John rated it 2/5: I needed four rooms + a hallway carpet cleaned. They quoted $135 on their online estimator, and the technician asked for $250 (said that was a discount from regular pricing). I understand it's only an estimate, but an 85% increase seemed pretty steep. Regarding carpet cleaning, it was a simple rotary scrub (no steam wand), which did a mediocre job and left a few stains behind.
On the plus side, the technician was very friendly and gave it all of his efforts.

UPDATE: I called per their response to this comment, and they said their online calculator only computes for up to 600sq ft total. If your dwelling is larger than a 1BR studio, consider the online pricing tool deceptive advertising.

Once we returned home and started moving in, we spilled something on the carpet, we cleaned the spill (the clean spot in the picture) and noticed how filthy the carpet still was!

We contacted Safe-Dry and they said they’d call us back within 24hrs with a solution. Never heard back from them again.

We hired them to come and clean our carpets. We wanted all carpets cleaned and dog pee stains treated. We were given a price and services over the phone. When he arrived, the serviceman stated he could only do the stain treatment. The serviceman, Jacob, was extremely rude and condescending and aggressive. He charged us a lot more than we were quoted on the phone AND is advertised on their website. He had an “answer” for everything – the lady on the phone was new, we’re changing our paperwork, etc. His attitude was intimidating and unnecessary. Then he told us not to call the company for 14 days because that’s how long the stains took to treat completely. I’m guessing that actually that’s when any sort of warranty or complaint window closes. It took a while talking to more unprofessional people on the phone, but finally they agreed to send someone out to “re do” the service. But the service had never been completed. Not only this, but the original serviceman called and lambasted us for complaining. Telling us that he drove an hour and a half to get to us and had a family. We just wanted our carpets cleaned. This was a horrible experience and we will absolutely never use again. Honestly would rate them lower than 0 if I could.

When our technician Sammy first got to the house about four years ago, the smell was horrible, and after two treatments of their enzyme That removes the odor, I never smell it anymore! You can smell the pet dander, but not the actual urine. They also have a urine chemical that is something that they gave me to try and I am excited about that! Brandon the owner is very patient to give you an accurate quote, and they just do such a great job! And they’re hiring!

I was seeking a company to clean her upholstered recliner chair and carpets at her apartment while she was hospitalized, and reached out to Pro Care for this task. I had used Pro Care at my home several years ago, so I knew they were a great company that could deliver an excellent product. Apparently, a lot of people know that now, because there was about a 2 week wait for a cleaning appointment! I signed up for the appointment and was offered a waiting list also, in case an appointment opened up sooner. I gladly accepted this offer, as it was going to be much easier to have the apartment cleaned while unoccupied, given that my mother is 84 years old. Within a few days, I received a call for a cancellation, and took the appointment! However, when the crew arrived, they had some difficulty with an alarmed door that was supposed to be available for entrance to my mom's apartment for the hoses and cleaning accessories. The crew was SO patient, but unfortunately had to be turned away because the facility could not get the door alarm to cooperate. I was so sad to lose my earlier appointment! Perry from Pro Care immediately called me on the Friday of a holiday weekend to offer his apologies (although it was not Pro Care's fault AT ALL!) and was so gracious to add my mom's appointment on to the next business day. The crew did such a fabuluous job and made my mom's chair and carpets look AMAZING!!! It was so clean and smelled so good! I was elated! Perry even called me to see if I was happy with the work performed. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of Pro Care's work and the quality of the people that work there. I haven't seen customer service like this in so many years. I highly recommend this company for any upholstery or carpet cleaning needs. Our cat was having health issues which led her to pee on our carpets repeatedly. The smell was awful! We also had some small stains from baby spills and accidents on the floor. After Cesar left the smell was completely gone and the carpets looked brand new. He did the tops and fronts of the stairs and they look fantastic. Other carpet cleaners have charged more for only cleaning the top side of the stairs. GREAT service and a job well done. He will definitely be our carpet guy from here on out.

We called several carpet cleaning services who hedged. Caesar was confident, yet cautious and I knew he was our guy. He and his lovely wife are the company and not only did they have the carpets looking brand new, they got rid of stains that were there when we took possession of the house (possible oil stains!). They are friendly, professional and effective. They got me scheduled quickly. Could not asked for anything more! GREAT family company!!! Cannot recommend enough!!! A+++++

Ruddy came out and did a wonderful job but after about two days the smell of dog and cat was Rising back through. 🤢I called Julie, who is always a delight to talk to, and she sent Ruddy back out to do a pet treatment with no complaints, no attitude, such a polite young man, was very apologetic, tho it was not his fault. All is well!
