It would also be great to have a reminder that we need to remove all vanity items if the vent is located close to it because the vacuum hose will have dust trapped on it. When they pulled it out, all of the stuff that were stuck to the vacuum hose and went all over my bathroom vanity where my toothbrush was located.

I was able to tell him the goals for my carpet cleaning, he spent extra time explaining the entire process and spent extra care and making sure all the stains were removed. As I used to always carpet clean my home, I knew that you should not be walking on your carpet for at least six hours after the fact. He was very personable, transparent with his prices and service and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. I was a little skeptical because of all the yelp reviews, but also noticed those who left reviews were not avid yelpers and with any type of business you always have those looking to ruin people people. Without reservations I would recommend him for any type of carpet or upholstery cleaning.

So far he is the only one to truly get pet odor out of my carpet and get them clean. Sadly I lost his number and couldn't remember his company so I tried some other services. Thankfully today I called and when he arrived I realized it was the guy who works magic and he did an amazing job. Always friendly and honest and fair and I highly highly recommend him! I won't lose his contact information this time because I'm going to exclusively use his services. I've tried many other cleaners and he is the best in my opinion!

My 2 story house was flooded by our washer machine, it was a complete mess! They were on top of it all. No waiting, No unexpected things that cost more money, and their work was absolutely amazing! From the people who came in to dry the house, all the way until they shampoo the carpets, everyone was amazing, professional and kind. I’m so glad our insurance got such a great company to work with us. They did it all and completed such a huge job in time for me to have a huge Thanksgiving gathering at my house. Thanks again Guys 🙂
