carpet, and it was time for that general maintenance anyway.
Rob and Dakota was our carpet cleaning team, and they were really timely– gave us a call the day of to prepare us for their arrival, and they were really knowledgeable about our specific type of wool carpet. They were respectful of our space, professional to a fault, and great communicators about what to expect.

Our entire carpeted space looks good as new, and they did an extra fabulous job with our stairs, which is a high traffic area. Thoughtfully, they also left us pairs of foot covers so that we can move around on the carpet in the next few hours as it dries.

We'll definitely be booking again through Green Clean and asking for this team– had a great experience! (Sidenote: didn't even know that they had tile cleaning, so we'll be exploring that option in the future too!)

Mark was flexible in scheduling (so we could also manage to get the carpet stretched prior to cleaning, but within same time windows), highly personable, was timely & professional in his execution of the work. Highly recommend!

Situation: We had new carpet installed in our home in 2016 which had severely bubbled in every room & stairs where that particular carpet was installed (4 bedrooms, loft, hallway, & stairs). Due to the bubbling, the carpet had accumulated visible dirt in the bubbled areas (despite us not wearing shoes in our home).

Resolution: Mark did an excellent job in our home. He came out to give us an estimate. He measured all the spaces we wanted cleaned and gave us an estimate for the cost.
I also explained that I was having the carpet restretched prior to cleaning. We were moving all the furniture out of the rooms which was the ideal time to get both projects resolved. Mark partnered with Tom (The Carpet Guy MN) to help me stage the re-stretching & cleaning of an entire level of our home!

Here’s how it played out:
• Sunday night: We moved all furniture out of 3 rooms (and into other rooms on that floor).
• Monday: Tom restretched carpet in 3 rooms in the morning. Then, Mark came to clean those same 3 rooms in the afternoon (drying time ~24 hours). As long as Mark was here, we also had him clean the carpet in our finished basement.
• Tuesday: Carpet dried completely. Then in the evening, we moved all furniture back into the 3 completed spaces & shuffled all the furniture out of the remaining 2 rooms in preparation for the next day.
• Wednesday: Tom restretched carpet in the remaining 2 rooms & the stairway.
• Thursday morning: Mark came to clean those 2 rooms & stairway. We also had Mark clean the carpet on our main level family room while he was here.
• Friday: All carpet was dry by 1pm. We put all furniture back in place & project was complete.

Susan Malaret rated it 5/5: Cliff and his wife (the back office coordinator extraordinaire) have been my go to for carpet cleaning for close to 10 years. We have three dogs (one puppy along the way). He has done a great job removing hard to clean dog stains and he LOVES dogs (always have a lengthy conversation about our mutual love of dogs). His work is high quality and a fair price. I have used him for a rental house as well where he really livened up the quite old carpet.

My berber carpet was embarrassingly dirty, and I had doubts about good outcomes, but it looks great now. I had a lot of deep stains, and Clifford said that a few might reappear after it was completely dry, and he gave me instructions on how to address these if that should happen. But it’s been a couple of weeks since I had the large carpet area and steps done, and spots never reappeared, and it still looks fantastic. Additionally, I was pleased that he used cleaning products safe enough even for pets. I would highly recommend Clifford. By the way, before hiring Clifford, I had a truck-mounted company come over based on a mailer coupon. The fellow took a quick scan, commented on cat food dishes, and proceeded to get out some sort of flashlight and highlight areas telling me that there was no way they could get my pet-stained carpet cleaned at the coupon price—- that it would be a waste of time—“however” for several hundred dollars more, they would be able to get it clean. I don’t like this kind of business practice, so I declined which led me to my fortunate experience with Clifford where the price and process was laid out directly and professionally by Clifford’s wife. Definite 5 stars!
Danielle D rated it 1/5: This guy almost ran me off the road. He decided to just change lanes into my car. Didn't even swerve when I honked my horn in the ice and snow. My kids were in the car with me and he did this on purpose because he wanted to make a right turn in Maple Grove and was in the left lane.

He was on time, and the work he did was very thorough—the care he takes in his work is showcased in how bright and clean my carpets are now! I will absolutely be calling him again next time I need my carpets cleaned, and I’d recommend him to any friends and family who need great carpet cleaning done!

He even got out an ink stain of a rental property we owned that had been there for YEARS and just assumed the only option was replacement. I highly recommend Randy for all carpet cleaning!
